The service department was able to get me scheduled in first thing in the morning when I called in the evening prior. Even though they were a little short-handed that morning, they were able to get the work done in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

My Review of New Prague Chevrolet:
I have purchased several cars through New Prague Auto Group (Chevrolet). Each time I find the experience to be low pressure with the easy going staff. All members of the staff have great knowledge of the product they are selling. I have worked with Mike Chlan and Danny Bisek on the last two autos purchased and can truly say they are both well versed in auto sales and customer service. Over all I would give this dealership an A+ on the way they conduct business, and treat the customer.

My Review of New Prague Chevrolet:
Mark Bisek was very helpful, and gave us time to think over our purchase without pressuring us. Worked with us on a trade in. Showed us various Equinoxes and helped us choose the right vehicle for us. Danny Bisek was also very professional and pleasant to work with and explained all the available warranty options. We had a wonderful experience buying our Equinox from New Prague Chevrolet and LOVE IT.

My Review of New Prague Chevrolet:
We stopped to look at vehicles and within a few minutes Mark came to greet us. We were just "looking" and didn't have much time and Mark respected that and got right to showing us what was available in the color we preferred. He was so delightful to deal with, especially when I teased that I have to have a vehicle with fancy wheels! He smiled and said I have a perfect red car with fancy wheels for you! Within an hour we bought a Chevy Cruze ECO.
We went back two days later and Danny Bisek did all the paperwork. He was also very delightful to work with and very professional, friendly and efficiant.
I highly recommend buying from New Prague Chev. We believe in buying local and with the professionalism and no pressure atmosphere it was again our pleasure.

My Review of New Prague Chevrolet:
Mark and Danny provided excellent customer service. Mark reserved the vehicle we were interested in until my wife and I could both check it out together and test drive it. He was also very honest with us when we checked out a more expensive vehicle at the dealship explainig the difference in price and rebates and overall value. Danny helped with the financing and was able to get us an additional rebate and an even better interest rate than our lender. We will definately consider New Prague Chevrolet in the future when in the market for buying a vehicle and will recommend them to others.

Danny provided great service and was available to help answer any questions and show the car to my wife on his day off. Very easy experience. No pressure and almost no paperwork made our experience a great one. Considering we drove almost 50 miles to look the car, having a great experience made the drive worth it.

My Review of New Prague Chevrolet:
After almost nine great years with our van, we decided it was time for an upgrade. The time was right as it coincided with some great rebates and incentives from GM. I spent numerous hours researching the Chevrolet Traverse and contacting various other dealers. Mike was one of six that I was working with and came out on top not only for the price, but also customer service! We have already referred him on to some friends who will be in the car buying market soon! We love our new vehicle and this was a great all-round experience. We even brought our three kids with during the purchase and the staff was as accomodating to our children as they were to us - which was much appreciated! It was a friendly, no pressure atmosphere. Mike was very complete and thorough in going over the new vehicle and made sure all of our questions we answered. We appreciated the full tank of gas and the discount coupons for our future oil changes too. We are optimistic that this vehicle will last us for a long time and when we are ready for another vehicle change, we will be sure to go back to New Prague!! Thanks!
