The best experience with James Mills and the sales manager Bobby. They went out of their way to go to Florida and get me the car I wanted. It was a better price at Cronic with half the miles. I could have gone down the street to Speedway Ford and got the car I wanted but I didn't because they were determined to earn my business. They put me in a 2013 Ford Edge limited for over 2 weeks while I waited to get my car in from Florida. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else this wasn't the first time buying from them and certainly won't be the last!!!

Ipurchase vehicles often, since I now own a business that has a small fleet. I purchased my first new car from Robert Goodwin many years ago. I live an hour and a half away from Cartersville, but I always check their inventory for the vehicle I am looking for. They have the best pricing, and on internet advertised vehicles they are usually prices at or below value, so there is not hassling and negotiating. Every truck and car I have purchased was like new. Most times, Robert knows who actually traded it and why they purchased another vehicle. They have an incredible returning customer business. I highly recommend them. I just call in and tell Robert what I'm looking for an he calls me when he has it. Robert is the nicest, most sincere guy you will ever meet. He been selling cars for over 30 years.

I am so pleased with the Acadia we purchased. It is just what I wanted and the best folks work there. I never felt pressured to buy anything. We even brought a Buick Lacrosse home overnight and , we loved it, but it was just too small for us. We went back the next day and looked at and drove the GMC Acadia and I was thinking they would be mad for changing our minds. But they were nice as could be and assured us they wanted us to be happy!

I love my Enclave and the way David Seagraves took care of me. I wanted the Enclave and walked in as a cold customer. I was treated well, not pressured and given an excellent deal on a trade in. I like the fact that I am doing business where I live and appreciate the way I am treated by David as a customer. All the staff I dealt with were very professional and nice.

I was quoted a price and when I returned to purchase the vehicle they didn't want to honor my orginal price which was bad enough but they proceeded to lie about not being able to get the vehicle from another dealer. This continued for several days as they said they were attempting to find another one. After a week I went to another dealer and purchased the vehicle I wanted and on the way home texted my salesman to tell him I knew that they were jerking me around and didn't want to honor the price and he continued to lie and say they were waiting on the other dealer to call them back. Which was BS because the dealer I bought the truck from had already called that dealer and got the truck and according to them it couldnt be done. Its bad enough not to honor your word but at least be man enough say you made a mistake and move on. Beware of saleman Ryan and Sales Manager Jaime both lied straight to my face on numerous occassion with such ease that i almost believed it.

I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda.
After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class.
I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.

I purchased a brand new Canyon truck around Christmas, the truck has been making a noise. Took it into service where they told me they had to order a part, that was about a month ago. Called in to check on it was put on hold forever then my service writer Shawn told me he would call before the day ended to schedule repair never heard a word....... What is going on at this place is NO SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS at that rate I am not sure how your company stays in business

Took my 2014 Stingray in for a smudge on the mirror and an oil change. 3 weeks later I got my car back with over 100 miles logged. Service said that my On-star mileage and performance tracking system was wrong. They said they logged it correctly and nobody drove the car. Yeah, sure, On-star is faulty. Had they owned up to joyriding in my stingray and tried to make it right I would've been a lifelong customer. Instead, to deny it and blame a digital satellite system that "erroneously added" 100 miles is not only an insult of the lowest order but plain ignorant.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
