I knew what I wanted but I was nervous. I mean buying a car is a big purchase. I was refured to Mr. Jimmy Sims. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and wanted me to find the right car for me. I did not feel pressured to purchase he made sure I knew all about my car befor I bought it. So bottom line I LOVE MY CAR and Cronic Nissan in Griffin is a great place to get a vehicle.

We took both our cars in to be serviced as My wife's is a 2015 and my daughters is a 2009. The service advisor Kelly was great to wok with. The work was completed as promised, fair pricing and explanation of the additional work needed for the 2009. The motor mount was worn and during inspection it was noticed and brought to our attention. The part was not available until the next day ( as discussed up front ) and the car was repaired and cleaned by 9:30 the next morning. Kelly was great to work with and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Last year I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altman they offered me a sentry and I didn't want it so they worked hard to get me something else and I was satisfied the customer service was great then and is great now. Everything I have call with a question the customer service has been great, every time I have had my oil changed it's been great service in a timely manner. Rod was a great salesman (we even bought him lunch) and Marcia was great and kind as well!

It only took me one visit to McDonough Nissan to realize not all Nissan dealerships are created equal. I originally purchased my Pathfinder near downtown Atlanta and faithfully returned there for service over the next 2 years out of loyalty. When they relocated even farther away it became extremely inconvenient to justify driving nearly 35 miles just to get an oil change. I tried a few other locations closer to my side of town within a 15 to 20-mile radius and quickly realized not all the same dealerships provide the same level of care and detailed service and I was very disappointed from that experience. Very frustrated but not ready to give up on Nissan because I loved my vehicle I looked and found the newly opened McDonough location which was only a few miles from my home. I called and made an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived I was greeted at the service entrance by a friendly tech that assured me that they would have me in and out in no time. The building was new and everyone was very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. While walking around in a very comfortable waiting area I noticed the snacks, coffee and bottled water was free. This was my third Nisan Dealership since purchasing my vehicle and none of the other locations offered free anything. For me that was the second Plus for this location. When my vehicle was finished, the tech walked me through what they did and future needs for my next visit. Mostly all was good however the tech informed me that my brake pads are ok for now but getting to the point they will need replacing in a few months. In addition, he recommended I replace both my sun visors for visibility safety. I was pushed back a bit because I have been trying to figure out if Nissan had a recall on the Pathfinder’s visors. Anyone that has this vehicle soon found out that the sun visors have a 100% fail rate and I confirmed this through the web and customer complaints for the cost falling back on them. I shared this with the tech and told him that’s the only thing I was disappointed in with my vehicle and Nissan for not addressing it. Little did I know the tech passed my issue and expressed concerns up the customer service chain and I received a phone call within a few days later form corporate telling me they will replace both my visors for free. I have no words that could express how I felt from that level of care and expression of customer appreciation and tears are rolling down my face as write this reliving the moment now. I returned a few days later and both my sun visors were not only replaced to make the vehicle look like new, they washed and vacuumed it too. I simply lost track on how many the Pluses I had for this location but knew this is where my next vehicle will come from. Today, I traded up my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder for a 2017 Armada fully loaded and I couldn’t be more proud, happy and very sure this dealership had my best interest in mind. If they took very good care of me in an older vehicle I didn’t buy from them, what would they do if I did? Let’s just say, my eldest son is in his first year of college and I plan to surprise him with a Nissan vehicle from McDonough Nissan because I want him to have the same experience I had. I am truly grateful and highly appreciative to the entire staff at McDonough Nissan for making me believe that outstanding customer service is still available at this dealership.

Went in to return a Leaf from a lease. They said their system was down so they couldn't return it. They told me to come back later and began to argue with me. Percy was very short and nasty and acted totally unprofessionally. Wouldn't help to come up with a solution. I went up the road to Cherokee County and returned the Leaf at Sutherlin Nissan, no problem, and all done by hand and without a computer system!! They helped solve my problem and didn't berate me like at Town Center. Beware Town Center Nissan!!

This dealership is the absolute worst, starting with Autonation as a public corporation down to the General Manager, Dominic Hurley, and then down to the Finance Managers Brad Benjamin and Chris Busey. They lied on my loan documents and every other disclosure document by understating the actual mileage on a car that I purchased by 3500 miles. Brad was the first finance manager I dealt with who did everything wrong. Chris Busey was supposed to correct everything and have the correct documents ready for me to pick up. He did absolutely NOTHING. When I asked about the price of the car being inflated given more mileage, I was offered a free oil change and a tank of gas. I wonder if a man would have been treated this way. Don't bother calling Autonation. They will defer to whatever the GM decides. I will be escalating this to Nissan USA, the CFPB and to my state's AG office. Their dismissive attitude is not acceptable.

Worst experience I have ever had, I went through the whole purchase process only to have them take the car back. I have a 660 credit score and my husband has a six figure income. I had to fight to get them to give me my down payment back and the keys to my trade in. .....DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.... they pulled my credit 25 times = 25 inquiries making it so I could not get approved any where else. (do to the banks thinking I'm trying to buy more than one car or that I'm trying to commit fraud) I hope this helps someone to not buy a Nissan vehicle. Go to a Honda or a Toyota dealer. Nissan has no governance over they're many dealership which means terrible customer service and them treating people like garbage. Oh and one more added bonus my lawyer is looking into the fact that someone from the dealership had forged a signature on some paperwork so they could deliver the vehicle. I will be contacting the correct authorities and all of the credit bureaus to make sure this dealer is penalized to the fullest extent. This dealer has committed a form of fraud and should be held accountable which I intend to do. Please again beware of this dealer.

Sales, great experience, Sales/Finance Mgr., Good but a little pushing. We agree on price and finance rate. Agree to credit check, excellent score. Got to Finance Mgr., 0/0 rate higher than agree to, stated that was best they could. I walk out, pushing Finance Manager. Manager tried to settle dispute won't not honor 0/0 rate. I Left, not going to get bully into purchasing at higher rate. They could of been honest up front, not misleading on rate for Financing. Will Not Recommend to Anyone.

Customer NO SERVICE - took almost 2 weeks to finish service on my car and then they wouldn't endorse my insurance claim check after I had already paid for the service in full. Jennifer, the owner's assistant said that she was the person in charge and all she would do is QUOTE POLICY even after she stated that Sutherlin Nissan made an error to their policy when I made my payment in full instead of just charging me for my deductible amount. Their ERROR, and they couldn't even break from THEIR POLICY. I'm waiting another week for the insurance company to reissue the check just in my name. This should have been a simple fix. But since I had to constantly call back to move forward with every step in the car repair process, I guess this is what I should have expected.
Save yourself the hassle - drive a few more miles for ANOTHER NISSAN DEALER! This one is HORRIBLE!

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
