We have purchased at least six vehicles from O'Donnell Honda and had them serviced there as well. We have always found the service to be top notch and they have worked with us to keep repair costs as low as possible. Jeff Brown is great in their service Department.We purchased a 2015 Honda CRV in June and had exceptional service from Robert Baker. We are delighted by our "like new" CRV and have enjoyed driving it. I would highly recommend both buying a Honda and having it serviced at O'Donnell's.

My 21 year old was buying his first car. He called me at work to tell me that he was out and about to buy this car. Of course being his first time buying a car, I told him NOT to sign anything and to please come home first so that me and his Dad could look things over. I was worried that my son was going to be overwhelmed with the spiel of the stereotypical "car salesman" Well, he did bring things home, we looked over everything and thought it all looked good, and went with him to the dealership the following day. There we met the salesman with whom he was dealing Ed Svidunovich. I immediately got a good sense from him. He was an honest, forthright and upstanding individual. I think we all liked him immediately ( and to be honest I am very suspicious of people's intentions, and I immediately call BS if I think I am being fed a line.) Ed was probably the nicest car sales man I have ever dealt with. Just a real class act. I will definitely go back to Heritage Honda if I have future needs, and would only give Ed Svidunovich our business. I would give the dealership an overall 5 if we didn't have to sit through an hour of upselling from the finance guy after dealing with Ed. Ed himself is a 5 star employee.

My good opinion of Brown's started with a great Purchasing experience 2 years ago, a process I usually dread. For my latest service, I got an appt for the next day, and everyone was prompt and friendly. There was a small glitch that made me return to the dealer, but I got a coupon for my next oil change, so I was very satisfied. I feel very happy to have a Honda dealer to count on, especially knowing that I'll feel comfortable dealing with them.

I decided to go shopping for a minivan over the weekend and stopped by Honda of Annapolis. Vicky, our salesperson, showed me the available vehicles without pressuring me. After my family test drove an Odyssey, we decided it was the right vehicle for us. We filled out the necessary paperwork, both Vicky and Mikhail provided excellent customer service by explaining things and answering our questions. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Bought my Accord in June and had a problem in last weekend's slush & ice. The car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything to fix. The person in the Service Dept. (Scott?) was very nice - he answered my questions so I could understand the answers, made sure Honda covered the service (it was a steering problem), helped me get a rental car with Honda's special rates and then got Honda to PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! Not only was Scott a pleasure to work with, the lady in the office (with the red bows on her sweater!) could not have been nicer. She arranged to have the rental picked up at the dealership - no extra travel for me. I've recommended this dealership for sales and service in the past and will continue to do so - they are wonderful!
Bad service dept - Joeyliz
Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right across the street and they had to push it into the service bay. They put a brand-new radiator in it and oh surprise the car still doesn't run. Now they say it needs a transmission. Well who the xxxx drives a car with the check engine light on? Even in the book it says "do not drive your car when the check engine light is on." $1200 for a radiator and now it needs a transmission. Oh, but they'll give us a good deal on a new vehicle!!! Going to bad mouth this dealership to every patient that I see at work and to everyone that I know via Facebook. Oh yeah, they basically treated me like crap when I complained and told us EVERYTIME we asked for a person higher up in management, that they were at lunch. I went back after lunch and was told that now they were in a meeting. Husband was told the EXACT same thing when he went a week later trying to resolve this. I was also told by The service technician that Honda has a safety switch on it that shuts the engine down when the check engine light comes on. Well, my question is this, if you knew that then why did you drive the car with the check engine light on? Basically they broke the transmission and now want us to pay for it.

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
