I was looking all over the US for a 2016 Red Hot Camaro SS. I came across a 2017 at this dealership that was priced really well even compared to some 2016s I had looked at. I called over there to ask a few questions about it regarding a couple of options I was looking for and was connected to Dayo Bello. He was friendly and helpful. I had an independent inspector go take a look at it and he said the car was nearly perfect. I bought a ticket to fly out the following weekend. Once I landed, Eddie picked me up from the airport and took me over to the dealership. Eddie was also polite and great to talk to on the way there. Once there I met with Dayo and went for a test drive. The car was exactly what I wanted. Went through the paperwork and after that, started on an 822 mile drive home... If there was a "worst" part to this trip, the 13+ hour drive home was it. However, there wasn't really a bad part to the entire trip.
Just wanted to say that Dayo and all of the other staff there were great to work with and really friendly and professional. They also worked with me so that the car would still be available since I couldn't get out there for a week due to work. I lost out on a couple of other cars I was interested in at other dealerships because they didn't have a way to hold a car. I'm really glad they had this option as it took the stress out of thinking another one would get away. Excellent dealership and Dayo was an excellent sales guy. Definitely would recommend this place.

One guy welcomed you and asked who you were looking for. Sam Miller is a great individual to work with. He lets you talk and explain exactly what you are looking for. Well my husband and I have been buying vehicles from Southtowne for approximately 17 years now. This makes our 8th car from this dealership. I must say that they have patience which is what you need as a sales rep at a car dealership.
It is quite a lot to purchase a new car; a lot financially and emotionally because you are in this vehicle for quite sometime. So, this is not a fly by night decision, and luckily Southtowne employ's that right kind of sales representative.
Like Mr.. Daniel Shoaeseged who is patient, knowledgeable and represents Southtowne admirably. We refer all friends and family and will be back again for Car number 9 in the future.

` I purchased a 2010 GMC Yukon from Capital GMC Buick in 2015. At the time of purchase they asked that I get the vehicle checked out by third party. This was odd to me since the dealership has a service center. This raised a flag with me so, I asked if there was anything that I should know about the vehicle since they were asking me to do this. They responded by saying
"No, the vehicle was supposed to be going to the auction the following week, and this was normal."
I took the Yukon to Midas. There the fluids, brakes, and tires were checked.
I attempted to trade in my 2010 Yukon at Steve Rayman Chevrolet recently. It was there I found out that my Yukon was “unsafe.” Steve Rayman was unable to take my 2010 Yukon as a trade in because before I purchased the Yukon it had been in a severe accident and the airbags were deployed. Making the vehicle unsafe. They were baffled that I was able to even get the vehicle financed given the circumstances of the vehicle. They couldn’t even make a low ball offer at all on the 2010 Yukon. They considered the vehicle worthless and unsafe. They advised me that I should be concerned with the vehicle’s safety.
Capital Buick GMC knowingly sold me this unsafe Yukon, and did not disclose this information to me when I specifically asked if there was anything I should know. Therefore, they did not give me a chance to get the vehicle properly checked out. I was misled. Had I of known the Yukon’s airbags were deployed I would of gotten the vehicle safety checked out including airbags. I was not disclosed any of this information, so only basic maintenance was checked out, not the safety of the vehicle. I also wouldn’t of purchased the Yukon. I am a mother of a six month old boy and a ten year old boy, so safety is my main concern.
After discovering that my vehicle was worthless, I contacted GM Financial to find out how the vehicle was even finance to me. I spoke with a Supervisor named Hannah after telling her what happened she advised me that it was negligence on their part she also stated that,
“If we knew the vehicle’s history before financing it, they probably wouldn’t finance most of the vehicles that they do.”
I found this shocking since even private financial institutes check out the vehicle’s history before approving financing.
Not to mention the Finance Manager also lying to me. I was told if at anytime you choose not to have the warranty your monthly payment will go back down to the original price per month. This is not true, if you choose to have warranty removed at anytime your monthly payment remains the same no matter what.
Poor Service - Unsatisfied Customer
I was charged over $1600 for an antifreeze leak that I was assured was 100% fixed when I picked up my car. After a few days I noticed the leak was back. I took my car back to Walker Cadillac Buick GMC and was told by the service department that it was another issue. The customer service was very rude and nasty. Before they started work on the car I asked them to complete a full inspection and to let me know all that was wrong. Now that the car is still leaking antifreeze, and they have ripped me off, they don't want to take responsibility for not doing the job right. Basically I just paid them to do nothing. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda.
After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class.
I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.

Very Dishonest and very poor salesmanship! - dirtytruck
I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
