FINN , is the only one I would recommend you shop with....This is my 4th FORD I have bought at Gwinnett Place Ford. As usually I looked around did my research and found FINN had the best deal.
I gave Tidwell Ford a chance, WASTE of time. The sales man never took me serious. I gave Wade Ford my car choice and wanted to know out the door price.... They seem not to like giving you that.... You know how salesmen till you we our the neighbor hood .... When they are really hundreds if not thousand off . Long story short ,I told FINN what I wanted and what price I am going to pay..... 20 minutes later OTD ( out the door price) was in hand.
I just have to really say FINN beats every deal I had. The 4th FORD I have brought in 2 years......

Everyone I worked with went out of their way to help. I have never seen a
more engaging group of people. I traded a 2015 Escape for a 2017 and the sale department was the best I have ever worked with, Paul McCauhley was great. Now I can say the whole service department is excellent.

Awful service. Had my wife's car for over 8 working days for an AC issue. Terrible communication about car status, never offered loaner, never fixed the issue car was originally brought it for either. Charged $1,300 for repair that didn't fix the issue then told that another $900 repair was needed. Conveniently did not have the old parts that were replaced to see if they actually were defective. Bring your vehicle here at your own risk.
Trial and Error - Mr. Rouse
I took my Lincoln Towncar in for an electrical problem. After paying for replacement parts that I did not need, and complaining to the service manager, I finally got my problem resolve. I was without my car for a little over two weeks. The service rep spent more time trying to sell me services that I did not need, instead of working on getting my problem identified and resolve.

Daughter purchased first vehicle from this dealership, a used truck. Had to replace both cat. converters and front brakes and rotors less than 45 days of purchase. Had been told by salesman (Joe Flanigan) that truck had been serviced and checked thoroughly by service. New brakes pads had been put on bad rotors which chewed them up. Spare tire thrown in back of truck (not mounted underneath). Truck was not cleaned thoroughly as roofing shingles all under bed liner in back. Other problems but to numerous for this review. Contacted owner of dealership but he never responded. Expected more from a Ford dealership. Will not visit or recommend this dealership based on our experience.

What a great dealership! A conscientious buyer, it took me two years to finally make my purchase. Although I was undecided, each and every time I went to Alan Vigil to test drive a vehicle, I was treated with the utmost respect, as if I were making a purchase. The salespeople are a reflection of the Alan Vigil work ethic, as they are on point all the time every time. At any given time of the day, if you step onto the lot, there is someone to address your needs as soon as you arrive. I had a very positive experience with Tommy Lancaster and Adam Hardt. Because they were so courteous, caring and professional, I chose to make my purchase there. I am recommending everyone to this dealership. If I had to sum up my overall experience it would simply be "professional". I don't think there is a better dealership in the Southeast. Our next purchase will be most definitely be made from Alan Vigil.
