Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, I drove up from Canton, I thought I would give them a try, and am very happy with my experience, I have been thru this a number of times, so you learn what to ask. Everything closed exactly the way it was shown to me, I am happy, My wife is happy, I dont remember it being that easy. My wife really liked Nate because Nate talked to both of us evenly and didnt assume I was making the decisions. We both thought that was very professional.

Just bought a used Chevy for my son and was overall very happy with my experience. Everything was spelled out for me, no surprises. Nate was very easy to work with. This is the third car I have purchased thru the Serra Organization thru out the years

I was trying to buy a 08 RAV4. At the beginning, the negotiation went pretty well though their attitude was just lukewarm. However, after I went through all the hassles to have my insurance and financing set up and went to their place to finalize the deal, I was told that I could not get the $400 incentive they originally agreed on since I didn't use the Toyota financing. They even told me to tear the check I just got from the bank and use theirs. I felt I was cheated and this was definitely not the right way doing business. I strongly recommend not to deal with this dealership.

i just want to say that the experience I had at Serra Toyota was great. This is the first time I had bought a car without my parents and they made it easy for me. It wasn't like waht my parents warned me about with creepy salespeople that would try to lie and cheat. They were honest and stayed to their word.

I live in Grosse Pointe and I find it well worth the drive to go, My Husband was normally the one who dealt with buying a new car, so I was hesitant being pretty much a first time buyer now that I am alone. I have to say the experience was actually kind of fun, yes salesman are salesman, but I was always treated with respect and was never rushed. Thanks Serra Toyota for making my purchase a peice of cake, and I actually enjoy my new Camry.
