My Review of Feeny Dodge:
Bought a 2000 Ram 2500 factory plow truck represented as "new". Feeny's salesman said they had "plowed their lot with it a couple of times". I purchased the vehicle in July 2000 new & untitled. I went in for warranty work in 2002 with 29k miles and was denied. When I asked why, Daimler Chrysler said that the vehicle had been "placed into service" in November of 1999. They refused to honor the warranty on the basis of expired time. Feeny didnt advise me at the time of sale that I was short 6 months + on warranty and wouldn't back me on my warranty claim. Typical car dealer scum. Anything to get the sale. Don't want to know you afterward. I wouldn't buy a used turnip cart from these clowns again.

My Review of Feeny Dodge:
My wife and I have both spoken to Steve Grady and Pete at the Feeny Dealership in Palatine, IL. Our problem is that we have a 2001 Dodge Durango that we have had for 3 years on a 4 year lease. A few days ago when the outdoor temperature went above 80 degrees we turned on our AC in the Durango. It didn't work. We called Feeny and they said since we are 37 months into our lease, we are past our warrenty and they would not pay to have this problem fixed. My argument is that we would have no reason to turn on our AC when it is below 80 degrees and the total miles on the vehicle is 22,400! I have never had to have my AC fixed on a vehicle with such low mileage. Also, during my conversation with Mr. Grady and Pete they continue to pass the responsibility onto the main company (Dodge). They continue to say that this is their main company's policy. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and probably our last.
Jess and Kris Schaal
698 Edelweiss Drive
Lake Zurich, IL 60047
847-726-8066
