selection was large and varied. Salesperson had excellent knowledge of the inventory. Salesperson listened well and expedited the buying experience and was respectful of our time and purchasing desires. We were cohersed to buy anything we didn't want nor could afford.

My Review of Peterson Autoplex:
I went into the BMW sales department, they treated my fiance and I like we were nobody, despite owning 3 new (2 year old) vehicles and looking to purchase a new BMW. I was told that I was not able to pre-order a vehicle, no pricing was available, and when given my cell phone number and contact information no one ever returned my call. Despite this, I followed up 3 times because I really wanted the vehicle. Each time was the same response and still no one has called me back - I just found out they have the car I want on the showroom floor--I ordered mine from another dealership.

My Review of Peterson Autoplex:
I have always received excellent customer service and genuine interest in my personal needs. I know many people who have discovered this dealership and would never go anywhere else. I read a previous comment by "unimpressed" and by the way he/she spells, I am surprised that their education level has afforded them the means to buy a BMW. How a person can get better service from a dealer 300 miles away from where you live is qustionable. BMW used Peterson's to base a customer service model on that they used to train sales people worldwide. Contact me for a copy of the article BMW sent me.

My Review of Peterson Autoplex:
This ealership is the worst BMW dealer I have ever worked with in my 15 years of qwning BMW's. Thier total lack of product knowledge is evident every time I discuss an issue with them, Thier customer service and attention to the needs of BMW customers is terrible. Since they are a multi-line ealership they sell an service BMW's as an a add-on part of the business so they do not have the care or attention needed for a high-line car.
