My Review of Heritage Mazda Owings Mills:
my name is marlon and this was my absolute first time financing a car.. i went to heritage honda on harford road and didn't like my sales guy or the cars offered.. after seeing he couldn't see me a car the sales guy passed me on to james who was only at that store helping out with there sale.. turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.. me and james talk about cars and other thing.. i could really tell he was a stand up guy in the advice he gave me.. he never once tried to lure me in to anything. so i asked him for his card and told him i would check out the website.. i did and called him the next day for an appointment to see some cars. after test driving a 2008 mazda 3 and a 2010 dodge caliber he took my info and told me he would make it happen and that he did..now i had been trying to get a new car for weeks and because of my credit i was having a hard time but james took the same bad credit and made it happen.. after getting there they found out i couldn't get the 2010 dodge caliber that i had picked but instead they worked it out and put me in a brand new 2012 mazda 3.. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME... no co signer or anything.. i mean these guys were very professional and they really worked with me.. not that they were just trying to sell a car but they really gave me options and let me pick what i wanted.. best customer service i ever had.. for this to be my first time financing a car.. they made it as easy as it could possibly be... and i promise this is a real story from a real person.. go see james cooke and you won't be let down.. again my name is marlon from east baltimore..

My Review of Heritage Mazda Owings Mills:
CJ is very friendly!!
He greeted me at the door and asked me very nicely about what I am looking for. No games were played. He gave me a price, I told him the price I am willing to pay, and we reach the middle ground with no problem. I got all my questions answered and I was very satisfied. Got my Mazda 3 IGT 4door, and I am loving it!

I ended up paying a little extra than the price I was offered at another dealership. I did not get the car at the other dealership because of their service... Their manager told me in the face that I was "WASTING HIS TIME"! Why would I want to give you my money for your car with that kind of attitude? What am I supposed to think when this is how you are treating me when I STILL HAVE THE MONEY IN MY POCKET?

As a customer, I don't only look into merely the PRICE. I look for quality of customer services too.

And again, CJ IS AWESOME!

My salesperson, CJ, was excellent; very helpful, friendly, & accommodating. He made me feel relaxed during the purchase, and I would recommend him to any car-buyer.
The price of the car ended up being slightly higher than the price I was originally given, and no real explanation was provided for the extra cost. Also, the vehicle, brought in from a different dealership, had a few significant scratches on it at the time of the sale which could not be fixed that day due to manpower scheduling, but the dealership promised (in the contract) to repair them at no extra cost.

My Review of Heritage Mazda Owings Mills:
I initially went in looking to purchase a used Mazda 3, but ended up buying a new Mazda 3.

I did not feel pressured at all to purchase the new vehicle. John was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This was my first car-buying experience and he made it significantly less stressful.

Instead of selling me on the new features and upgrades to the newer model he let me do the talking. We didn't discuss features unless I brought them up or asked questions about them, which I found refreshing and different from what I had heard about how car salesmen would try to sell me the car.

The team at Heritage Mazda went above and beyond! When I mentioned I wanted a moon roof they said I could get it installed, but advised me to wait until a deal from the manufacturer came out, not purchase it right away. They even offered to keep an eye out for the deal and contact me when it came around!

I felt that everyone that assisted me was very genuine and there for the customer, not for the commission.

I have recommended the Heritage Auto Group to some of my friends looking for vehicles. They are the first auto dealer I would recommend to anyone looking for a car in the Baltimore area.

My Review of Heritage Mazda Owings Mills:
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with John. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all. He had a very likable demeanor and was very patient. Since I wanted to think about the car for a few days before I made the purchase, John was more than amenable. With my busy work schedule, I informed him that I couldn't come back and make the purchase until Friday, which was John's day off. He went above and beyond by agreeing to come in on his day off. I notified him on Wednesday which vehicle/color that I decided on and it was cleaned and ready when I arrived. I even got the car for the price I anticipated. The closing of the deal was very timely and went very well. I would definitely recommend John and Heritage to my family and friends.
