My Review of Village:
On first contact with their Service Dept by phone, the mechanic I spoke to was very nice and helpful regarding their hours, policies for routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.), and how they handle fleet cars.
When I brought in my HP fleet car however, the service staff was too busy joking among themselves to stop and help myself and the other customer who arrived at the same time as myself. When I walked up to the group and interrupted, they acted offended and I was then told they would not work on my vehicle because the service plan HP uses (GE) won't pay their rates (they're charging considerably more I found out later from my company).
When my battery went dead while under warranty, they refused service because any other work they wouldn't cover, so I had to take the car to the local Chevy dealership.
*Very disappointing.*
