Jeff "The Honda Guy" Beck was our sales professional and he was exceptional. He made everything about the experience fantastic and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. How about this....a sales professional that truly works with you, it is more than a sale to him he makes it a personal experience. But wait, then you need to complete the paperwork with the dreaded Finance Manager...ugh! Not so what so ever with Heritage. The Finance Manager, Dustin Goodman, was outstanding and continued on with the same theme of Mr. Jeff Beck-Dustin made it a personal experience. I have never went to a dealership where they made me feel like a superstar. I was greeted at the door with a smile and offered a seat. May sales associate asked a few questions got a few answers and he was off. My daughter and I was looking around wondering what this happy xxx guy was up to. When he came back his statement was I'm going to put you in a car today. xxxxxxxx was my response. 😂😂😂 he says follow me, we went to speak with his tag team partner Lane. This guy with the dimple in his chin looking like John Travolta sexy xxx, gave us the run down. Switching numbers and working magic trying to make sure my daughter was comfortable with her decisions. Speaking to us honestly and guiding her through the process made it easy for her to yes. I certainly do appreciate all the help and guidance with her very first car buying experience. She left the dealership less than 2 hrs later with a 2017 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Honda. I truly wanted to take this time to say thanks for great service wit a smile. Excellent service thanks for all your help. Aaron was very attentive and helpful. I came in with some ideas and he helped me identify a vehicle I could afford. He drove to another dealership to get the car I wanted. The service was excellent even when I had to go back the next day when the tire pressure notice came on. Mike in service checked the air as soon as I drove in and gave me a few pointers on programming the car. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and the people that made it happen. There was no pressure to sell you a car you could not afford. I would definitely recommend Honda Heritage to everyone! Love my new Honda!

My exhaust system on my 2006 Honda Civic failed on the way to work. I called Honda Service and was almost immediately called back by Service Manager Tim Murray. Tim recommended bringing in the Honda for repair that evening (which I did). Upon arrival that evening, I spoke with Purvis Burke who created the Service Ticket. The following day, the Honda was repaired and ready to go even though due to its age, the Honda may have had to spend a couple of days in Service waiting parts. Kudos to Tim and Purvis for a friendly and quick turnaround on my Honda.

My son's car was totaled in an accident and we had only 3 days to find a new one. To make matters more complicated, my son lives in NJ....BUT, having purchased our Honda CRV from Dave Jackson last year, I knew he would be up for the challenge. I was 100% right....not only did Dave find the perfect car....he gave us the best price of all NJ, DE, and MD dealers (we compared!). He also had all of the paperwork prepared, and the car completely ready, so the actual purchase was very fast....just what we wanted. Bought my Accord in June and had a problem in last weekend's slush & ice. The car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything to fix. The person in the Service Dept. (Scott?) was very nice - he answered my questions so I could understand the answers, made sure Honda covered the service (it was a steering problem), helped me get a rental car with Honda's special rates and then got Honda to PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! Not only was Scott a pleasure to work with, the lady in the office (with the red bows on her sweater!) could not have been nicer. She arranged to have the rental picked up at the dealership - no extra travel for me. I've recommended this dealership for sales and service in the past and will continue to do so - they are wonderful!

Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right across the street and they had to push it into the service bay. They put a brand-new radiator in it and oh surprise the car still doesn't run. Now they say it needs a transmission. Well who the xxxx drives a car with the check engine light on? Even in the book it says "do not drive your car when the check engine light is on." $1200 for a radiator and now it needs a transmission. Oh, but they'll give us a good deal on a new vehicle!!! Going to bad mouth this dealership to every patient that I see at work and to everyone that I know via Facebook. Oh yeah, they basically treated me like crap when I complained and told us EVERYTIME we asked for a person higher up in management, that they were at lunch. I went back after lunch and was told that now they were in a meeting. Husband was told the EXACT same thing when he went a week later trying to resolve this. I was also told by The service technician that Honda has a safety switch on it that shuts the engine down when the check engine light comes on. Well, my question is this, if you knew that then why did you drive the car with the check engine light on? Basically they broke the transmission and now want us to pay for it.

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
