The salesman was friendly and low-pressure, they gave us a very reasonable price on our trade-in (which was a VW), and the service has been great and easy to dealt with. I go back there for oil changes even though I live in DC. And we love the car - a Miata.

While this dealership is not brand new w/ all the new things, their sales staff and service are terrific. I purchased a Mazda 6 from them w/ no hassle and no change in pricing details like other dealerships (Browns). Joe was a pleasure to work with.

Rich was extremely responsive to our needs and price range. Printed out a quote and payment schedules for various terms like we asked. Did not pressure us to make an immediate decision. We have bought two cars from Fitzgerald now and have been very happy with both the sales and the service. Andrew (in service) helped me keep my older car in top shape and reminded me for the regular maintenance. Everyone was very helpful and made sure that our buying and servicing experiences were positive.

Absolutely outstanding in both sales and service. I couldn't be happier. Every sigle employee is top-notch and they go out of their way to make the car-buying and car service experience as painless as possible. Other dealers should take lessons from Fitzgerald.
