Mr. Tim Hollis from Hardy Chevrolet used division was great!! We had been dealing with other dealerships and they would give us the run around been working with the other dealers for over a month but they wanted to give us a smaller vehicle and not one we wanted for the price we could afford we went by the Dallas Hardy Chevrolet in Georgia late one afternoon and we couldn't do much because it was late but he had us in the kind of vehicle we wanted in two days and also at the payment we knew we could afford if anyone needs someone to help them I would truly recommend Tim Hollis he done a fantastic job. I was ready to give up because I had no credit he assured me he could find something I wanted not what they wanted me to have he is a very nice person and will do all he can for his customers! The purchase of my 2016 Terrain was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I was assisted by Melvin Sandler that made this experience a fantastic one. He was courteous and informative, and answered every question that I had. Same I can say about Sam Afeworski that helped my with the financial aspect of the deal. I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda.
After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class.
I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.

Ipurchase vehicles often, since I now own a business that has a small fleet. I purchased my first new car from Robert Goodwin many years ago. I live an hour and a half away from Cartersville, but I always check their inventory for the vehicle I am looking for. They have the best pricing, and on internet advertised vehicles they are usually prices at or below value, so there is not hassling and negotiating. Every truck and car I have purchased was like new. Most times, Robert knows who actually traded it and why they purchased another vehicle. They have an incredible returning customer business. I highly recommend them. I just call in and tell Robert what I'm looking for an he calls me when he has it. Robert is the nicest, most sincere guy you will ever meet. He been selling cars for over 30 years.

By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I was sold a service that I did not get. Service tech was extremely incompetent and was not knolegable of anything more than an oil change. Then I get the pleasure of dealing with the biggest xxx hat of them all Dennis. And further more nobody here wants to hear about or do anything about what they screw up. Walked away with over $3000.00 in repairs when quoted about $800.00 in repairs. Then I get my truck back and have a broken oil pressure gage and broken transmutation dip stick tube. Dennis responded with I can look at it but not today. Your mechanic broke them but didn't fix it????????? I could go on for days but I will stop here. By the way my family and I have bought many new vehicles from here but that will NEVER happen again.

I offered 45k cash for a Tahoe LT. my offer was declined and I gladly left to continue my search elsewhere. I received a call from a Latoya that ask me to return. i told her I would not negotiate my price and have no need to return. She set a meeting with a Matt McPhee that didn't even know the history of the deal. With the gas crisis currently affecting Georgia, these people were willing for me to return an offer the same thing I declined the day before. Stay away from these snakes, there tactics are archaic to the new world of negotiations. My salesman stated he was in the business of selling cars, and when I told him that is what he was doing with me, he expressed he worked multiple deals at once. Real good job putting the customer first. Don't trust this dealership
Very Dishonest and very poor salesmanship! - dirtytruck
I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
