I have purchased a minimum of 12 new vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience ever.
No gimmicks or games. They told me their best price up front and none of the back and forth. Doug Bollinger, my salesman, was fantastic. No pressure; just a great guy.

I purchased a used Honda CRV this summer and while everyone at the dealership was friendly, I feel that my salesman was not completely honest. We started working with Mark and felt that he was honest. When we returned and Cesar was the one to help us, the experience went downhill. The largest discrepancy I found was that the salesman told me that a Honda dealer wanted to buy the car from them at the same price I would be paying, which did not make sense. I understand the sales tactic of a sense of urgency, but outright lying is not acceptable. My address was entered wrong in the system, and thus the tag information was returned to the dealership. I had to personally call and track down the information about the tag a day after the temporary tag expired. I would have appreciated a call to try and get the information to me.

He has been the most professional and knowledgable salesperson that I have ever worked with. Walks me through the purchase each time from start to finish and has always treated me fair and given me a great deal. That may explain why I keep going back. Nathan was very willing to please, him, Greg and Dave tried to have everything ready for us when we arrived, then my husband changed his mind, wanted MKX instead of MKC so everything had to change and it all went smoothly! We made Dave crazy changing our minds, options on payment but he was also very patient and always smiling!

more engaging group of people. I traded a 2015 Escape for a 2017 and the sale department was the best I have ever worked with, Paul McCauhley was great. Now I can say the whole service department is excellent.

Trial and Error - Mr. Rouse
I took my Lincoln Towncar in for an electrical problem. After paying for replacement parts that I did not need, and complaining to the service manager, I finally got my problem resolve. I was without my car for a little over two weeks. The service rep spent more time trying to sell me services that I did not need, instead of working on getting my problem identified and resolve.

Daughter purchased first vehicle from this dealership, a used truck. Had to replace both cat. converters and front brakes and rotors less than 45 days of purchase. Had been told by salesman (Joe Flanigan) that truck had been serviced and checked thoroughly by service. New brakes pads had been put on bad rotors which chewed them up. Spare tire thrown in back of truck (not mounted underneath). Truck was not cleaned thoroughly as roofing shingles all under bed liner in back. Other problems but to numerous for this review. Contacted owner of dealership but he never responded. Expected more from a Ford dealership. Will not visit or recommend this dealership based on our experience.
