My Review of Koeppel Volkswagen:
Koeppel needs to think about what kind of business their service department is in -- SERVICE. Their customer service is terrible, the service representative assigned to me did nothing but dodge my calls all day. He did not tell me what was wrong with my car when I called and did not call to tell me when it was ready. All of the information I got from him, I had to call repeatedly to find him and ask of him directly. When he claimed my car was ready, he (probably intentionally) made me wait 40 minutes while he "finished his paperwork." I will gladly drive the additional 30 minutes to Bayside to get my car serviced from now on. This is the worst VW dealer I have ever dealt with.

My Review of Koeppel Volkswagen:
definitely watch out, don't trust anything sammy tells you as he will lie to you with a straight face. The other guys seem to be friendly and couple of them seem genuinly interested to help.
If you end up talking to the finance guy make him provide you with numbers and explain what your package includes and what is the price for each. if you don't ask he won't tell you.
