My Review of LaFontaine Nissan:
I never thought I would walk out of that dealership with a brand new car are and at the great percentage rate I got. Going through a credit repair and bankruptcy two years, I was extremely shocked. I looovvveeeee Barb V, she made it all possible! I would recommend her and this dealership 100% and have told everbody I know its possible to get a car if I could.

I leased a new nissan sentra exactly 1 year ago and from that day until now i have had excellent service. Sales people, and service dept as well as billing department were all friendly and professional. I would definitely lease or buy again from this location.

My Review of LaFontaine Nissan:
I spoke to Dan and we made arraignments to meet and to allow me to explain my situation. I came to Lafontaine Nissan with very little hope of leaving with a new vehicle, Having just come out of
bankruptcy almost two years ago because of job lost. After arrived at my schedule appointment time 11:00 Dan greeted me and set me up with Daren Hawley. Daren and I went over all of the data and a selected a few vehicle that I liked I test drove them and selected the Murano SV, I let him know what I was willing to pay monthly.
From that point I had all of my scores and credit detail I had ran the night before. With that data we had the numbers run thru your finance guy on site, please forgive me his name slipped my mind.
Anyway it was along and argues day but we were able to get the vehicle I wanted at a price I could live with. I can’t begin to thank everyone involved they were very helpful to the very end.
It’s I hard to believe there are staffs so willing to work together going the extra mile and then some to make the deal happen. They made this guy, meaning me a Nissan customer for Life.

I'M A RETURNING CUSTOMER HAD A MAJOR BREAK DOWN WITH MY 2005 NISSAN XTERRA. COST TO PROPERLY FIX IT WAS AS MUCH AS IT WAS WORTH. IRON JOHNSON AND JEREMY LEACH WORKED OUT A GREAT TRADE IN DEAL ON A LEASE ON A NEW XTERRA PRO 4X4. I WAS TREATED VERY WELL AS ALWAYS AND THANKS TO IRON AND JEREMY THOSE GUYS ARE GREAT.

My Review of LaFontaine Nissan:
I live in Columbus, Ohio and found an 07 Acura MDX on Cars.com which was at LaFontaine Nissan in Highland, Michigan. It had the options and low miles me and my wife were looking for in a family vehicle. Being that the dealership was three and a half hours away, stopping in to take a look at the SUV was not an option. I called up for information and was referred to Daren Hawley. It was close to closing and raining on the night I called. He took the time to move the vehicle indoors, took a series of photos, and emailed them to me. He even attempted to make a video but, due to technical difficulties, was unable to send it.

Based on what Daren sent and described to me, I felt confident in making an offer. I told him what we budgeted on a new vehicle. After some back and forth, we came to an agreement that was within $400 of our target price. The offer was contingent upon our final inspection. My next day off was in two days. he had no problem holding the vehicle for me. When I arrived, Daren met me with a handshake and a warm hello. He had the Acura cleaned, running, and ready for a test drive. The SUV was exactly as described...no surprises. We closed the deal and I drove home with our new car.

To say that I had reservations working a car deal long distance, would be an understatement. Daren was forthcoming, provided me all the information I needed, and was no pressure. I would defiantly buy from Daren and the LaFontaine Dealership again!

My Review of LaFontaine Nissan:
I was in the market to buy a Nissan Cube so we went to LaFontaine in Highland. As this was a big purchase, we did our research and asked a lot of questions. Upon meeting Ramon, I was already comfortable and completely at ease. He was an EXCELLENT sales consultant and made me feel like I was part of their family (a family like atmosphere, another reason to go there!). He was patient and very thorough while going over everything. While making the purchase, he extended his hand a number of times to ensure that we were confident and happy with all that the purchase entailed. I came back a few days later to pick up my new Cube and was ecstatic! Ramon took me in the car and walked me through every feature and told me to call if any questions were to ever come up. He then took us on a tour and introduced us to everyone that was involved and anyone that may be of help (repair shop etc.) in the future. Everyone was beyond helpful from start to finish. The whole experience was phenomenal and I will most definitely go back there in the future as well as recommend it to anyone is who is in the market!
