New Jeep Purchase - 2017 Jeep
I visited Fred Frederick in back in October and spoke with Charlie Wallace about the purchase of a new Jeep as I was waiting to find out about the Volkswagen settlement. He was so upfront and honest. I decided to wait until the settlement was finalized, which recently was last week. I have had quite a few dealerships contact me, but Charlie's honesty and willingness to go above and beyond is what made me go back to him last week. No pressure and his integrity is second to none. I purchased my new Jeep from Charlie on Thursday night. He is by far one of the best and I can't say enough about his commitment to treating customers with respect and doing the best that he can for them! Thank you Mr. Charlie!

After a bad experience with previous service manager(Dave) the new service manager Dan Patzwall is very friendly and caring. I brought my new 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hardrock to set up an appointment to have a recall performed. Met with Amanda Ordos-service advisor. Very sincere person and scheduled my service the next day. When I brought my vehicle in I was greeted with a welcome and smile. This really shows individuals like Amanda and Dan Patzwell really care about their customers. Bought a car last year and was ripped off my down-payment of $10000. So many hiding charges and inflated price from the one advertised. Don't every deal with the used sales manager Jerome, he is the most dishonest man in the world. I've been completely devastated since spending my hard earned $10000 in cook motors.

Great Experience Buying My Jeep Cherokee - randysb
I am giving Don White's a 5 star review and they earned it. I bought a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee after going to various dealers on York Road and a few in Pennsylvania. First and most importantly, the Cherokee is a 2014 model, but looks new. The interior is just as nice as an Acura RDX and blows away the GMC Terrain. The outside looked great and has new tires. If you have been to other used car dealers, the appearance of the interior and tires give you a good idea if the car was truly fixed up for the next owner. For example, Carmax's quality of used cars vary.
The sales person did a good job of explaining the features and was willing to answer my many questions. I went home the first night and looked up the VIN, so this gave me an idea of the history of the car. We did have some issues to work through, but they were very flexible. We worked through these issues and I can easily say not every car dealer is willing to this.
A incentive this dealer offer is lifetime oil changes. If anyone has visited Jiffy Lube lately, this is definitely a bonus. Some might say this is baked into the price, but I bought the car at a fair market price. But in my opinion, I rather pay a fair price and feel good knowing the car is good to go and not a lemon. Sure someone might sell this for $500 - $1000 less, but how are the tires? Are there other hidden problems or is the dealer selling the vehicle as is?

I called my service writter Chelsea Jefferson at Len Stoler about scheduling an oil change along with changing spark plugs, etc., possibly the next day? She said no problem for the next morning. Upon my arrival Chelsea was reviewing my trucks history and noted at 105,000 the coolant had not been replaced and should be. I agreed it should be done also. I had dropped off my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 at 8 AM and it was completed while I waited in only a few hours. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the service my vehicle needs. They have worked on my truck in the past and wouldn't think of going any where else. Nice job!
Sales Center Good; Service Center Is Not - GT
Purchasing my Jeep was a breeze. Getting the car serviced is not. Every time I try to make an appt - this time two days ahead, I'm told there's a week wait unless I want to rent a car and leave my car. I probably would not have bought a Jeep if I knew the service department was so onerous, not service friendly, and not accommodating to its customers. PS - my Jeep Renegade is less than 7 mos old...roof leaks, parking gauge needs service, oil needs to be changed.
