Recent Purchase - drbchp
I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation regarding my recent purchase experience from Apple Ford Used Car Division. The experience overall was excellent and I cannot imagine that anything more could have been done to make it better. My salesman, Neville Dick, was responsive and really cared to help me get the vehicle that would best meet our needs. He was extremely helpful, knows the products he sells very well, and went out of his way to help me in my purchase decision.
I first was introduced to Apple Ford-Lincoln when searching for a vehicle two years ago. For many reasons I chose to work with your dealership and proceed with leasing my car from Apple. The staff have been extremely helpful and courteous from start to finish, sales and service. Your Customer for Life program is AWESOME, and in itself would be an incentive to return to Apple for future purchases. I do have more convenient access to local dealerships selling the same brand/type vehicles I purchase, but the experience and level of customer service that is provided by Apple is beyond compare. This makes the inconvenient distance well worth the drive and time, at least for me. For many reasons it would be much easier to deal locally for our vehicle needs, but I have made the decision and am now a loyal, repeat, Apple Ford-Lincoln customer, and hope to continue as long as I am able.
Disappointed in team - Respect101
Bought two trucks from the dealership in the past. Came from PA to see about buying a 450 chassis. Went to show the impatient commercial salesman the truck that needed to be replaced in the parking lot. Right away walking out of the office I could see his reactions out of the corner of my eye. I could tell he did not want to be bothered. I felt I should just leave then after only meeting with him for less than 3 minutes. As we walked towards the truck the salesman said sarcasticly that I did not tell him it was a dually. ( Note: all F450 and up have double tires in the back.) He then told me they can be ordered that way. ??? Salesman told me that he had a lot full of chassis in the back lot that he will not sell me at all. He said he would never sell me a commercial truck without the body because that's were they make their bread and butter to feed their kids. Was also told that no other ford dealer would sell just a chassis which I clearly knew was not true. Respectively I named two other dealers that would and he told me that I better go buy it. Regardless of what any customers needs are that they should not be treated that way and talked down to. Should of went in and talked to the manager, but we were so shocked and just wanted to leave. Can't put the blame on the whole dealership, but that's how they got represented. I'm a business too and that's not how we would treat our repeated customers. We were interested in building a business to business relationship and start replacing and adding to our fleet starting with the oldest truck. Unfortunately for the dealership, we can not do business with that kind of representation.

Terrible service. I was harassed at work to take their customer service evaluation.Never had service that took less than 3 hrs including oil changes.
