Interested in my Satisfaction - Craig's Infiniti Q60RS
When I was first introduced to Tim Klingenberger he was first interested in learning and understanding my needs and wants. He then showed me vehicles they had that most closely met those criteria. At no time did he ever push a car or option I didn’t want or need. During the car buying process he never rushed or pressured me, his primary concern was for me to by happy and pleased with my experience and selection. Tim made known to me and let me take advantage of rebates that had just become available that I wasn’t yet aware of. That was something he didn’t have to do so it was greatly appreciated.
Post sale Tim continues to follow up, still interested that my satisfaction with my purchase continues.
I would gladly do business with Tim again and highly recommend him.

Excellent experience with John Debartolo and C.J. White - c4319232
I visited the dealership on Sunday May 29, 2017. This review is being posted to applaud all of the hard work that C.J. White and John Debartolo put into getting me the deal that I wanted. They were both fantastic to work with and very energetic. It was also great, too, that John Debartolo inputted everything into the computer, saving the customer time writing it out on paper [paper is fine], but the computer was helpful. Mr. Debartolo was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and very humorous. Even though I didn’t drive away with a car, it isn’t their fault because the type of car I wanted just wasn’t available and no one is to blame. The first car that I went to see, the third row was too small and I had never been inside that type of car before. The second car that I wanted [QX60], Mr. Debartolo brought it up front and the price was right but the color wasn’t. If it was the color that I wanted, I would have driven away with the car. The third car of choice that I fell in love with [GMC Acadia] ended up not being immediately available, and again, no one is to blame. I hope that if our paths cross again, that John and C.J. will be there to assist. The drive was quite a distance, but it was worth it. They were kid friendly to my son as well. If I didn’t have a second car financed already, I wouldn’t have had to drive so far to find a deal, so I am grateful that I visited this dealership.

Great experience at Infinti of Norwood. Very professional but relaxed atmosphere. Very pleasant to deal with at the time of sale (used BMW X5) as well as after the sale. They stand behind their vehicles 100% and in my case went above and beyond to solve an issue I had. Adam was a pleasure to deal with. Well worth the trip from the South Shore.
