We started looking at Infiniti of South Atlanta over a year ago. We didn't want to make such a big investment without a lot of homework. We drove a number of different luxury SUVs from a variety of dealers. We kept going back to Infiniti of South Atlanta. We never felt any pressure there. Their employees are first class. We never intended to buy a new vehicle, but our salesman, Anthony Smith, working with General Manager, David Watts, were able to put together a deal for us on a 2017 QX80 that made sense for us. They found a vehicle that had all the features we wanted. We also appreciate the fact that Infiniti of South Atlanta supports our local area, through donations and sponsorships, and is involved in our community. We are loving our new QX80, and highly recommend Infiniti of South Atlanta!

The service team are all nice people and tend to my needs very well. I've never had issue with them. Now, the cars on the other hand (Q50 '14) is different. However, they do try the best that they can with what they have. I'm still waiting for my recall seat to be replaced and all of that...however nothing they can do, but wait for the parts.
These are good people. And if you walk into a Car Dealership nowadays without doing some sort of homework, well then you sort of deserve what you get. Try to know as much or more as they do about your car and situation. Know your rights, read all fine print, and if you don't feel comfortable dealing with Nalley, well, go drive some x amount of miles to the other Infiniti dealership!

I initially called over the phone and spoke with a salesman Yohance and told him what I was looking for. He told me to come in. When I was getting out of my car, he was meeting me in the parking lot! "Hi nice to meet you Tiffany he, said", I was immediately impressed. Yohance had already pulled out 2 q50 3.0t that I was intrested in. We test drove both. I was really amazed at the patience and time he took with me because I'm VERY picky but he didn't mind at all. Everyone was friendly including the finance department. They worked hard to get me where I wanted to be at. When I was told I had to leave out a few options I declined the deal. The next day, Yohance called me and said, "I'm working hard to get you all the options you want". The next thing I know the General manager was calling me personally and told me I could get the deal I wanted! Yohance had went to the GM!!!! He was amazing! I would recommend the dealership and Yohance to anyone!
