My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
This dealership is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Friendly, honest and competent. From the owner John Scher, to the sales manager Brian to my salesman Anthony Parrilli the process was flawless. The service department is stellar also...had a minor tire issue and the fixed it in minutes with a smile!
I have worked for car dealerships and dealt with a myriad of others. The Rogers Group by far exceeds any I have encountered. They employee quality people which makes buying a new vehicle a positive experience!
I recommend this dealership highly!

My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
This dealership was very good to me. My sales person, Anthony P., was very professional and eager to help me purchase a new vehicle at a good price. Anthony was very patient with me and took every bit of his time to explain to me my options of purchasing a new car. I would definately recommend this dealer to all friends and family. Once again, thank you Anthony and my friends at Rogers Auto Group.

My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
I recommend Rogers Auto Group as a great place to do business.
I felt no pressure from my salesman Anthony Parilli. I was an indecisive buyer and he was patient with me and wanted me to feel secure in my purchase.
He was attentive and worked hard to get me a great deal.

In the end I got exactly what I wanted and I am extremely happy with my new Chevy Cruz.

Anthony even took the time after his long day to be sure I knew how to work the on board instruments, radio and OnStar.

I would feel comfortable referring anyone to go to Rogers Auto Group for a vehicle purchase.

Thanks Anthony for all of your hard work !

My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
Rogers Auto Group,

I want to again commend your entire Dealership Organization for the honest upfront approach to Parts Sales and Service. This Dealership continues to be one of the most pleasant Dealerships I have ever dealt with!

Brian Jones was very pleasant to deal with while I was picking up my new GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 4X4 Z-71 after your team had the bed liner sprayed in and bed finder wells installed at a nominal fee! I stopped by the Parts counter to purchase a few accessories for my truck, again without being overcharged and paid less than online prices.

I will continue to recommend your Dealership to everyone I know and I cannot thank you enough for taking the steps to do old fashion good as a hand shake business!
Sincerely,
John Powers

My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
December 23, 2010 I went into Roger's Auto Group located at 2720 S. Michigan in Chicago because I had a flat tire. Two hours later I received a call from the services center informing me that my back right rim was bent and it would cost me $467.24. $387.29 for the rim and $79.95 for the labor. When I arrive at the service center I was informed that it would be 4 to 5 days to get the rim back, therefore I need to pay right away in order to get the rim back as soon as possible. So I went back to Rogers got my old rim back, and then took my car to Castle Buick in North Riverside, and I spoke with a Louis Mathews (salesman)and he stated they will take a look at the rim and he wiil contact me when they find the problem. Come to find out my rim was not bent, my tire was sealed and I have been driving with no problem since that day. I live within walking distance from Rogers Auto Group and at this point I will not even let them change the oil in my car. I plan to inform all my family, friends and even enemies that if you go to Rogers Auto Group be prepared to get jipped.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Anthony Parrilli

My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
Anthony was a pleasure to work with, I wanted a new car but with a cheaper car note because I was paying too much money for my old car and Anthony made it happen, he entertained us thought our visit, kept me laughing at his stories while we waited for our paper work to be completed, he was extremely helpful into getting me to do what was best for me, I've never worked with a more honest salesman in all of my years of buying cars, I know a few people that are interested in buying a car and I will definitely recommend Anthony without a doubt, Thank you Rogers Auto Group for hiring such a dedicated employee. I am so happy with my purchase and I love the service.

My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
Called and scheduled a test drive with Anthony. The guy seemed nice enough and I was hoping no one would buy the car before Monday. My wife and I had someone pick our son up from daycare so that we could head straight to the dealership. Our test drive was scheduled for 6 and we got their a few minutes early. We walked in and told the first person we saw that we were there to see Anthony. He just stepped out he will be back the guy replied. Fair enough we are a few minutes early. We browse around the show room getting smiles from the sales guys. At 6:20 we tell the receptionist to get us someone else, because no one knows where Anthony is. The receptionist tracks down Bob. We tell Bob that we were scheduled to test drive the Lexus RX330. Bob goes to grab the keys. It is now around 6:30. He comes back 5 minutes later and says..uh umm the Lexus is at the shop for repairs. Really? At the shop for repairs? Couldn't you have said it is out being inspected? Something other than out for repairs. But wait it gets better. Bob apologizes, but states that although the 2005 Lexus we want is not there, he has a 2006. Would you guys be interested in looking at that? Of course we replied. Why don't we meet you on the lot. (It took Bob sometime to find the key for the last vehicle) We go to the lot and walk the entire lot looking for this 2006 Lexus. About 10 minutes later Big Bob shows up with a key (yay), but he begins to explain that the 2006 was a key for a vehicle that has already sold. Bob starts in again with his apologies. I stop him and tell him and tell him this is a waste of our time and we have paid a baby sitter. He tells me he understands and that he is sorry. I tell him to tell Anthony to lose our number and don't bother to call. Bob gave me his card and I took it. I am pretty sure it is in the trash. Never do business with these people. They are horrible.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Used Car GM (aka white haired fat asshole!), Anthony P (aka weasel and village idiot),

My Review of Rogers Auto Group:
We went to Roger's saying that we were approved for a car and of course we got there and we weren't. We ended up using a co-signer with outstanding credit and still received a high interest rate for a loan. Everyone there was very unfriendly. We came in looking for a car we found on the internet. We had a quoted internet price on the vehicle and when we expressed interest in the vehicle they kept telling us that the price seemed very low. While we were there waiting for paperwork to come back to purchase the car, someone from Roger's went online and changed the price of the car we wanted to buy to $1,000 more than the price we saw. They then tried to sell it to us at this newly adjusted price. When we wouldn't fall for it and they got mad at us. They had to sell the car to us for the price we saw online but they treated us like crap every step of the way after that. The used car GM was totally unprofessional. He has white hair, glasses, and walks around like the pompous fat jerk that he is. Even though we were treated like crap we still wanted to buy the car. We were helped by a sales guy named Anthony P, he is a total idiot. He messed up our paperwork about 5 times. There was also a scratch on the side of the car and from the start Anthony would say "oh yeah we will fix that for you, no problem". We signed a paper and everything that stated that they would fix the scratch then when the used car GM heard this he came over and yelled at US! He was saying " We won't fix that for you! You got such a great deal on this car as it is. We sold this car to you for a $1,000 less than we wanted to." Again why is it OUR fault, as the customer, that they advertised the vehicle at the price they did? We just took the abuse and still bought the car, we just wanted to get away from this place as soon as possible. Right off the bat we noticed that 3 of the car tires were new but the left front tire was completely bald, no tread at all! Then after 2 days of having the car we noticed a scraping noise. When we took the car back to Roger's they said that it needed all new front and rear brakes, and a new tire. This would cost us over $500 that we did not have. They told us that that was too bad and they would rather take the car back and sell it to someone else at a higher price than help us to have the car fixed!! OUTRAGEOUS! We have an 8 month old baby and cannot be driving around in a car with brakes that are shot! So now they took the car back and were extremely happy about it boasting that they will sell it to some other sucker so the brakes can give out on them and maybe kill someone, hope they are happy. This dealership is THE WORST. They boast such great customer service when their whole staff is unprofessional and looks like they just got off the crazy train. Beware of this place! Even the finance lady has an eraser in her office that says "Big Mistake" HAH literally. She rolled her eyes often and acted like she had no respect for anyone that worked there. I guess it is just a paycheck to her because she had nothing good to say about any of them that worked there.
