Recent auto purchase and salesperson Norman davis. - bsm3585
This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from this dealership. The reason we purchased the second vehicle is because of Norman Davis or salesperson. I know I can depend on Norman, called him, gave the specs on what I was looking for and the day I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was waiting for me. I have not been disappointed in the relationship we have with Norman being our salesperson. We would not want another salesperson.
Top Reviewed Specialists At This Dealership
Jimmy and Randy were the best salesman team I've encountered - Tigonian02
I've been to many dealerships across Georgia over the past year test driving vehicles. Randy and Jimmy at Cronic Nissan took my offer and did the best they could with it, no pressure. They easily were the closest match and got me to a price that I would accept. Jimmy knows trucks! Instead of the bland "let's drive around the block" test drive, we took my vehicle thru the paces. It was great! I'd recommend these two salesmen to anyone.

Service dept did not diagnose my problem correctly - C Haynes
Please DO NOT take your car to this place! Mike Reason is AWFUL with customer service, and they DO NOT know how to fix cars. I brought a 2015 Nissan Armada to them during July of 2016 because the air conditioning wasn't working. I told him that our personal mechanic, who had already looked at the car, told us the small fan was not spinning and that something was wrong with the air-conditioning system. To clarify, I had just bought the car, and I was on a 7 day test drive. So I was told by the seller to take the car to the dealership and any costs would be paid for by the warranty. This is where I encountered Mike Reason. I explained to him the problem as explained by our personal mechanic. I told him the car was under warranty and the charges would be covered. Mike Reason informed me that this car was no longer under warranty - FIRST MISTAKE - how can he tell me my car is not under warranty when I just told him it was? Actually, the first mistake was him asking, "Do you have an appointment?" There is nothing wrong with this statement alone, but it's the way he asked it. Both he and the guy who met us when we pulled up asked this same question. They ask as if to insinuate that there is some kind of problem with you if you do not make an appointment first. This is subjective on my part, but I am the customer and I can only tell you how his tone and attitude makes the customer feel. I did not feel as though he was very helpful by stating, "Do you have an appointment?" and "This car is no longer under warranty." When I returned to pick up the car -- 2 days later -- since they are closed on Sunday, and I dropped off on Saturday, the first thing Mike Reason told me was, "Fire your mechanic! There's nothing wrong with the air conditioning system other than it was low on Freon. We recharged the system and it works fine." He also claimed that they put dye in the system to look for a leak over the course of 12 hours, but there was no leak. I now know that the system will not leak unless the car is running, so was Mike Reason expecting me to believe that they left my car running for 12 hrs and found no leak? (Insert this note: The fact that I brought the car in with no refrigerant means there's a leak! Right?) I reminded him that my personal mechanic noted that the small fan was not spinning and Mike Reason responded, "The small fan doesn't spin when the refrigerant is low." I'm no mechanic, but it makes no sense to me that a car would be out of Freon UNLESS there is some kind of problem. It is NOT NORMAL that a car runs out of Freon. Nevertheless, I figured the Nissan Dealership would know what they were doing. I drove away with the car and the air conditioning worked okay for the remainder of the summer, but it definitely did not get as cold as I have felt air conditioning systems work in other cars I've owned. Fast forward to this summer and I turn on my air for the first time. Again, it didn't work. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that there is a connection between the problem last summer and the problem this summer. I had brought the car to the dealership the previous year because the air conditioning wasn't working, and the next summer season (this year), it isn't working again. Obviously, they put a band-aid on the problem instead of fixing it. My husband went back to Mike Reason again to explain this. Mike Reason's customer service skills were still just as bad. He told my husband that he'd have to pay for the car to be diagnosed again. What kind of sorry customer service is this? Obviously, the messed up last year, so why wouldn't he offer to fix THEIR mistake? So my husband let him have it! We were nice about his sorry customer service last year, but this time my husband was sick of him. We took our car to Conyers Nissan where they diagnosed the REAL PROBLEM, which is a bad AC Condenser, costing a whopping $1500 to fix. Mind you, the AC Condenser was obviously failing last year, but Stone Mountain Nissan failed to find the problem or fix the problem. After talking with the capable mechanic at Conyers Nissan, they stated to me that Stone Mountain Nissan should've caught this problem last year. Symptoms of a failing AC Condenser include: reduced cooling and refrigerant leak. My car had these EXACT symptoms when I brought the car to Stone Mountain Nissan, and there was no capable mechanic at this location to find the problem. It is not normal for a car to be losing its refrigerant, especially a fairly new car. Had they caught this problem while my car was under warranty, all of the expenses would've been PAID! Shame on them! All I can say is WOW!!! So obviously, if they could not find this problem in my car, something so simple, I would definitely say that no one should trust this place to provide service to any car. By the way, my husband informed Mike Reason that I would be writing a complaint, to which he shrugged his shoulders. He didn't care!
Superior Service - WRG34
At Carriage Nissan, I was very impressed with the attention that Brenda Jones gave me in explaining how to use my new Nissan Maxima. Brenda was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I was overwhelmed by the new technology. She immediately made me comfortable, alleviating my anxiety about learning all the new features. There was no time limit, and so I could ask as many questions as I wanted, both at her desk and in the vehicle. She also offered me the opportunity to meet again, as well as answer questions by phone, text or email. All this service eliminated the feeling of helplessness that I had, because I was purchasing such a high-tech product. In short, it was superior service. WRG
Paul burgess - Kaydens dad
Paul burgess was the dealer that worked with me he was very knowledgeable and helpful he got an idea on what kind of car suited my needs and gave me a list of options I'm very grateful to have found him because he fought hand and fist to put me in a 2015 Chrysler 200 limited and I don't really have great credit thank you Paul and heritage Nissan of rome
Don't Waste Your Time - LeisDad
Wife went there with pre approved finance and check/voucher in hand, from Lawrenceville. How she walked away from there without a new Maxima is beyond me. Bernard, who she said was the finance manager needs to take a class on business and customer service. I guess he was trying to make his quota on in-house financing or sales mark-up. Effie joke of a place and I highly recommend you visit any other Nissan establishment in the metro area other than this one.
Deceitful sales practices and zero focus on customer service - Kerri S.
This dealership is the absolute worst, starting with Autonation as a public corporation down to the General Manager, Dominic Hurley, and then down to the Finance Managers Brad Benjamin and Chris Busey. They lied on my loan documents and every other disclosure document by understating the actual mileage on a car that I purchased by 3500 miles. Brad was the first finance manager I dealt with who did everything wrong. Chris Busey was supposed to correct everything and have the correct documents ready for me to pick up. He did absolutely NOTHING. When I asked about the price of the car being inflated given more mileage, I was offered a free oil change and a tank of gas. I wonder if a man would have been treated this way. Don't bother calling Autonation. They will defer to whatever the GM decides. I will be escalating this to Nissan USA, the CFPB and to my state's AG office. Their dismissive attitude is not acceptable.
customer service - steve0816
the salesman do not pressure you to make a sale.everyone honest, friendly, and made you feel more like family, would recommend to my friends.
Worst Dealership ever - Araceli
I have read people's reviews on this dealership and everything they say it's exactly what they are doing to me. I am not writing this so I can get a reply to contact Frank Pizzirulli because I know for sure he won't do anything, neither the general manager. All of them will not face you, and will not take responsibility for how unprofessional their sales personal is. People before purchasing from this dealership read the reviews, as you can see everyone have similar experiences in this dealership. I will not purchase from this place never again. They say they care about their customers, yea right! I hope one day this place gets shut down, all they doing it's lying to their customers.
Made everything right - PISSED CUSTOMER
I bought a 2017 rogue with premium package that should have had automatic front collision. there were issues with my purchase but the owner Mr. Sutherlin and Zack took care of the issue.
Just terrible service - Stcelestin
Honestly I wish I could give them 0 stars because this place is terrible. We spoke to our financier agreed on a price and came to the dealership. During the test drive we saw that the car came with a DVD player and when we asked if we could go without we were told that it "just came with the car." After a day of not being able to lower the price to where we wanted it we left. We called our financier and they told us that the dealership should have agreed on the price they quoted us. We returned the next day with a new salesman who told us the reason they couldn't lower the price was because of the DVD. When we asked them to remove it they said they couldn't. Meanwhile this amenity wasn't reflected in their website or anywhere or even by the salesman when we came into the dealership! There was no negotiation or anything they just told us that this was how it is. Even though it was the dealerships error and false advertisement, still they refused to accommodate. Aside from one worker, they have terrible costumer service and make it pretty obvious they don't care if you buy from them or not.
I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was... - burrita
I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
