My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston:
A few days ago, I just found the Infiniti web site and found a dealer (Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston), and sent an email. A few hours later I had a big smile with shaking hands with Geoffrey in front of beautiful new Infiniti G37x.

I had two major reasons for my prompt decision. One was the car; truly beautiful car I can enjoy driving. Another big reason was the dealer; professionalism, passion, team work, pride, customer care, beautiful smiles.

I am looking forward to enjoying the car and having a long and comfortable relationship with the all professionals at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston.

Today James Bulger and his staff at Herb Chambers Infiniti are my heroes. Several weeks ago I bought a (slightly) used M35x from Kelly Infiniti in Danvers. Just hours after taking delivery, I realized this just wasn't the right car for me. I tried to get out of the deal, and the sales manager at Kelly was extremely rude to me, saying in effect "you bought it, you own it, sucker". (If only I had known about the 3-day return policy for used cars at Herb Chambers!) So I went home and spent the next few weeks trying to make peace with the car, but in the end decided I couldn't live with it and needed to trade it in towards a new G37x. For some reason (I guess I am a sucker), I actually called Kelly to give them one more chance. The GM there acted nice on the phone and said they'd get back to me with a price, but of course they never called. Meanwhile I saw from the online inventory that Herb Chambers had the exact color and option set I wanted, so I went downtown to look at it. I was sitting in the car in their showroom when James (the GM) approached me and started a friendly conversation. I can't begin to describe the rapport we felt immediately. He showed such kindness and sympathy and bent over backwards to get me out of my situation as easily as possible, offering me the best imaginable trade price and discount. So now, after three weeks of frustration, I'm a *very* happy owner of a brand new G37x! Thanks James, Jose and Rami!!

My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston:
After researching the vehicle for about 3 months and contacting local dealerships in the area, I decided it was time to sit down with one of them. Initially, I was little hesistant about making Herb Chamber Infinitity of Boston my first stop, but there I was... Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted kindly by a receptionist who asked if and when I needed help to let her know. Shortly thereafter I walked to the desk to request a sales person and she immediately summoned a sale rep. A well dressed salesman approached, we exchanged introductions and soon after it was as if we were reading pages from the same script. He knew exactly how to effectively communicate information about the dealership, my vehicle of interest and respond to my questions.

There was absolutely no pressure. In fact, I willingly spent nearly 6 hours at that dealership on my very first visit. So at the end of the day, we agreed on purchasing terms and I put down my deposit.

A special thanks goes out to my sales person, Mr. Jose Goncalves. You made this one of the easiest purchasing decisions I've had to make in recent years.

Messrs. Goncalves and Bulger we're very helpful and did not use any of the ordinary tools dealers often use to trick ignorant buyers like me. I checked prices after getting a quote from them, and it was so competitive with the market that I bought it the same day.

This dealer came highly recommended to me by several colleagues at work. I arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon and was treated very courteously by everyone I came into contact with. I felt absolutely no pressure to make my decision and was given ample opportunity to test drive the car I eventually leased under different traffic/road conditions. When I took delivery of my car, Kashif was extremely thorough (and patient) in explaining how my car worked. I was even advised that I could come back if I needed a refresher!

Went to 4 different dealerships for 4 different brands. This is the only dealership where everyone I came in contact with on the sales floor had 10+ years with the brand or in the business. I shopped by phone with 3 other brand dealers in eastern MA & this dealer made the best deal.

I have wanted to purchase a new car for over a year. I went to a few dealerships last year and didn't purchase a new vehicle. I was not happy with the dealers that I went to for many different reasons. Mainly because I felt that they were playing games and were very, very pushy. I have purchased alot of new/used cars in my life and get fustrated very easily with the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Well, this year I thought I'd give it another shot. I found a used vehicle on line that I really liked at Herb Chambers Infinity in Allston. I didn't expect to purchase he vehicle the same day but I did because of the excellent service I received. The only complaint that I had initially was that they were supposed to have the vehicle ready for me and they did not. I was aware that wasn't the fault of the two men that I was dealing with. Mark Abruzzi who is the used car manager was very pleasant to deal with and was NOT pushy in ANYWAY! We came to a agreement fairly quickly wihout any typical games that usually occurs when one purchases a new car. Mark and Jason was extremely professional and straight forward throughout the whole process. I feel that I received by far a fair amount for my trade and a excellent deal on my new car! I have to say that this is very rare for me since I am VERY critical of car dealers! If you are in the market for a used car I would highly recommend that you give Mark Abruzzi and Jason Greene a chance at Herb Chambers! You will NOT be disappointed!
