Very positive experience with this dealership. Went in to test drive the new (and very much in-demand) F-pace. It ended up being a bit more car than I wanted at this point. Worked with Will. Nice, kind, low-key and patient. Next time I went in it was to test drive an Audi Q5 they had on the lot as a trade-in. I'd done my research on the car. This time worked with Sam, another extremely knowledgable and helpful guy. Both salesmen were low key, low pressure, and patient - just what you look for in the experience of buying a car. I did my comparison research and test drives of other vehicles, and decided to purchase the Audi Q5. Went in for a repeat visit, negotiated a price that was fair to both parties, completed the paperwork and drove away same day in a freshly washed, already detailed car. Again, no hard sell for extras, and very helpful people throughout the process and in the finance office as we paid. Now a word about the GM, Chris Smith, who had said a friendly hello to me on my first visit in there. As I drove home in the vehicle, I noticed a small chip in the windshield that I hadn't seen before. Turned around and drove back, and was personally assured by Chris Smith that all I had to do was call him, and he'd have it fixed. This is service with a smile, all the way round. Can't recommend them highly enough. Buying a car is time consuming and can be stressful at the wrong dealerships. This is one of the right dealerships, both for Jaguar and Land Rovers, and for the other top drawer cars they often have on their lot as trade-ins. Nice people, low key, low stress experience, fair prices and good treatment. I'd recommend them to everyone, and indeed, just shared my experience with my neighbor who's headed there next week.
Excellent price and sales - SHG
I purchased a 2016 XJL from Jim Coleman Jaguar. The experience was easy and enjoyable. The Sales Representative Gary Pridgeon went out of his way to demo the car for us. I sat down with Chris Smith the General Manager who was friendly, professional and straight forward. We came to an agreed upon number within less than 5 minutes. What I enjoyed in the negotiations was the direct, no non sense approach. Too many dealerships have you waiting for hours while the sales person shuttles between their office and the managers office. Not the case at Coleman.
When I came back to the dealership to take delivery, Gary was waiting and went over the appearance of the car to show me it was fully cleaned and detailed. He was excited as we were about getting the Jaguar. I was turned over to Andrew their tech guy who showed me the basic features and offered to come to my home or office in a few weeks to answer any questions.
So far my experience has been very positive.

I am such an idiot. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Jaguar and Land Rover products and purchased them from Annapolis Jaguar and Land Rover. I even purchased a final 50 XK from these people. When I recently purchased a 2016 XF, after purchasing a 2010 XF, a 2015 Land Rover LR4, and a 2015 XK final 50, I had problems with the 2016 XF after just 1200 miles. Check engine issues and stereo issues. They allegedly fixed the problems. Same issues after 6400 miles. I tried to get my money back or a new vehicle. They would not do it. Instead, I basically took a trade in value for a the car because it was substandard. Jaguar offered me 500 dollars towards there products. You know, service cost for a vehicle that continues to break down. I would rather take a lose than deal with this dealership. If you deal with a person named Kenny Held, be prepared to be lied to.
I will never buy another Jaguar or Land Rover. I was loyal to Annapolis Jaguar and when I had an issue, they screwed me and enjoyed it.

Please, do your self a favor, reconsider buying a Jaguar. More importantly, don't buy one at Annapolis Jaguar.

The Sales Guide was extremely knowledgeable and patient. However, problems occurred that I felt were not in his control. My representative called and collaborated with a Land Rover Hunt Valley representative before my arrival. When I arrived to lease the 2015 Evoque, as agreed, things changed on Hunt Valley's behalf. I still arrived without a trade. I put $5,000 down. I had a 715 credit score and I came to lease what had been discussed. Based on that information, a rate was quoted to my representative, but when I arrived, I was given a different rate. Even after Hunt Valley's representative was collaborating with my representative on the phone, while I was still in the showroom, I was not given the rate originally quoted. Dismayed...I left empty handed. I was called the next day and given an even higher rate on ordering a 2016 with the same amenities, plus a few more. With time running out on my previous lease, I agreed on the 2016. It took several days for the 2016 to arrive. As my Sales Guide was reviewing the controls again and introducing me to the new amenities, I noticed a few things that I really liked about the 2015, were NOT in the 2016. Dismayed yet again...I left empty handed...even after I paid the $5,000 and all of the paperwork was signed. The next day I received a call from my Sales Guide stating that they NOW agreed to reduce the price on the 2015 that was discussed with my representative before my arrival. I did not have a pleasant purchasing experience. Let me be clear, very clear...the ONLY reason I purchased the Evoque from Hunt Valley was BECAUSE of my Sales Guide, Kenny Watson.
