I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda.
After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class.
I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.

Ipurchase vehicles often, since I now own a business that has a small fleet. I purchased my first new car from Robert Goodwin many years ago. I live an hour and a half away from Cartersville, but I always check their inventory for the vehicle I am looking for. They have the best pricing, and on internet advertised vehicles they are usually prices at or below value, so there is not hassling and negotiating. Every truck and car I have purchased was like new. Most times, Robert knows who actually traded it and why they purchased another vehicle. They have an incredible returning customer business. I highly recommend them. I just call in and tell Robert what I'm looking for an he calls me when he has it. Robert is the nicest, most sincere guy you will ever meet. He been selling cars for over 30 years.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban in March 2016. For some reason the Onstar system was not connecting to a representative when pressed. The gentleman at Bellamy Strickland said to try when I got home. I tried a number of times. I finally took it in to a local Chevy store to have looked at since the distance from my home was quite a ways from Bellamy Strickland. Finding out the entire onstar system was faulty. Also the gps antenna was needing replaced and had water leaking underneath it. $700 later It was fixed by Rick Hendrick. Please be aware of preexisting issues before purchase. I could kick myself for not having the unit checked out prior to signing the "as is" form. My salesman and finance manager were good. Natalie in BDC was fine. I just am a little disappointed that this pre-existing issue was not reimbursed from the dealer.

My trade in appraised $1500 less than I would have gotten at Carmax. My salesman called me at home and said the sales manager assured him that they will match Carmax if I come back in. I came back the next day and the sales manager came into the office and said they can't match Carmax, but would come within $500. I got up to leave telling them they should stick by their word. Magically, he immediately was now able to match Carmax. I should have left anyway. Why did it have to come to that. So next, in the finance office as I am signing the paperwork, I noticed 3 charges, not in the main column but off to the side, each one for $500. I refused to sign until they were explained, so enter again the sales manager. The first two charges he explained were "locked in" as they costs to keep the car clean on the lot for example. Seems like that is part of dealer overhead? Anyway, the last charge was an extra 2 years of routine service (oil changes) that they sold me. Problem is I never was told about it, so how the xxxx did I buy it?? They just decided to sell it to me without telling me and snuck the charge in. So of course, I demanded that get removed. So I caught them twice. I only wonder what I did not catch. Then after all that, I get home and the mileage in the car was 2000 miles different than that on the paperwork. So 2 days later, because of THEIR mistake, I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way during a work week to resign documents. WOW!!!! The Terrain I bought was great. But this dealership CANNOT be trusted. Buy your car elsewhere.

I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
