My Review of Santa Monica Acura:
I wanted to buy with these guys but they really blew it. Pushed hard for the same-day sale and when that didn't happen, they lost interest. Sloppy or non-existent follow-up, poor attention to the customer. They really don't get it. While I like that they are a team-based outfit, they are complacent because they are dealing a car so many people come in wanting. I was about to buy and when I complained about having to wait around for 45 minutes for them to draw up the papers, I actually had their finance officer tell me that "other people are ahead of you" which is something you'd expect to hear in a 7/11 rather than in a place where you're about to make a purchase worth thousands of dollars. After an hour of waiting, I decided they weren't good enough for my business. Enough said.
