New Purchase GMC Acadia - Wendell
I ordered and just received my 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales and support staff was well-informed, courteous, and very helpful. It felt like a hometown experience. No hassle, great price, ($1,000 less than two other dealers). I would definitely recommend Jimmy Britt to others.

New truck purchase - new truck purchase
I worked at a quality buick dealership in the 1980's and they were a great dealership, but my experience with Rick Hendrick far exceeded any of the 10 previous new cars I have purchased. At every turn of the road the integrity was beyond belief. Every item was up front and totally honest and clear. my salesman Jim Beeby, Charles, and Mike the finance officer were all total professionals, and I can honestly say it was the best buying experience I have ever had. The highest praise to a team that added new meaning to a buying experience. THANK YOU!! Ray nunnery
Great place !!! - JasonGolden
We have been trying to find a good reliable car for our family and Tony Deerman was the best person for us, he got us in a car no problem we will be going back in the future.
Best experience - Great customer service
The purchase of my 2016 Terrain was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I was assisted by Melvin Sandler that made this experience a fantastic one. He was courteous and informative, and answered every question that I had. Same I can say about Sam Afeworski that helped my with the financial aspect of the deal. I left the dealer very happy and convinced that I had received a very fair deal. I recommend this dealership and thank Melvin and Sam for a great experience. Very satisfied.
Excellent - ayesha_co
Ken held my hand through the whole process. I went in without a prayer and drove away in my dream car! He really understands the value of customer service. I drove a rental to the dealership and he even help me take care of dropping it off. Jim Ellis Buick is REALLY lucky to have this guy because I never felt handled or like I was just another commission to him. If you purchase a vehicle from this particular dealer make sure Ken is you're salesman.
Awesome experience - 5* all around - love my car! - tjc_wpb
I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda.
After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class.
I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.
A++++ from somebody who only gives 5*s when they are fully deserved! Thanks, James!! We will be back
Best Dealership Ever! Worth the Drive. - jennifer.p.gaultney
Ipurchase vehicles often, since I now own a business that has a small fleet. I purchased my first new car from Robert Goodwin many years ago. I live an hour and a half away from Cartersville, but I always check their inventory for the vehicle I am looking for. They have the best pricing, and on internet advertised vehicles they are usually prices at or below value, so there is not hassling and negotiating. Every truck and car I have purchased was like new. Most times, Robert knows who actually traded it and why they purchased another vehicle. They have an incredible returning customer business. I highly recommend them. I just call in and tell Robert what I'm looking for an he calls me when he has it. Robert is the nicest, most sincere guy you will ever meet. He been selling cars for over 30 years.
The BEST auto buying experience ever! - Wendy & Larry
We had actually went to a dealer before I received a message from Ms. Nancy Brook about a 2010 Suburban we had inquired about. When we arrived we were treated like royalty and received the best customer service ever! We of course loved the 2010 Suburban and they made the buying process easy and smooth! Thanks so much we will definitely be getting the word out! Thanks again for the awesome service!

Horrible costumer service - Coach mike
Bought a real nice truck from here salesman was great but I took it in over a week and a half ago for his first oil change and had the worst customer service I've ever had in my life there's a reason why I change my own oil and do my own maintenance I went there I have an appointment at 3:30 I didn't leave there until 515 and all I did or had was a oil change and a tire rotation the owner or part on them but this dealership brother-in-law came in with an appointment at 4 o'clock and had his vehicle looked at. An oil change and other stuff did why my truck sat on the rack for over an hour and a half with no one attending to it I had to ask the service rep why isn't anyone working on my truck when the brother-in-law came in everything stopped in my vehicle and my appointment time was before him the service manager offered me another free oil change after I was there on time for my appointment and i say there for an hour and a half. I never like people trying to smooth over something that they know was bluntly wrong and that was mine 34th experience of what I call a little bit of xxxxxx. Needless to say I miss my football practice and I got some jacked up customer service #mad all day
Car buying fun - Jmbrown934
This purchase was the best I ever made the price haggling was a blast ever signing the paperwork was enjoyable ask for CHASE I GOT the same treatment a person buying an expensive car even tho I just bought a used car.when left I felt like I had really made a great deal
Worst experiences ever. And yes this is plural. - Unhappycustomer
By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I was sold a service that I did not get. Service tech was extremely incompetent and was not knolegable of anything more than an oil change. Then I get the pleasure of dealing with the biggest xxx hat of them all Dennis. And further more nobody here wants to hear about or do anything about what they screw up. Walked away with over $3000.00 in repairs when quoted about $800.00 in repairs. Then I get my truck back and have a broken oil pressure gage and broken transmutation dip stick tube. Dennis responded with I can look at it but not today. Your mechanic broke them but didn't fix it????????? I could go on for days but I will stop here. By the way my family and I have bought many new vehicles from here but that will NEVER happen again.
Worst than con artist - Lookingfortahoe
I offered 45k cash for a Tahoe LT. my offer was declined and I gladly left to continue my search elsewhere. I received a call from a Latoya that ask me to return. i told her I would not negotiate my price and have no need to return. She set a meeting with a Matt McPhee that didn't even know the history of the deal. With the gas crisis currently affecting Georgia, these people were willing for me to return an offer the same thing I declined the day before. Stay away from these snakes, there tactics are archaic to the new world of negotiations. My salesman stated he was in the business of selling cars, and when I told him that is what he was doing with me, he expressed he worked multiple deals at once. Real good job putting the customer first. Don't trust this dealership
Sold an Unsafe and Worthless Yukon UNDISCLOSED - UnsafeYukonBUyer
` I purchased a 2010 GMC Yukon from Capital GMC Buick in 2015. At the time of purchase they asked that I get the vehicle checked out by third party. This was odd to me since the dealership has a service center. This raised a flag with me so, I asked if there was anything that I should know about the vehicle since they were asking me to do this. They responded by saying
"No, the vehicle was supposed to be going to the auction the following week, and this was normal."
I took the Yukon to Midas. There the fluids, brakes, and tires were checked.
I attempted to trade in my 2010 Yukon at Steve Rayman Chevrolet recently. It was there I found out that my Yukon was “unsafe.” Steve Rayman was unable to take my 2010 Yukon as a trade in because before I purchased the Yukon it had been in a severe accident and the airbags were deployed. Making the vehicle unsafe. They were baffled that I was able to even get the vehicle financed given the circumstances of the vehicle. They couldn’t even make a low ball offer at all on the 2010 Yukon. They considered the vehicle worthless and unsafe. They advised me that I should be concerned with the vehicle’s safety.
Capital Buick GMC knowingly sold me this unsafe Yukon, and did not disclose this information to me when I specifically asked if there was anything I should know. Therefore, they did not give me a chance to get the vehicle properly checked out. I was misled. Had I of known the Yukon’s airbags were deployed I would of gotten the vehicle safety checked out including airbags. I was not disclosed any of this information, so only basic maintenance was checked out, not the safety of the vehicle. I also wouldn’t of purchased the Yukon. I am a mother of a six month old boy and a ten year old boy, so safety is my main concern.
After discovering that my vehicle was worthless, I contacted GM Financial to find out how the vehicle was even finance to me. I spoke with a Supervisor named Hannah after telling her what happened she advised me that it was negligence on their part she also stated that,
“If we knew the vehicle’s history before financing it, they probably wouldn’t finance most of the vehicles that they do.”
I found this shocking since even private financial institutes check out the vehicle’s history before approving financing.
Not to mention the Finance Manager also lying to me. I was told if at anytime you choose not to have the warranty your monthly payment will go back down to the original price per month. This is not true, if you choose to have warranty removed at anytime your monthly payment remains the same no matter what.
Very Dishonest and very poor salesmanship! - dirtytruck
I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.

My experience with this dealership has been priceless.... - stacydenise
My experience with this dealership has been priceless. From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly and hassle free. The staff were very professional. With having a very low credit score, it has been very difficult for me to obtain ownership of a vehicle; but the dealership at John Miles Chevrolet were able to get me in a car and help reestablish my credit in no time. Thank you Lance Redding and the John Miles Chevrolet staff! It's dealerships like yours that can make it happen!

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
