I really hate car shopping. I find salesmen to be overbearing almost to the point of harassing. You tell them what you want and they try to put you in something you don't want. I didn't have this problem here. I went in. I told them what I wanted an what my budget was and they made it happen.
Unfortunately 2 weeks later I wrecked the car I had just bought so now I am heading back to go buy another. But the point is, I'm going back to Preston!!

I had not purchased a new car since 1979 and never did enjoy the process in the past. Mike my salesman was very good and showed me all the promotions that were available with out me even asking. They had better pricing than I had received from another dealer.

The follow up after the purchase was just great. In the old days I shook hands with the salesman and never heard from him or the dealership again. At Preston they called me, wrote letters, and sent emails to make sure that I was happy with the car.

The car is a Chevrolet Cruze, and my wife and I love this car, probably that best built car we have ever owned. Months later we purchased another Cruze for my sister-in-law as she loves the car also.

I would highly recommend Preston Superstores to anyone.

I brought in my 2013 Kia Sorrento for an oil change. I was called to schedule an appointment. I am busy and it was great to recive a call to schedule the appointment. It was explained what is recommended for my vehicle. My vehicle was taken on time and the service was completed quickly. Everything that was done during the visit was explained and my car was washed! The staff was very polite and engaging. I will be back and I will recommend this service dept. Great job and great service!!!

JJ was extremely helpful and courteous. He was patient with us as we test drove the vehicle and answered all of our questions politely and honestly. He went out of his way to get us a great deal on our trade-in and a minimal down payment. He made sure the entire buying process, from the test drive to the signing of the loan, went very smoothly. He made sure the car was washed and the gas tank was full before we left the lot.

My experience at Preston was very satisfying. First, walking into the dealership, I was greeted by the GM, Tod Sherril. He then introduced me to JJ Moore who proceeded to provide a helpful and courteous experience. Every question I had was answered with confidence and the entire process was enjoyable. I feel like I am a part of the Preston family now. Preston Chevrolet is a great dealership with great people. What more can you ask for?

This is our second purchase at Preston Superstore. The first was a 2012 Ford F-150 and recently 2012 Cadillac SRX Luxury Edition. Pat Preston (the owner) is involved in every transaction along with your salesman. He personally test drives your trade and works with the salesman to give you the best deal. Their service department is the ultimate best. Very friendly service. Highly recommend. Will be back when our leases are up on our vehicles to purchase new ones.

After visiting multiple Kia dealers, Preston was by far the best professional and fair car dealer. They were very openly honest and did not try any bait and switch tactics that I found at other dealerships.

I would strongly encourage others who are looking for honesty, fair and great customer service to visit Preston before purchasing a vehicle.
