Oscar was friendly and very patient. He didn't get pushy and pressure me for the sale. After the sale, he was awesome in getting the paperwork to me to sign and arranging pick up of my Ghibli.

First time buyer - Breezy51
Today I financed my first car and it was a great experience. I've been to multiple dealerships and KiKi was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lewis, Arlet, and of course KiKi worked hard to get me in the car I wanted for the numbers I wanted. In total a wonderful car buying experience.

I throughly enjoyed my experience today with Hardy!! We had Daniel as our dealer but he was more than that. He worked hard to make sure I was going to walk away happy! Everyone there talked with me and made sure we knew we were apart of the family! Thank you Hardy and Daniel for what will be a great first experience with y'all.. but certainly not the last!!

Q60 Purchase - djs
Was able to find a very good deal for a Q60 that I purchased for my son as a Graduation Present! Dealership was friendly and did not pressure us through the process. Jon Bush followed up but was not intrusive in his efforts to help us with our purchase. In the highly competitive world of selling cars, it's nice to see a salesman that does his part and allowed us to get through the process with no hassles! Thanks Jon!
Great Experience - Janet Holland
My husband and I visited Auto Gallery in Gainesville last week after seeing a vehicle on the internet. we were greeted by Marcela and took a test drive. We did not pursue purchase and she was fine with that - no pressure whatsoever. We returned a couple of days later, Maracela was off but Jason was helpful in answering our questions and we decided to purchase a 2012 Lincoln MKX. We traded in our 2000 Lexus and felt they gave us a fair trade in value. Our buying experience was low key, both sales advisers were just that - how can we help you and how can we answer your questions. We were impressed with Jason, Marcela and E who handled closing paperwork. I really got the feeling that these employees work as a team to insure a great buying experience. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, I would highly recommend Auto Gallery of Gainesville and ask for Jason or Marcela.
Billy made our buying experience better. - Boxer151
Billy was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. His no pressure approach made our buying experience so much better than past vehicle purchases.
Corvette Z06 - Devlin-2
Found the vette online on cargurus.com.
About dealership they let me put the car on hold. So no one else could buy it. I've been eyeing a c6 corvette for a couple years now. Nicole was very friendly and I came down and test drove the car. Loved it and they were just waiting me to get cash. If my bank was not so hard to get a wire transfer would have been in and out in less than an hour. I paid cash for car. Paid about 1.5k under nada guide value. Ernie was very patient with my bank. I was super agitated with my bank. When wire transfer went to there company I was out the door in 5 minutes. If looking for unique vehicles I highly recommend this place.
Easy transaction - Delbert
I have never bought a car online before so was apprehensive about doing it. Streetsde Classics made this purchase SO EASY! Matt Duncan was a great guy to work with and kept me informed on the entire transaction from Atlanta to Texas. He was very honest about the condition of the automobile and I couldn't be happier with this selection. If you are looking for a good classic car I would highly recommend Streetsde Classics!
Good cars! Great value! - Charmion
Magda was an excellent sales person. She did what was promised and sold me a wonderful Porsche Cayenne... great condition, low miles... passed Porsche certified used car inspection with no mechanical problems.
Extremely Satisfied and pleasantly surprised - Collarman
Let me start by stating, I have purchased many cars in the past, most from new car dealers. I searched nationwide for a low mileage Mercedes CLS550 in the color scheme I was looking for. Typically I would buy direct from the Mercedes dealer, but, none had this car. I found the car in Atlanta and I live in Palm Beach. I was skeptical at first working without an authorized dealer. My first email was "auto replied" but, not responded to, and when I called, the gentleman I spoke with did not call me back. Not willing to give up on this car, I called again. I spoke with Diane Butts who was very accommodating. Diane helped me coordinate an Independent inspection in one day with Lemon Squad. Diane kept me informed during the process letting me know they had completed. I received the report the next day and arranged the details with Dianne for the transaction. I was trading in my car and had to drive up to complete the transaction. Dianne had assured me that she would have the paperwork prepared ahead of time so I could get back on the road quickly. I arrived concerned that the car was going to have some kind of issue or the details of the transaction would change based on the sterotypical "Used Car Sales" reputation. This was not the case. The car was exactly as represented and cleaner than I had imagined. I test drove the car, went back to the office and completed the paperwork with Brian Books. Brian was extremely proficient and explained the documents. I finished the transaction moved my belongings from one car to another and was on my way in less than two hours. Currently I am awaiting confirmation of payoff of my trade in and my title for the new car. The car purchased is running perfect. The passenger rear window had one small issue, so I went to the dealer yesterday and had it fixed under the factory warrantee.
Dianne has followed up two times since I left Saturday to see how everything was going with the car which was nice. Dianne also helped coordinate someone picking up an item I left in my old car.
Overall this experience exceeded my expectations and changed my view of what it is like to work with a "Used Car Dealer". Atlanta Autobrokers has their act together. This car was in better shape than I anticipated, the sales experience was seamless and the transaction was smooth. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Atlanta Auto Brokers to anyone considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.

Buckingham Blue - The Queen
Shelby was a very good sales person and gave an extra effort to show us the cars, comparable prices, and answered all of our questions.
When we got to the financing,we wish we had known paying with a credit card cost an extra 3%! We
would have gone to the bank instead, but it was Friday afternoon and the bank was closed.
However, we like the Land Rover, and I am learning to wave like the Queen in my Buckingham Blue!
Review - Raven2017
They are willing to work with you to get in a vehicle. Be prepared to stay a while because the process is a long one. They have good dependable cars. Overall a good place to get a car.
Needs Some training in professionalism, but friendly - Duke&Libby
The people that I dealt with were friendly, there's no question. That being said, it seems that some training in professionalism might be needed, as well as some additional training with the sales team members before they are out selling vehicles. The young man, Alec, that was my salesman, was very nice, but could have used a bit more training on your policies and processes. He's on the right track though. The GM could definitely use some additional training on professionalism. I came into the dealership at 1:30 looking for a new vehicle (I already had two picked out to look at). I did all of the preliminary p/w and looked at the two vehicles, did the test drive and then decided to purchase one of them. When we came back in from the test drive (it is now 2:30), I was told that there were now two people that had come in AFTER me, that were going to be doing their paperwork BEFORE me though, so it would be an 1-1 1/2 hours before they got to me. Seeing as how I did not have a vehicle (hence why I was there) I told them that I would wait. The next THREE hours were absolute chaos in that office. The employee (I can't remember her name) that was actually going through the paperwork with the customers to sign, was working her tail off. In the middle of her going through this process with the one customer, the GM comes in and "swapped" out that customer with the OTHER customer. This is at the same time that my paperwork had been completed (or should have been) and ready for me to sign, as I was there before either of these two customers, yet was the very last one to leave. I know that this is what happened by two ways....1) the woman that did my paperwork (signing) told me as we were talking about how crazy the office was that day and 2) I watched/heard it all unfold. Then, when I went into the young woman's room to sign all of my paperwork, after waiting for 3 hours, the GM had not 1)Put any of the papers in order or 2)Signed ANY of the paperwork. This meant that the poor woman had to then spend 5-10 minutes sorting through everything AND signing them herself.
Also, After about 45-1 hour of doing the preliminary paperwork, I was finally allowed to take the vehicle out for a test drive. (I also think that it is absolutely ridiculous that a customer is NOT allowed to test drive a vehicle until they have been 100% approved and a payment plan has been figured out. What if I test drive a car and decide that I don't like it? Then, my credit has been run, and I've wasted an hour of my time all because I wasn't allow not only to drive the vehicle, but also I was not allowed to look at the vehicle either! Are you kidding me? I did finally put my foot down on that one.) After all was said and done, I did not leave the dealership until 5:30. That is an entire 4 hours that I was at this dealership. Then I had to come back two days later due to my check engine light coming on....
When I came into the dealership, the GM has his music blaring throughout the office. I mean, blaring. I get it that most dealerships/businesses will have music playing over their speakers. I love music. It's one of my most favorite things. I do NOT however like music that is blaring from someone's bluetooth speaker from their office, throughout the entire office, while customers (i.e., me) are in the middle of the lobby. And no, he did not turn it down.
So, once the young man that sold me the car (Alec), ran the scan to see what code was coming up, he came back inside and looked it up so that he could tell me the cost. UNTIL the other salesman, Ismael (who by the way was very professional, knowledgeable and kind) overheard him telling me this and interrupted to inform me that in fact I needed to call your service department because it will be covered under the 30 day warranty since I had JUST purchased the vehicle 2 days previously. Now I'm in the process of seeing how the Service Department/Claims side of things is with US Auto Sales. I will definitely be rating that as well. Good or bad.
But, as far as the sales/dealership side goes, there definitely needs to be some training on professionalism in regards to the GM and possible just additional training for the salesmen. Otherwise, they were all very friendly and I did end up with a car that I enjoy (or did until the light came on after only 2 days...)

After a long trip from South Carolina, we were happy to find a place with a large choice in the category of vehicle and price range that we had in mind. Further more the people at MAS were very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Carl Gray, he welcomed us with a great smile and an easy going personality. We could look at any vehicle and test drive with no problem. What a great Guy! We find ourselves in friendly territory which helped find the right car.
