Went up to Thompson Jeep on August 1st and spoke to Don Ward in service to have my 2016 Jeep Rubicon Alignment checked. Don scheduled me for the next day. Went in at 7:45am and Don gave the total cost up front and my Jeep was brought in to have the Alignment checked. All went great! With my rewards points the cost was very inexpensive! Jeep was brought up and felt great! Many thanks to the entire service department, especially Don Ward and Dan the Service manager!

Just purchased my FOURTH vehicle from Laura Hawkins! Fifth if you count my son's girlfriend. Laura is the bomb dot com. Always goes above and beyond for her customers. Just recently my soldier son had an issue two states away and was not sure what to do....called Laura and BAM...had an answer and number to call within minutes. Best customer service EVER! Don't bother with another dealership.... you'll be wasting your time.

Poor troubleshooting - Cds166
I brought my Grand Cherokee in for a dash replacement and asked them to troubleshoot a no start condition and brake squeak/chirp.
The dash was replaced, but a few trim pieces I had to remove and reposition because they were not seated properly. One trim piece is broken and is loose in the dash.
The no start condition they said could not be recreated, so they did not troubleshoot or fix. Even if they could not recreate I would have hoped they at least troubleshot and checked out. This no start issue still exists.
The brake chirp/squeak was not heard, but they said they checked the brakes, bearings and driveshafts out with no findings. 10 minutes after I picked up the car, I had to return to take the tech for a ride and show them, let them hear the squeak. I troubleshot and fixed the issue myself (out of adjustment parking brake pad).
Extremely disappointed in the level of service, work and professionalism displayed.

I bought my 2014 Dodge Charger at Cook Auto. I have had no problems with any,if the salesman, service guys or the ladies upstairs. Every time I go in for a service they treat me like family and not the family that owes you money. I just recently purchased my daughters first car from there as well. The price I saw on the internet was one thing, they worked with me to get a lower price.
No regrets here about Cook.

I bought a a brand new 2008 Town and Country from Don White Timonium. The customer service is unbelievable. I have taken my vehicle for repair an average of 3 times a year for the past 8 years and yes they never cease to amaze me. Every single trip, 100% of my visits my vehicle has to stay in the shop longer than they promise. an average of a week every other place i take my car it an average of 24 hours. I have had this car 8 years and till today my A/c has never functioned correctly i have taken it back every year and they have kept my car an average of 2 weeks and still the A/C is never fuctioning always blowing hot air. My car is currently at Don white as we speak for the same problem and as usual 3 days have already past and no word. Why do i keep taking my car back to Don white? Because like the fool I am I paid for the extra warranty (hence A/C)so if the repair falls under the warranty i will get it done at Don White although as i mentioned worse experience in my life. I don't usually complain and the guys at the front desk are very nice and helpful but 8 years of constant bad service its time I say something. I am going to all feedback sites to complain about Don Whites constant overbooking and bad service, the least i can do is warn others out there.

I've bought over 15 cars in my life time, this by far was the best experience i have ever had with any dealership. Everyone from Rodney Mattison (Internet Sales Rep) to John Barbo (Sales Rep) were immaculate and professional and made my wife and i feel like family. Anytime the owner walks over to introduce himself, that speaks volumes about the company. I have yet to encounter another dealership that seems to put customers above making a dollar.

I purchased a used 2016 Kia Soul from Tate Dodge to tow behind my motorhome. I dealt primarily with Judy whose friendly persona and determination to get "the right deal" led me to this fantastic review. Once my wife and I decided on the vehicle, all of the negotiations were conducted by phone, which completely eliminated the wait time. When we came to the dealership to sign for the vehicle, we were there for only an hour and 15 minutes. This was by far the most pleasurable and stress less car purchase I have ever had. We will be going back to Tate from now on.

My main concern is with the second deal they offered me for a new car.
I like that they didn't add any freight charges and the doc fees weren't too high, but I learned that they add all of that in to the finance part of the deal. The finance guy acts like he is a great neutral type of guy, but the deal he offers are really designed to make them the top dollar. I am paying 20% on top of the price of the car over the course of my auto loan on just interest. Be very slow to deal and walk out and calculate everything before signing anything including the offer sheet.
They will dishonor the offer sheet if it doesn't favor them and will not honor it if it favors you more.
