Me and my wife have been looking for a used Nissan Leaf for a while, and for two previous times, the car that we were looking at was sold the day that we suppose to pick it up. This time was different, I had schedule a Test Drive for a 2014 Silver Leaf for a Sunday afternoon. Before driving an hour away we had contacted the Internet sales representative and they had advised us that the car was available, however, that was not the case when we got to the dealership. When we walked in, the receptionist gave us the bad news that the car was sold and that just devastated me - after all the third time is the charm right! Unfortunately this was not the case today. So now, this is where our amazing Sales Rep, Stacy Paschal, comes into play. Stacy took us to an office and we explain what happen, and he started to work his "Magic." after a little while he came back and told us that he had great news..."I have found you one that fits your budget....let me go find the keys and I will be back." After a while of waiting I thought for sure there was no car and was ready to leave the dealership...instead, Stacy had found us not one, but two cars and decided to show us the one with almost no miles on it...with this said, I been reading a bunch of reviews from previous buyers and all I have to say to them is "REALLY - don't blame yours sales person for the Service Dept... 2 different departments... REALLY, you went to a dealership with slippers and really thought you were going to test drive...my sales rep did not wasted my time and that is what I was looking for, for that REASON if I could, I would give Stacy more than five stars.

Last year I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altman they offered me a sentry and I didn't want it so they worked hard to get me something else and I was satisfied the customer service was great then and is great now. Everything I have call with a question the customer service has been great, every time I have had my oil changed it's been great service in a timely manner. Rod was a great salesman (we even bought him lunch) and Marcia was great and kind as well!

Don't bother with the service department. Going there is a complete waste of time and money. All they care about is how much money they pull out of you. I have been going to them for a while but the last two times were a joke. The first time they kept my car the entire day (Saturday) and never touched the car. The second time they charged me over $100.00 for a diagnostic and said I needed two catalytic converters and four oxygen sensors which I had replaced in January from another shop. All they are good for is oil changes. Don't trust them for anything else.

We took both our cars in to be serviced as My wife's is a 2015 and my daughters is a 2009. The service advisor Kelly was great to wok with. The work was completed as promised, fair pricing and explanation of the additional work needed for the 2009. The motor mount was worn and during inspection it was noticed and brought to our attention. The part was not available until the next day ( as discussed up front ) and the car was repaired and cleaned by 9:30 the next morning. Kelly was great to work with and we look forward to working with him in the future.

I purchased a vehicle from out of state. I knew the process would take more time since I was not there in person, but I was assured it would be a quick and easy process. The communication was horrible - I was constantly told incorrect information and I would always have to call the dealership for updates. It was very seldom that they would reach out to me. Eventually the vehicle was delivered to me without any temporary tags or paperwork - I had no proof of ownership and had to call multiple times just to get the paperwork sent to me. I had to pay a fee with my local tax office when registering the vehicle because the dealership did not send me the necessary documents within 30 days of the listed date of purchase. In regards to the dealership responses to other reviews on this site, Frank is never available and does not return phone calls. I've called at least 6 times, and left multiple messages - he has never returned my calls. I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased, but I would not do business with this dealership again.
The fastest and best car buying experience I've ever had! - Renia Dedrick
I was inquiring about vehicles that fit a set budget, mileage, and year. After much searching (for about a week and definitely all day on the 26th) I came across a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for a little over 8000.00. Once I sent my inquiry, BJ Walls immediately emailed, texted, and called me. I was in class so I couldn't answer, however, I did return his call and did not reach him at first. He called me back while I was speaking with another dealership and I immediately kicked the other dealership off of the phone. I was about 1 minute for settling on a decent enough car but it wasn't what I really wanted. BJ said with tags, title, and fees included with the price of the car that my total would not go over 10000. I didn't know if I believed him but a friend went with me. I was an hour or so early but BJ helped us immediately. All of the paperwork took maybe 25 minutes (after the test drive) and then I was just waiting while they cleaned up the car (that was already clean lol). BJ even took the vehicle and put gas in it! This was the best experience ever and I highly recommend BJ Walls! He was polite, professional, quick, and accommodating! Plus... all of those plaques and awards for being the top sales man at least 7-15 different years didn't hurt either. Thank you again BJ!

Customer NO SERVICE - took almost 2 weeks to finish service on my car and then they wouldn't endorse my insurance claim check after I had already paid for the service in full. Jennifer, the owner's assistant said that she was the person in charge and all she would do is QUOTE POLICY even after she stated that Sutherlin Nissan made an error to their policy when I made my payment in full instead of just charging me for my deductible amount. Their ERROR, and they couldn't even break from THEIR POLICY. I'm waiting another week for the insurance company to reissue the check just in my name. This should have been a simple fix. But since I had to constantly call back to move forward with every step in the car repair process, I guess this is what I should have expected.
Save yourself the hassle - drive a few more miles for ANOTHER NISSAN DEALER! This one is HORRIBLE!

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
