Yes, they specialize in financing for people with bad or no credit. So you have to expect a different experience. But when someone comes in and says they are looking for a car under 5,000 - don't waste their time making them fill out an application if you "don't sell cars that cheap." You know why people have bad credit? In part due to sleazy dealers like this who try to push a fifteen thousand dollar car on someone who barely makes that in a year. Shame on you.

I'm torn writing this review - on one hand I enjoyed my sales experience here. The staff (Tyler) was friendly and helpful with no pressure, and we drove away happy.

The next week I noticed a shuddering in my car when I accelerated. We called the dealership and they said to bring it out for a check-up. In the end, they told us it was probably the wind catching the flap/plastic under the car and not to worry.

Fast forward 4 months later and we’ve taken our car in for its first oil change/service…. Our trusted mechanic tells us we need to replace the Timing Belt (which is original to the car) ASAP or risk a ton of damage to the engine. Not a cheap price tag!

We call Used Car Xpress and even their service center agrees that a Timing Belt usually needs to be replaced every 100,000 miles…. We purchased this car at just under 107,000 miles. For your own service department to agree that the Belt should be changed…and yet NOT change it when the car is on your lot for sale is ridiculous! Simple solution; change the belt and up your sale price! (by the way-I know there is no "sign" your timing belt is about to go other than inspecting it so I know it had nothing to do with the shuddering).

Tell me how they could not have predicted or noticed that we would need a new Timing Belt within 4 months of purchase!?! AND on top of that- when we brought it back for an additional check – did they not even look at the car?!?

What started out as a great buying experience quickly turned into a disgusting and frustrating situation.

I like the friendly and thorough service from the salesperson. I appreciated the trust of keeping our check until the funds were available & because of our distance to the dealer everything being completed that day.

Had spoken to the salesperson regarding a vehicle on the phone. Had mentioned I was driving from a distance and to call me if the vehicle was no longer available. Once I got there I found out that the vehicle had been sold. I was obviously not too pleased as I had specifically requested the salesperson to call me. True customer service is evident when folks care about the customer and not just the sale. A twenty second phone call was not asking too much.

We had a wonderful experience with Used Car Xpress! It was pouring rain when we went and they pulled the car we were interested in into the shop so we could look at it out of the icky weather. They were friendly from the moment we walked in the door. We were able to take the car on a long test drive then they ran the numbers for us without any pressure to buy. As we ended up being there for a few hours they grilled up some lunch and brought it to us. Once we made the decision to purchase, everyone jumped into action to get things moving for us. Someone cleaned the car and removed the stickers, someone else took care of the financials to get us out the door as fast as possible with our new [to us] car! A wonderful staff, wonderful experience – we’d definitely go back!

Great experience with no hassle. I was given a very fair trade in value on my minivan and picked up a nice sedan. Josh was great and the rest of the staff was around to help if we needed anything while he was completing our paperwork. I will look here first when we buy in the future.

I came to this place to trade in my practically new car for a used one to help save on some money. I was extremely pleased with everything from the start. Tyler was very honest and open to answer all of the questions I had. If there was something he did not know, he went and found the answer so he was always giving me the correct information. I spent a total of three days here, taking my time with the process. Josh helped me on my second day and was a complete gentleman with me, helping me find a mechanic shop to look over the car so I could have a second opinion. I have had the car for five days so far and I am very pleased with my decision. The entire staff, including the finance lady, was friendly and made my experience and enjoyable one!

I had been looking for a particular type of truck, for several weeks. Noticed a Ford

F350 at this dealership. Stopped on my Day off to look. Was impressed by the friendly, no presure sales staff.. Ended up buying the truck. I am a happy customer, and would look here first for a vehicle.

2011-04-09: I drove past this place on my way to Kline Nissan on Friday afternoon. I decided to drive through because I saw a couple of the vehicles I was considering in the front row. Although I did not talk with anyone on Friday evening I returned with my wife the next morning. We were greeted by Josh with a friendly smile and an honest handshake. We test drove the Maxima that I noticed the night before. He let us take our time on the drive and encouraged us both to test it out. There was no rush. (Much appreciated!) I have been researching what I want for about 6 months. The pricing was fare and all the employees were friendly and talkative throughout buying the process. This is a used car lot owned by the Walser Dealerships. I have never dealt with Walser in the past but I stopped in because of the name. This was obviously not a fly by night dealer. They have a great variety of very clean, fare priced vehicles. If you are looking to buy, definitely stop here first and talk with them. We will be replacing our other car in the near future and we will not think twice about shopping here first. PS. and in response to one of the reviews... If you are buying used, guess what, it's used. It will not be perfect.
