My Review of The Chicago Toy Store:
These guys are top notch salesmen and a great quality dealer. I buy and sell a lot of cars and work with several dealers but these guys are a step above in quality of cars, service, patience, fair pricing, communication and truthfulness. A rare breed in today's car dealership environment, in my opinion. You truly will not find a better buying experience elsewhere and will actually feel good about your purchase instead of questioning if you got a fair price, or are getting the exact car you actually bought and in the condition you were expecting. I can't say enough good things about this well oiled team that make up the Chicago Toy Store. For the record, I worked with Dan Koste and he was absolutely the most patient, understanding and informative salesman I've ever worked with, and I've worked with many. If he did not know an answer to a question, which was very rare, but if I did throw him for a loop, he was honest and got me the answer within minutes. His communication could not have been better and I could tell that he was working for me to get the deal done. I cannot recommend him any higher, you will not be disappointed working with him, I assure you. It goes without saying that I'll be buying several cars from him at the Chicago Toy Store.

Found this car (2004 Cadillac Escalade) on eBay...placed a bid below reserve, and was emailed by Moe. I gave Moe a call - he was very pleasant...without racial profiling (common... Mohammad !?!), I was expecting not to be able to understand completely because of an Indian accent. Well, I was wrong! No accent! Anyway with his verbal description and a $ 500.00 deposit to hold the car a few days so we could plan the 2 1/2 hour drive to look at it, we finally made it there- and WHAT A SHARP CAR!!!...CHERRY!! Although the car was mistakenly listed as a 6.0 Liter all-wheel-drive (it was a rear-wheel 5.3L), I was told by Moe initially on the phone, so we knew it wasn't worth the "Buy-it-now" price. Long story short, we drove it, loved it, and settled on a fair price. The staff was wonderful and friendly! Would certainly recommend the Chicago Toy Store for your high-end, gently used car!

My Review of The Chicago Toy Store:
Ok here is the deal. I got the car a few days ago and it is in great condition. No problems with the car. Now here lies the issue - After 11 days have passed since they received the check, I still don't have the TITLE. Jim tells me everyday that they paid the money to the bank but don't have the lien papers from the bank as they were sent to the original owner who is on vacation. I will wait for another few days before taking legal action.

Again the car was great, dealing with the sales team was great but this TITLE issue has been a sore point.

My Review of The Chicago Toy Store:
I just bought a ued BMW 550i from them. Jim was great to deal with and there were no questions unanswered. The car was better than expected. It was missing the user manual but Jim is in the process of getting one for me. The car has been with me for only a day but it looks and drive like new. Great dealer.
