"Treated like family"
Despite the fact that we hadn't purchased our car at this dealership, when there was an issue we were welcomed into the dealership, treated kindly and effectively. All of the staff we spoke to, whether they were in service or on the sales floor, were kind and welcoming. Our mechanical issue was taken care of as quickly as can be expected and were apprised of the progress as information was learned.

This time I came there to fix a yellow engine warning light. They had found the cause of it right away (fuel tank breather) and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Now my MINI runs great again. Impressive!
