Unexpectedly great service... - NoleOne
Its hard to believe other reviewers are reviewing the same dealership. I consult on the customer experience and I am going to use the service at Nissan of LaGrange as a model for what a WOW experience should feel like.
I dropped my Infiniti off overnight for some unanticipated repairs caused by a pothole. John, the service manager was in touch both by phone and text throughout the next day to keep me apprised of the situation with my vehicle.
He gave me a time the next day the car would be ready (had to order a part) and the car was ready an hour before the scheduled time. I arrived later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle and John immediately recognized me by name, escorted me to the cashier who was waiting and within five minutes was escorting me to my vehicle...which they detailed immaculately I might add.
Before driving off, John ensured they had exceeded my expectations and when I hopped in the car there was a handwritten note on a notecard on my dash. Wow!!!
I have recanted this story to anyone who will listen which goes to show you A. what a lost art great customer experiences have become and B. what type of residual effect a great experience can have.
I commend John and his team for understanding the value of the experience and would literally drive from Florida to purchase a car here...I may even drive for service...it was that good.

I PURCHASED My vehicle from this dealership. THe sales person i had was very Great but the problems I've been experiencing are almost unbelievable. I have a 2016 altima and my frint and back breaks are Gone .The frist month I had the car my winsheld cracked .and it just made me wonder if i bought a defective vehicle. There's no compassion for Me. the problems were dignososed. BUt no relief or help on their part other than i can pay 289.99 for back brake pads....seems like under 30k miles wouldn't cause my brakes to be at 0% on the front and back...even if i jammed on brakes....so I'm wondering if the car has a defect or they left the factory brakes...either way i was very unsatisfied and left on my own with a brand new car that now needs brakes and possibly rotors....someone help a brotha out. But my service experience was and has not been good at all

We took both our cars in to be serviced as My wife's is a 2015 and my daughters is a 2009. The service advisor Kelly was great to wok with. The work was completed as promised, fair pricing and explanation of the additional work needed for the 2009. The motor mount was worn and during inspection it was noticed and brought to our attention. The part was not available until the next day ( as discussed up front ) and the car was repaired and cleaned by 9:30 the next morning. Kelly was great to work with and we look forward to working with him in the future.

I went there to get an oil change and my experience was not pleasant at oil. The service advisor was fine but the service manager obviously was having a bad morning or issues! The way I was spoken to and treated by the service manager was not pleasant! I did not deserve to be treated that way after being a customer for three plus years! Will not be returing... will take my business some where else...

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.

Treated me very poorly, I went in to the dealer to try a Cadillac CTS-V 2012 and the guy wouldn't even let me take a test drive. How am I supposed to buy a car without even testing it out? Overall, very rude service and edged me towards a BMW instead.
