My salesperson Alessio was extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. The entire staff were great as well, and the car is awesome. They stated the estimated registration fee for this vehicle was $425.00. I am from outside of Philadelphia and traveled to this dealers 2 times in 2 days to complete this sale. I expressed my concern with the dealership on day 1 that the registration fee was exorbitant and not correct. I was told I would receive a refund of the difference between the $425 and the $125 PA registration fees (which I obtained directly from the PA Department of Motor Vehicles). When I came back on day 2 they told me there was going to be no refund that the $425 was the fee no matter what. This was fraudulent as there is no such $425.00 registration fee in PA and that they were misrepresenting the fees. The sales manager Max subsequently told myself and my father "Go ***** yourselves" and was told to leave the dealership. I refused to do so until I got my $1,500.00 deposit refunded to my credit card to which I was told "Couldn't be don't until tomorrow". Was this review helpful to you? Mike was a huge help for keeping tabs with me but Max is the manager who just made things happen with pricing and made sure he did the best he can. During the visit they talked to me about how customer service is the most important focus of the dealership.The 2nd time I came in with my husband and kids really just to look at the car and talk a little about numbers, it was a weekend and I realize that things are busy but we ended up staying there for 4 hours most of which was spent just waiting.My husband had an overseas trip so we had to put things on hold for a few weeks during which time other dealers were emailing me non stop. I appreciated the fact that they weren't harassing me but through that process I got a pretty great offer from another dealer. So I emailed Koeppel the offer and we agreed on a price and even a car. I emphasized that I wanted to do everything possible over the phone and email/fax so that all we would have to do is come in, pay the down payment, sign and leave with the car. After all we had already spent 4 hours, filled in all the paperwork and I know the sales person understood that I was doing everything to make things move fast.What happened two saturday's ago when we came in to get the car was in my mind a disaster and total disregard for our time and dignity.I did everything that they asked and even got the car added to my insurance and phoned ahead to let him know that we were leaving and 30 minutes away. I did this so that they could have everything ready when we arrived. We arrived at 2 and ended up being stuck there until 9pm!The sales rep we dealt with was new but he should have gotten some training at least to know what was needed to sell a car! Nothing was ready, my car had to be reappraised which no one told us would have to happen, then after that the sales guy simply said that it was out of his hands now because the Finance Manager was busy??? Because they already knew they had our business they felt it was acceptable to keep us there for 6 hours waiting for one person to sign a piece of paper? If you know that the weekends are busy then why is there only one person for two dealerships to sign off on paperwork? On top of that I confirmed 3 times that they take American Express with both the sales guy and sales manager only to find out that they didn't and at the last minute (after we had already been there for 6 hours) they decide to tell us that the credit card we brought is not accepted by the dealership? Another huge issue I have is that I specifically asked for a car that was from the back lot and not the car that was being used for test drives or in the showroom. They lied and assured us that the car was not from the show room but guess what? The car is disgusting! there is hair all in between the seats of the 3rd row. There was a starburst wrapper stuffed under the steering wheel and to top it off, the ring my daughter left in the 3rd row cup holder when we went to see the car 3 weeks ago was still sitting there so maybe they can explain to me how her ring would have gotten into a car from the back lot? Plus what type of detailing job on a car leaves it in such terrible shape? I couldn't feel more disappointed or frustrated about this experience and btw, I emailed the Manager and got zero response to my complaint. Pathetic. Was this review helpful to you? Their mechanics do not know what they're doing. They diagnose issues incorrectly and then expect the client to pay for their mistakes. The manager, Anthony Cacciola defends flawed work of his people and treats clients like idiots. The place is very expensive and definitely customer UNFRIENDLY. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE! I brought a jetta volkswagon last two weeks and I made a deal with one price. Then I told the dealer that I would comeback for the car when they have it in the store. I didn't know that they would put me 70 miles in the car and I ask I need the florida tag. It should be only be in the back but i have in the front and the back. I t fine for the back but not the front because florida have only license plate in the back. The deal is one price. I deal with the price then after they change 2000 dollars more then the deal I made. The dealer said the tax is so high in florida but I don't care because I made the deal. Why they charge me 2000 dollars more. I don't recommended the dealer to deal because the finance guy not a serious man. The deal we made is a deal and why they change the price.
