We were in for service (oil change) on our Mazda3, when we noticed the New Mazda6 2014 on the show room floor, sales staff has always been supportive toward us. We decided to purchase the Mazda6 even when it was not necessary for our needs, the sales staff showed the value of adjusting our needs to another level. We will always be sure to shop and ask for service here at our local Mazda (Nelson Mazda) dealer in Nashville!

Traveling through Nashville I tagged some road debris late at night. I showed up unannounced the next morning and Aaron got me right in to check out the damage. Fortunately there was no mechanical damage, just cosmetic. Aaron even took the time to show me the damage & fully explain my options. They had me fixed up and on my way in under 2 hours. What a relief ..... Many many thanks!!!!!

Everyone is very kind and gets the job done. I bought a used car from them not long ago and after 1 1/2 months engine blew out. They placed me in another used car.I have drove it 4 times and now its over heating and spitting fluid all over and I got stuck on the side of the road. Now I have to get it to a shop and see what is wrong. It really sucks to spend the only money I had on something that aint getting me anywhere. With that said they are truly nice up there but I would Not buy used. I don't think there mechanic is very good at checking the cars before they sell them. (I test drove 4 used and 2 of them was total crap and engine falling apart, the 2 I got ran til my timing I said and just died.)

Very ,very friendly staff. Very clean dealership. Bought a pre-owned Ford Mustang from them. Very low pressure sales transaction. For some reason, many local Ford dealerships, just did not want to sale a car. Kameron (sales) and Randy(manager), really made this sale possible. Even filled up with a full tank of gas!!!! The prices they have, are very, very competitive, with Ford dealers and other dealers selling pre-owned vehicles.( I have been wanting a 2011 or newer Mustang for a year and have spent many, many hours shopping for one). I recommend giving Nelson Mazda an opportunity to earn your business, you will be glad you did!!!!

I have been to other dealers. Nelson Mazda of Nashville is by far the best place. They went out of their way to make sure I was in the perfect ride. The staff was amazing and treated my with respect. Christian was the man who showed me all the right cars. Other car lots need workers just like him. I highly recommend this place if you want to buy a used ride.

The staff at this dealership was fantastic. I went in on a Friday and purchased the Mazda 5. They didn't have the color in stock that I wanted so they ordered the car I wanted from another dealership at no additional cost to me and gave me a loaner until my car arrived. The next morning, Saturday, I called and asked if I could change my mind and purchase the Mazda 3 instead. They were wonderful about the entire process. They let me return my first loaner and drive a Mazda 3 as a loaner for a few days to be absolutely sure that was the car I wanted. I went in on Monday and finalized the purchase of my new Mazda 3. I can not thank them enough for the Customer Service that I exprienced.

I would rather have a root canal than trade cars-until now. We purchased a 2012 Mazda from Nelson Mazda and it was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Our salesman, Charles, was a gentleman in every sense of the word. Never once did he try to 'sell' us anything. He worked on our behalf throughout the whole process. Josh Parrish was the 'numbers guy' and went the extra mile to keep us in the payment we were comfortable with. These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly put our needs ahead of their desire to sell a car. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Nelson Mazda from the first phone call from David Hare to final paperwork with the finance guy (so sorry, forgot his name; at the point I'm sweating bullets anyway). Although they were not able to keep me within my payment limit, I do feel they did the best they could and still be able to make money off of the deal. I have to be realistic and understand we all have to eat. I had actually locked my keys in my trade-in car (duh) when I first got there so Roger (my sales rep) was very sweet when I asked him if we could take the test drive to my home to pick up the spare key. I live almost 40 minutes one way from the dealership. He was very informative on the car I was interested in and anything he did not know the answer to he said he didn't know and would find out for me instead of pretending he knew and giving me wrong information. I got a very sweet ride by the end of the night. They gave me a great value on my trade-in as well. THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING A VERY DIFFICULT DECISION IN MY FINANCIAL SITUATION A WHOLE LOT EASIER TO HANDLE!! I would recommend Nelson Mazda completely!!

Overall, the experience at the dealer was great. I was in/out very quickly, and the vehicles looked at were both in great shape and priced well. I did see one place that had a slighlty better price for the same vehicle, but it not significant. They were vey professional, and have been great at following up.

My only slightly negative comment was that I had to initally wait. Ihave previously called and when I arrived, everyone was busy. However, I was soon helped and again, the overall process was very quick.

Bought a used car which they serviced before I took it home. Apx 1 month later it broke down. My mechanic said whoever serviced it last didn't not put enough oil in it and it seized the engine. I had to ruin a weekend vacation/convention because I had to call over 12 times to get any answers. No one ever called be back and they still won't reimburse me for towing this car. Finally after all those calls and harassing them they agreed to oh so generously repair it. I still had to ask over and over for a rental car and finally got one but had to miss a day of work because they waited till the last minute to tell me anything.
I find them completely unprofessional. Its not hard to properly chain the oil in a car.
