I recently leased a 2017 Golf GTI. Bill Goldsmith was my service provider and Isaac Chee was the manager. They made me feel welcomed and not pressured. The experience was smooth and quick. They offered breakfast and did all they could to make this and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership and specifically these two to anyone seeking a quality product and a great purchasing experience.
The Honda Experience - Honda Hunnie
Loved how I was treated when I was at the Honda dealership. Kean Thompson (Sales) was excellent and very knowledgeable. I found Kean to be passionate about selling cars. He was honest which I found to be a refreshing change from other dealerships (Jerry's) yeah I said it! I felt like he had my best intrest at heart. Honda's Customer Service at its best! The Finance Department was great; Lane had me laughing the whole time I was in his office. I thought Scott was more than fair with the price. Thanks again guys for not bending me over! lol

Drove all the way from Woodbridge, VA to meet up with Aaron Ringgold at the dealership and couldn't be more satisfied with the warm and friendly approach every associate in the building gave me. My car buying process was smooth all the way from Aaron to Robert Lee, and every one help me get the best price and I drove out with my Chrysler 200. Phone communications and emails where very explicit and I am glad I made the trip. Eduard is serious about his cars. I went to many different car dealerships in the quest for my new car and Eduard was hands down the most informed about his product and gave a thorough demonstration of all the features of the different cars he showed me. After making the decision to buy a Honda, I narrowed down the exact model, trim and color I wanted but they didn't have it currently in stock. Eduard and Tim proceeded to spend the next 2 days scouring and calling different dealerships to try and find the exact car I wanted. These guys put some serious leg work in for me and I appreciate it!

Bought my car from browns. It was recalled. I received letter last summer saying there was a recall and it was unsafe to drive in the front passenger seat. They said they will send me a letter when the part comes in. Still no sign of the part. I also gave them a bad review on Google for poor service with an electric problem. They had to fix the same problem twice ...
AMAZING SERVICE - Susan Kern
Bought my Accord in June and had a problem in last weekend's slush & ice. The car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything to fix. The person in the Service Dept. (Scott?) was very nice - he answered my questions so I could understand the answers, made sure Honda covered the service (it was a steering problem), helped me get a rental car with Honda's special rates and then got Honda to PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! Not only was Scott a pleasure to work with, the lady in the office (with the red bows on her sweater!) could not have been nicer. She arranged to have the rental picked up at the dealership - no extra travel for me. I've recommended this dealership for sales and service in the past and will continue to do so - they are wonderful!
Poor Service and Customer Service - ryan
Service center is very accusatory. For example, the splash guard fell off the bottom of my car twice. The first time, they 'repaired it' which meant putting the same damaged piece back on the underside of my car, keeping in mind this was missing a bolt to keep it in place. The second time it fell off, I determined it was the same piece as I marked it prior to them putting it back on the car. I asked them to give me a new one and they charged $300+ for it. Service center is exceptionally slow too to perform routine services such as oil changes and tire rotations. Plan to spend at least 1.5 hours there at any given time.
Sales: turned in my leased car and the manager acted as though it was a hassle for him to do so. Never thanked me, slammed down the paper to sign on the table, and said as little as possible to me. Entire process took 30 minutes, 20 of those minutes which I was unacknowledged or even told what was going on during the process. As a customer who has purchased from here before and has had a Honda before, this was a truly disappointing experience.

He was able to complete the transaction, and the service department was able to do the required Maryland state inspection in a very reasonable amount of time. I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
