Prestone Chevrolet was fantastic to deal with I have bought 4 cars from them in the past year and I couldn't ask for better service. They are not only competitive and will give you the best deal possible they take care of you like family. I hightly recommend them as a dealer for new, used or service.

WE WERE PROPERLY GREETED AND OFFERED REFRESHMENTS. THE OWNER PAT PRESTON PERSONALLY REVIEWS AND TEST DRIVES YOUR TRADE. WE RECIEVED THE BEST TRADE VALUE HERE. SALES AND FINANCE DID A GREAT JOB. WE GOT THE BEST FINANCE RATE AND DURATION NEEDED TO MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN. EVERYTHING WAS EXPIDITIOUSLY COORDINATED, AFTER MARKET ACCESSORIES WERE PROPERLY INSTALLED IN A TIMELY FASHION.

After visiting multiple Kia dealers, Preston was by far the best professional and fair car dealer. They were very openly honest and did not try any bait and switch tactics that I found at other dealerships.

I would strongly encourage others who are looking for honesty, fair and great customer service to visit Preston before purchasing a vehicle.

My Review of Preston Chevrolet Cadillac:
I grew up in Geauga County and this is truly a wonderful community based dealership. They go out of their way to make you feel like it is a relationship they are building and that it is more than just a sale. They answer all your questions and help you decide what is right for you based on facts, not numbers alone. My teenage daughter was with us and they treated her just as friendly and professional. We have purchased two new vehicles in the past month and could not have asked for a better experience.

My Review of Preston Chevrolet Cadillac:
I am exteremely satisfied with my buying experience with Preston Chevrolet Cadillac. At no time was I pressured from any employee but at the same time was not ignored. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased through this dealership and the second this year from Tom Z. our sales cosultant. Tom is very knowledgeable and friendly and has gone above and beyond to help us with anything we have asked of him.
Wally Brown took care of the finacial end of things and was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Also the price of the vehicle as well as the financing that was offered was right where I needed it to be.
Manager Tod Sherrill filled in all the gaps and made sure our visit to Preston Chevrolet Cadillac was an enjoyable one.
Owned Pat Preston even check on us a number of times during our time there to make sure everything was going well for us.
In rating the crieria above (Customer Service,Quality of Work,Friendliness,Overall Experience,Price) I have no hesitation when giving Preston Chevrolet Cadillac the highest possible ratings and when it is time to purchase or lease our next vehicle(s) my family will return to this dealership with our buisness.

My Review of Preston Chevrolet Cadillac:
We came to Preston Chevy to buy a used SUV. We looked on the lot and after driving several, Mike told us about one on the lift. We drove it, were happy with it and bought it. The rest of the staff was very helpful and professional and we drove off the lot with our "new" used vehicle. They fixed the little problems with it in a timely manner. Their service staff was also great. I would recommend Preston to anyone.
