I went to the dealership expecting a stereotypical salesman; someone who was pushy, arrogant, and would not listen or care about my wants or needs, someone like I had experienced at all the other car dealerships I had visited. I never expected the exceptional service I received from Norman Davis. He listened to what I wanted and needed and found the perfect car for me at a fair price. He was patient, knowledgeable, informative, straight forward in answering all my questions, and honest. He never tried to rush me or push me into making a decision. Norman earned my business by earning my respect. I highly recommend Norman Davis to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. I will definitely call Norman when it's time to purchase another vehicle.

I knew what I wanted but I was nervous. I mean buying a car is a big purchase. I was refured to Mr. Jimmy Sims. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and wanted me to find the right car for me. Our entire experience at McDonough Nissan was an A+. We were greeted by Bing, a strapping salesman who was a delight to deal with. He showed us car after car until we decided on the winner, a Nissan Rogue. We just relocated to Atlanta from Florida and we were so worn down by other car salesmen, but Bing was a delight and could not have been nicer!
The managers were all great to deal with, so pleasant and not pushy but firm and helpful in making the final decision. Charlie was great and Richard was also excellent. Both polished gentlemen and very attentive to customers needs, especially when it came to making the deal work on a tight budget.
Plus, this dealership has a beautiful high tech showroom complete with cold bottled water, snacks and coffee.
To top it off, we also got a free TV and a vacation and 6 rounds of golf!(And also free car washed for life)
Who could ask for more!!

Such a great experience! My salesmen Blake was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me into something I was comfortable with. He provided me with the information that I needed to make a decision only my own time. The dealership itself is new and beautiful. It was like being at a resort. They spared no expenses on the building. And the amount of vehicles that they had on lot to choose from was incredible! At least 400-500 available. Over a great experience. I'll be buying all of my future Cara from here!

This company took advantage of my sweet elderly mother. I had no idea Mom had traded her 2013 for a 2016 until she mentioned it off-hand. She was called back in 2016 because a phantom buyer wanted her car. She came away with a base model (the 2013 was a luxury model), at a higher interest rate, longer term, and higher payment. Mom signed because she said she felt pressured and wanted to go home. Her fixed income is compromised and finances have been hugely impacted by the wolf in sheep's clothing that led her to this horrific circumstance. Clearly, Mom now has someone with her for large purchases and decisions. But honestly....I don't know how these people sleep at night. When I reviewed her 2013 and 2016 docs this evening, I wanted to throw up. I'm planning on calling the media.

This dealership is the absolute worst, starting with Autonation as a public corporation down to the General Manager, Dominic Hurley, and then down to the Finance Managers Brad Benjamin and Chris Busey. They lied on my loan documents and every other disclosure document by understating the actual mileage on a car that I purchased by 3500 miles. Brad was the first finance manager I dealt with who did everything wrong. Chris Busey was supposed to correct everything and have the correct documents ready for me to pick up. He did absolutely NOTHING. When I asked about the price of the car being inflated given more mileage, I was offered a free oil change and a tank of gas. I wonder if a man would have been treated this way. Don't bother calling Autonation. They will defer to whatever the GM decides. I will be escalating this to Nissan USA, the CFPB and to my state's AG office. Their dismissive attitude is not acceptable.

Second time bad experience - Nissan fan
We are Nissan Fans and proudly owned different models. 13 years ago we bought our first Nissan Altima from this place but back then it was a different place. In last few years this place has dipped down completely in customer service. In recent years we have owned 2 different models of Nissan but none was purchased from Gwinnett Place Nissan. I guess the word "Customer Service" doesn't exist in their dictionary anymore. So finally ended up going to a different dealership again to buy our latest 370Z ( which is awesome by the way).

I bought a 2017 rogue with premium package that should have had automatic front collision. there were issues with my purchase but the owner Mr. Sutherlin and Zack took care of the issue.

Sales, great experience, Sales/Finance Mgr., Good but a little pushing. We agree on price and finance rate. Agree to credit check, excellent score. Got to Finance Mgr., 0/0 rate higher than agree to, stated that was best they could. I walk out, pushing Finance Manager. Manager tried to settle dispute won't not honor 0/0 rate. I Left, not going to get bully into purchasing at higher rate. They could of been honest up front, not misleading on rate for Financing. Will Not Recommend to Anyone.

Honestly I wish I could give them 0 stars because this place is terrible. We spoke to our financier agreed on a price and came to the dealership. During the test drive we saw that the car came with a DVD player and when we asked if we could go without we were told that it "just came with the car." After a day of not being able to lower the price to where we wanted it we left. We called our financier and they told us that the dealership should have agreed on the price they quoted us. We returned the next day with a new salesman who told us the reason they couldn't lower the price was because of the DVD. When we asked them to remove it they said they couldn't. Meanwhile this amenity wasn't reflected in their website or anywhere or even by the salesman when we came into the dealership! There was no negotiation or anything they just told us that this was how it is. Even though it was the dealerships error and false advertisement, still they refused to accommodate. Aside from one worker, they have terrible costumer service and make it pretty obvious they don't care if you buy from them or not.

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
