Went in looking for a Maxima, left with an Altima and I couldn't be happier!! Nissan of Newnan is fantastic. Mr. Norman Davis was my salesman and he was super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Every person I came in contact with was very, very, nice. A manager came out right after I arrived to introduce himself and offer any assistance he could. They worked hard to get me where I needed/wanted to be payment wise. So if you're in the market for a car go see Nissan of Newnan (and Norman Davis in particular!) you won't be disappointed. I know I wasn't!!

Everything I have call with a question the customer service has been great, every time I have had my oil changed it's been great service in a timely manner. My husband and I were in the market for a new car for him and settled on the 2009 Kia Sportage for a variety of reasons. Jeff Loftis (Internet Jeff, he told me to call him) called immediately after I put in an inquiry on the website and was very understanding when I asked to communicate via text, we arranged the entire process over text and emails! There was a hiccup with financing and I moved on, but on our behalf Jeff kept working to get the numbers right so we could get the car my husband wanted. He texted today to let us know and were there less than 30 minutes signing papers since we did it all online. Jeff is very friendly and customer service driven: I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car in the Atlanta area!

We took both our cars in to be serviced as My wife's is a 2015 and my daughters is a 2009. The service advisor Kelly was great to wok with. The work was completed as promised, fair pricing and explanation of the additional work needed for the 2009. The motor mount was worn and during inspection it was noticed and brought to our attention. The part was not available until the next day ( as discussed up front ) and the car was repaired and cleaned by 9:30 the next morning. Kelly was great to work with and we look forward to working with him in the future.

The customer service with the sales people (Liz and KB) excels in making sure the customers are taken care of. That's the only part that cares about the customers. When you go into the back to complete your paperwork you better hope you don't get Brad Benjamin. He DOES NOT follow up with you when you have to send him any other documents. Also, when your car goes through detail check it over completely. The day we purchased our car there were so many spits that were missed and when we did the walk around the detail shop was closed. I had to come back another day to have it redetailed and it had to go back again because of the horrible job. I spent about three hours when I brought the car back to get detailed twice. I would suggest to go have the detail done, pay for it yourself and take the dealership the invoice to reimburse you.

I was inquiring about vehicles that fit a set budget, mileage, and year. After much searching (for about a week and definitely all day on the 26th) I came across a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for a little over 8000.00. Once I sent my inquiry, BJ Walls immediately emailed, texted, and called me. I was in class so I couldn't answer, however, I did return his call and did not reach him at first. He called me back while I was speaking with another dealership and I immediately kicked the other dealership off of the phone. I was about 1 minute for settling on a decent enough car but it wasn't what I really wanted. BJ said with tags, title, and fees included with the price of the car that my total would not go over 10000. I didn't know if I believed him but a friend went with me. I was an hour or so early but BJ helped us immediately. All of the paperwork took maybe 25 minutes (after the test drive) and then I was just waiting while they cleaned up the car (that was already clean lol). BJ even took the vehicle and put gas in it! This was the best experience ever and I highly recommend BJ Walls! He was polite, professional, quick, and accommodating! Plus... all of those plaques and awards for being the top sales man at least 7-15 different years didn't hurt either. Thank you again BJ!

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.

Treated me very poorly, I went in to the dealer to try a Cadillac CTS-V 2012 and the guy wouldn't even let me take a test drive. How am I supposed to buy a car without even testing it out? Overall, very rude service and edged me towards a BMW instead.
