When I first visited Hudson, Nissan wasn't on my radar. After driving the Altima for the first time I enjoyed it. After visiting a second time I decided it was the car for me. I didn't feel pressured at all and felt I was getting a very fair deal.

My Review of Hudson Nissan on Nicholasville:
Unprofessional management team, internet sales were cheaper than negotiated price, dishonest, and crooked. When I encountered an issue involving a cancelled deal, 2 days later the check that was supposed to be sent back was cashed. The manager Mr. Meade Brown was unwilling to discuss, and even rude over the phone the issue involving my check. He said the fraudulent deposit could take weeks to refund. His staff said that someone deliberately took the check off the paper work and deposited it to sabotage the deal I made with Glenns Nissan. Spending 2 hours working out a deal on a Nissan to find it cheaper online is crooked and unprofessional so we cancelled the deal. Long story short, I called Nissan directly and they cut me the check that day and Nissan sent me a courtesy $200.00 gift card for the dishonesty and lack of integrity from this crooked dealer. If you are in the market for a new Nissan, don't buy here. If you have a problem, they are unwilling to help you as Meade Brown proved to me when they stole a 4,000 dollar check on a cancelled deal. Did I mention that Nissan has a policy that says no checks on new cars are to be cashed unless the deal is done? Nissan is a great company committed to the care of it's customers, just not this particular dealer.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hudson Nissian. Mendy Parker was a pleasure to work with. She understood my budget, what I wanted as far as bells and whistles and worked very hard and made it all happen (plus more) within my budget. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

My Review of Hudson Nissan on Nicholasville:
My experience at Hudson was a great one! After visiting and trying to deal with two other area Nissan dealers I was beginning to question whether or not to purchase a truck. With those failed deals in mind, I must admit that I didn't have a high expectation coming into this dealership. I talked with Josh and Mead on the phone and they assured me that we could get a deal worked out, but then again all people in sales tell you that! When I walked in the dealership Josh was a great help and listened to all my requirements as far as payment and truck equipment, then showed me THE truck. This one was more expensive than one I had previously looked at another dealership, so right off the bat my mind was in a "don't like it, because you can't buy it" state. After the test drive Josh and I sat down with Tom Joseph, the manager. Within a couple of minutes I felt like I had known them for years, and really felt at ease talking with no pressure. They were able to work out a deal on MY new truck that other dealers couldn't! Remember how earlier I mentioned that all people in sales will assure you that they can get a deal worked out? These guys are different ....... they WILL work a deal out! Before buying from another dealer, please give Hudson Nissan a chance! You won't regret it!

I had inquired about a Maxima online. Josh called me and we set the appointment. He had several cars for me to choose from based on my criteria. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, totally trust-worthy. He made me feel very comfortable and did his best to see that I got the deal I needed. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, kind and extremely helpful. This was a very pleasant experience and I have not been able to say that in the past. Love this dealership!

My daughter and I both bought new Nissans today. We were greeted right away. We were made welcome and comfortable. We were shown and drove the cars we asked to drive. All questions and concerns were answered courteously. Everyone was friendly. We believe we both were given excellent deals. Our salesman Drew Cooperrider and our financial officer Duncan were especially helpful. I am a recent widow and this was my first car buying experience alone. I believe I was well cared for by everyone at Hudson Nissan.
