great experience. got the car i wanted at a fair price - James W.
This was the 6th vehicle (mix of new and used) I have bought from Hennessey Southlake and I always start with them when it's time to buy. The sales staff are always knowledgeable of the products (even used cars not manufactured by Buick, GMC or Mazda), I always get a fair and competitive price and the financing is always "in the same ballpark" as my private banking institution, which is a credit union. the fact that Hennessey Southlake is only 2 miles from my house is just an added bonus...I would drive much further for this kind of service, selection and pricing.
New 2017 Yukon Denali purchase - yukon_buyer
Dave Patterson and Mark Paolillo did an excellent job getting me in a new 2017 Yukon Denali. Great Experience. Traded my car and used their KBB instant purchase program and they honored the trade value when I got to the dealer. Picked the vehicle I wanted from their website and negotiated everything over the phone. Didn't have to negotiate the price as what was posted on the web site was the best in the region. Drove in from Charleston, SC with my trade and title in hand. When I got to the dealership they honored the KBB trade value and the price of the car with no questions. The team was straight to the point and kept their word on everything they promised. Jimmy Britt does not mess around. They give you the best price up front, keep their word and get you in and out . Leaving you with a great car shopping experience.

Steven was awesome and so helpful, also he actually listened and helped us find what we were looking for. Joe was also very helpful and these guys never pushed to try and get the sell. Easy process - rgehman1964
Easy no pressure process :-)
I told the salesman, Cody from the start I was just looking and not sure that I was ready to buy. I told him what I was interested in and that's what he showed me. The entire process was easy and I wasn't pressured in the least to buy anything or try to up-sell me.
Brought my car in for service on passenger window - SDM123
They had to keep the car awhile & offered to take me home via the shuttle. They had to order a part & I brought it back the next day. Wonderful service!
Great experience - C and C
Greg and Tom were wonderful and easy to work with. They did not keep us waiting forever to give us the pricing for the Acadia and to look at our trade in vehicle.
Awesome. No pressure experience. - jojemo2000
Great team at Volume. Again, no pressure experience. The lifetime oil change and dealer extended warranty are just the icing on the cake for the deal.
Easiest vehicle purchase ever - th67
We worked with Dan and Cody. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. They were so easy to work with. They helped us get out of a vehicle with negative equity and into something that far exceeded our expectations.
Quick, painless, no pressure and a GREAT deal! - Marcia Holland
After having shopped other BIG NAME GM dealerships, I found the Yukon SLT with the options I wanted via Hardman GM's website. It had a no-haggle price that was well below the lowest price I was able to get at other dealerships for the same vehicle. Not only that, there was no phony addendum sticker for $1800 of 'additional' options (paint protectant, nitrogen in the tires, blah blah blah). I was offered a fair amount for my trade in (more than the other dealerships I visited) and from the time I walked on the lot to view the vehicle to the time I drove off the lot was no more than an hour and half! Mark Bradley was professional, helpful, courteous and very diligent. I live in Cumming, but my husband and I will make drive to Gainesville from now on for our GM purchases! Hardman GM is NOT the typical/sterotyped car dealership. I highly recommend them!!

Beware of this Dealership - GMCOwner
I bought a certified 2015 truck a month ago and at first everything looked good however, the next day, after a close inspection, we noticed that the paint on the hood and other areas of the truck did not look right. Come to find out that the truck had been repainted. My guess, this was probably hail damage. This was not on the Carfax and was never disclosed to us even though the truck was certified. I brought this to the attention of the sales person and the manager and instead of apologizing for something they said was missed, they quickly told me that they weren't obligated to help if they didn't want to since the truck was used and the sale was over. I couldn't believe they were treating me this way after we had gone thru a very friendly exchange during the sale. If I had known the truck was repainted i would not have bought it since I didn't know what the history was. After some arguing they agreed to repaint the hood only but nothing else. There was only 2 spots in the truck I wanted fixed, even though the whole truck seemed to have been repainted and 2 rear window and back stop lenses have been replaced. Their mindset is to make a sale now but they do not care about there customers afterwards. I had already planned to go back and buy 2 more vehicles from them because I was happy with how the sale went but they chose to lose several thousands dollars in sales rather than to spend a few dollars up front. Very unprofessional people. I will never go back.
Liars and horrible service - Mb280280
I was always told not to use this dealer and against my better judgment I have been letting them service my 2016 duramax 2500hd. When my truck had 3000 miles on it the truck broke down and wouldn't start again. So it got towed to Bellamy and when I got there to find out the diagnosis they told me the whole fuel system had to be replaced. I didn't know any better so I asked for a loaner and they gave me a truck to drive while mine got fixed. When my truck got done I went to return the loaner and the mechanic said they did some extra work on the truck to make more money because warranty work didn't pay anything. I thought that was really crappy of a dealer to do but I wasn't gonna raise a fuss I just needed my truck back. After I got it back I got a call and got cussed out that the truck I had had too many miles on it?! Am I supposed to not work because the trucks y'all sell brake? Any ways to the reason for the review my truck still under warranty only 20k miles on it has broken again. I called and scheduled an appointment all seemed fine then I was 5 min away from dropping my truck off and the "manager" called and told me a bold face lie that they didn't have a loaner for me even thought the lady I spoke with said she had the keys in her hand. So I am now with a truck leaking oil every where and no help from Bellamy. I see why they have such horrible reviews. I will turn every customer that I have away from this dealer. If you want horrible service if any at all this is your stop. I will let it be known to everyone I talk to how horrible this dealer is.
Good people, personalized attention - rrauh
Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.
Sold an Unsafe and Worthless Yukon UNDISCLOSED - UnsafeYukonBUyer
` I purchased a 2010 GMC Yukon from Capital GMC Buick in 2015. At the time of purchase they asked that I get the vehicle checked out by third party. This was odd to me since the dealership has a service center. This raised a flag with me so, I asked if there was anything that I should know about the vehicle since they were asking me to do this. They responded by saying
"No, the vehicle was supposed to be going to the auction the following week, and this was normal."
I took the Yukon to Midas. There the fluids, brakes, and tires were checked.
I attempted to trade in my 2010 Yukon at Steve Rayman Chevrolet recently. It was there I found out that my Yukon was “unsafe.” Steve Rayman was unable to take my 2010 Yukon as a trade in because before I purchased the Yukon it had been in a severe accident and the airbags were deployed. Making the vehicle unsafe. They were baffled that I was able to even get the vehicle financed given the circumstances of the vehicle. They couldn’t even make a low ball offer at all on the 2010 Yukon. They considered the vehicle worthless and unsafe. They advised me that I should be concerned with the vehicle’s safety.
Capital Buick GMC knowingly sold me this unsafe Yukon, and did not disclose this information to me when I specifically asked if there was anything I should know. Therefore, they did not give me a chance to get the vehicle properly checked out. I was misled. Had I of known the Yukon’s airbags were deployed I would of gotten the vehicle safety checked out including airbags. I was not disclosed any of this information, so only basic maintenance was checked out, not the safety of the vehicle. I also wouldn’t of purchased the Yukon. I am a mother of a six month old boy and a ten year old boy, so safety is my main concern.
After discovering that my vehicle was worthless, I contacted GM Financial to find out how the vehicle was even finance to me. I spoke with a Supervisor named Hannah after telling her what happened she advised me that it was negligence on their part she also stated that,
“If we knew the vehicle’s history before financing it, they probably wouldn’t finance most of the vehicles that they do.”
I found this shocking since even private financial institutes check out the vehicle’s history before approving financing.
Not to mention the Finance Manager also lying to me. I was told if at anytime you choose not to have the warranty your monthly payment will go back down to the original price per month. This is not true, if you choose to have warranty removed at anytime your monthly payment remains the same no matter what.
Do NOT go to this dealership! - Carlblackisbad
STAY AWAY!! Full of lies, empty promises and shady practices. After days of negotiating and very little willingness to budge on their prices, we came to an agreement on the price of the vehicle. This was after they did not honor their internet price which they said they would. After all the frustration, as I was on my way to purchase the vehicle, they called to say they sold it to someone else. DO NOT go there! They are the reason car dealerships have a bad reputation!!!
Poor Service - Unsatisfied Customer
I was charged over $1600 for an antifreeze leak that I was assured was 100% fixed when I picked up my car. After a few days I noticed the leak was back. I took my car back to Walker Cadillac Buick GMC and was told by the service department that it was another issue. The customer service was very rude and nasty. Before they started work on the car I asked them to complete a full inspection and to let me know all that was wrong. Now that the car is still leaking antifreeze, and they have ripped me off, they don't want to take responsibility for not doing the job right. Basically I just paid them to do nothing. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.
My daughters Buick developed a check engine light issue. ... - mattstevens50
My daughters Buick developed a check engine light issue. Mr Corey and the service technicians diagnosed it and had the parts ordered and the repairs completed quickly, and inexpensiveley. Great job Steve and the Colonial Team.
Very Dishonest and very poor salesmanship! - dirtytruck
I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.
I have had a great experience over the past 2.5 years.... - uga59
I have had a great experience over the past 2.5 years. They have gone over and above the call of duty when I have needed anything. I have never had a better experience with service and overall relationship with any other dealer!
My experience with this dealership has been priceless.... - stacydenise
My experience with this dealership has been priceless. From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly and hassle free. The staff were very professional. With having a very low credit score, it has been very difficult for me to obtain ownership of a vehicle; but the dealership at John Miles Chevrolet were able to get me in a car and help reestablish my credit in no time. Thank you Lance Redding and the John Miles Chevrolet staff! It's dealerships like yours that can make it happen!
