My Review of
Tulley VW
:
We found a car we were interested in on Tulley's website. Since we live about an hour and 20 minutes from the dealership we called ahead to make sure it would be fine to go after work and make it in time for someone to help us. Bobby was our sales rep and he was great. We got to the dealership around 6:45pm (they close at 8). He had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go. He was friendly, personable and professional. After our test drive, we were pushing 8pm and figured if we wanted the car we would fill out some paperwork and figure out an alternate pick up date. Bobby said he wanted to see if we could take the car that night since we have such a long drive. He pulled their finance guy, Sherman and they both stayed late, along with a couple other guys to get the process started. Then they were able to get us in our new car and on our way by 9pm. That's an hour late for both of them to get us on our way without having to return. Knowing they had already made the sale, they really didn't have to take this extra step and we were very impressed with the service level provided. Not to mention we got our dream car at a fantastic price. I would highly recommend working with them and if we lived closer we would absolutely use them for our regular service as well.

My Review of
Tulley VW
:
I had a great experience purchasing a new VW Jetta TDI from Tulley. Dave Penney and the rest of team were very professional, no pressure, and were willing to negotiate a great deal to earn my business. I got a great deal on the new vehicle and a fair trade value for my existing one. Rick (the business manager) managed to get me a fantastic rate for financing and beat my credit union by over 1%! The new vehicle was prepared for delivery very well. Overall I couldn't be happier.

My Review of
Tulley VW
:
I originally saw a Jetta on the website it was a 2009 with 23k miles on it. The thought in my mind was, the price was not what I was willing to pay, so I called the dealership and was connected to the sales department when I talked to a salesperson about the flexibility of the pricing online. He stated that most pricing online are specials, and that no matter what we will try to accomodate you in any way we can. So I come in, the vehicle was sold (actually being picked up when I got there) But he did say he just got a manual transmission of the same year for the same price, and 18k miles on it. I was a little weary on this because they just got it. I was assured it was a very clean car, so I entertained the salesman. I was absolutly head over heals for the car when it came down. We did not drive it, I wanted to be sure I could get it for the price I wanted to pay. So we sat down at his very sunny desk, He had asked for some info from me then went and spoke with a manager, at this point i wanted to pay no more than 15k, it was posted for 19k. Once he returned to his desk, I was on the phone. So he put the paper face down and walked away ( as to accomodate my call). Once I hung up he came right over. Sat right down and asked what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. I said, Please tell me what you would like to sell it for, he chuckled. Well (flips the paper over) I belive we can make an outstanding deal here at $18,000 plus our doc fee. He looked at me until I said something. I said to him how flexible is that price? he stated to me, How would you like it to flex. I said 17k out the door, no other charges. He looks at the paper, writes the total I just stated and says hmmmmmmm, ok if I can do 17,500 would you consider this? I said to him, I will do 17 out the door. "OK" he said and walked up to the manager giving him pricing. The manager got right up, walked over and said thank you for coming in today, itroduced himself and said I can do 17,600 out the door, and we can do it all today. I spoke with my wife over the phone and I came back in and we ended up making the deal happen. I loved the services at Tulley and if you want to be comfortable and not rushed, go in and see my sales guy Jeff. I called him about a week after for my sister and he took very good care of her as well. Great place, service, and people. Thank you

My Review of
Tulley VW
:
I recently leased a new Jetta from Tulley VW, and I was very pleased with my overall experience. The salesmen weren’t overly pushy, and Tulley’s pricing was far more reasonable than other dealers who advertise extremely low monthly payments, but, when you get there, expect you to put an exorbitant amount down in order to get the advertised rate for a base model car. I would definitely recommend checking out Tulley when you are ready to lease or purchase a new vehicle.

My Review of
Tulley VW
:
I parked and walked to the lot. I looked at a few GTIs. I was approached by a salesperson. He asked me if he could help. I said I wanted to testdrive a GTI. He asked where I was in my process. I said I was at the point where I wanted to testdrive a GTI. He got annoyed that I wasn't playing games and pretending to be friends with smalltalk. He complained that I wasn't answering his questions, and he didn't even know my name. I told him he didn't know my name, because he didn't introduce himself. He wanted to go sit down and walk through their process. I told him I was well into my new car purchase process, and the next step for me was to testdrive a GTI. If he wanted to help me, he could. If not, I could buy one elsewhere. It was really pretty simple for him. He went inside. Another guy came out. He actually introduced himself and was more helpful, asking what I drove, what I was looking for, etc. I told him I wanted to testdrive a GTI. He told me that sales of GTIs were great, and that there was a waiting list, despite the supply they had on the lot. He said most customers are annoying with their requests for specific GTI features. The overall vibe from these 2 guys was that they really didn't care to make a sale. It's their loss. I was ready and able to buy, and their attitudes ruined the interaction. I left. I don't have the time to waste with idiots like this. Notable that this was very consistent with the online reviews I've read about the Tulley organization. It was also consistent with the views of 2 friends I have who purchased BMWs from Tulley, but would never go back.

My Review of
Tulley VW
:
I had a very unsatisfactory experience with their VW Service department. I originally went in for a VW recall campaign, and as a result of an error made by their tech my car was flooded during a rainstorm, requiring over $2000 in repairs. When I complained and asked Tulley to make it up to me, they treated me like a criminal trying to run some sort of scam on them. Their service manager was particularly rude. I recommend avoiding this dealer.

We called to make an appointment for our VW service and received an appointment for today. I was not sure of the time, so I called on the morning of the appointment to confirm the time. I was told to come in at 1pm. We went to the dealership and were told that we were not on the list and they do'nt take appointments after 12noon. In spite of confirming the appointment, we were not listed in the appointment book or the computer. The service woman in the morning was able to find our appointment, but by the afternoon, it had mysteriously disappeared! I am going to find a different dealership!
