Mike was great. Hennessy is a no pressure dealership. Upfront Internet pricing (like Carmax). Mike took pictures of the vehicle (before the dealer photographer), at my request, so I could make the decision to drive up from Warner Robins. Prices were very competitive vs what I found down here Warner Robins area (apparently the high military population drives up the prices), I guess there is high # of pre-qualified buyers (USAA), I decided to go with dealer's referred lender (saved me a quarter of a % in interest). And since I drove from 100 miles away, Mike extended the standard return policy to 3 days/300 miles.

I was looking for an economical car to replace my older 1996 Honda Accord which would grant me more reliable transportation to and from school. After looking on truecar.com, I found my now 2010 Toyota Corolla at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet listed at a pretty great price. After test driving this vehicle and noticing that the windshield was cracked, they said a replacement was on order and they would send a mechanic to change it while I was at work, and I live 45 minutes away. Bought a 2013 GMC Sierra Extend Cab, fairly loaded last Sept. With any previously owned vehicle you always wonder about your vehicle and possible problems.... My GMC has been excellent! The purchase was easy and great. Not the typical pushy stuff. The dealership is outstanding! Have been to the service dept to complete routine things and Kevin Wellborn has been a pleasure to work with, and the wait times are short. Way to go, this is how vehicle ownership is supposed to be.

Ipurchase vehicles often, since I now own a business that has a small fleet. I purchased my first new car from Robert Goodwin many years ago. I live an hour and a half away from Cartersville, but I always check their inventory for the vehicle I am looking for. They have the best pricing, and on internet advertised vehicles they are usually prices at or below value, so there is not hassling and negotiating. Every truck and car I have purchased was like new. Most times, Robert knows who actually traded it and why they purchased another vehicle. They have an incredible returning customer business. I highly recommend them. I just call in and tell Robert what I'm looking for an he calls me when he has it. Robert is the nicest, most sincere guy you will ever meet. He been selling cars for over 30 years.

I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda.
After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class.
I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.

Used 2015 Suburban with preexisting "unknown" issues - Avery282
I purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban in March 2016. For some reason the Onstar system was not connecting to a representative when pressed. The gentleman at Bellamy Strickland said to try when I got home. I tried a number of times. I finally took it in to a local Chevy store to have looked at since the distance from my home was quite a ways from Bellamy Strickland. Finding out the entire onstar system was faulty. Also the gps antenna was needing replaced and had water leaking underneath it. $700 later It was fixed by Rick Hendrick. Please be aware of preexisting issues before purchase. I could kick myself for not having the unit checked out prior to signing the "as is" form. My salesman and finance manager were good. Natalie in BDC was fine. I just am a little disappointed that this pre-existing issue was not reimbursed from the dealer.

I test drove a 2016 Camaro and left my contact information to the salesman. I emailed him the next day and requested more information. I never heard from him. Days later I made an info request online at the Carl Black website. I got a call from the Internet sales person. I asked for more info on the same vehicle. I got a copy of the build sheet the next day. I requested a guote from the same sales person via email. I never heard from her again. I emailed the dealers general manager and related my experience and lack of communication from the dealers two salespeople. Again no response whatsoever. I have to say I've never had an experience like this before. Carl Black needs a new business model. Their current one clearly isn't working. I'd never go back there or recommend them to anyone. Carl Black's Facebook page is a litany of complaints. I can believe it.
Very Dishonest and very poor salesmanship! - dirtytruck
I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
