Jacqueline spent the time to show me many vehicles and answered all of my questions. Jacqueline took care of all of the paperwork and made the financing very easy. I will be a repeat customer.

Life savers - Grateful traveler
Loaded up my seldom used 2003 Expedition with kayaks and bikes for a last minute trip from my home on Long Island to Maine this August. The truck has 120K miles and still runs great, but is usually just resting in my driveway.
As we entered New Hampshire on I-95, my brakes suddenly went to the floor. Saturday afternoon, 200 miles from home, figured my vacation was shot. Called AAA, they were willing to come out but I knew this was no roadside repair. Asked if there was a nearby shop open and they gave me the numbers for Portsmouth Chevrolet and Portsmouth Ford. Called the Chevy dealer first because it was closer. Told him my whole sob story; on my way up to Maine for vacation, really in a bind, blah blah blah. He wasn't interested. Maybe they could take a look Monday. Well, that wasn't going to work.
Called Portsmouth Ford. Spoke with Greg. Told him my story. "Bring it in", he says, "we'll take a look and see what we can do." They had to fabricate two brake lines and then found another leak and repaired that, too. The mechanic and Greg both stayed past closing to get me on my way later that afternoon.
What phenomenal, professional and friendly service. The icing on the cake was the very reasonable price.
I wish I lived up here because there is no doubt I would purchase my next Ford at Portsmouth. I may anyway. My sincerest thanks to Greg and all the staff at Portsmouth Ford!

Front coil springs under recall! - Digruntled Veteran
I got a recall on my sable for coil springs and the mechanic got me on a Saturday at 9:00 am and out the door by 10:30 ! Also did a nice little walk around and said the car was in really shape with the low mileage and said the front end was good for another 60000 give or take but he did mention left side ball joint was getting a little noisy by a slight humming which I knew about ! Easy fix ! I did that myself but he said I did get a great deal with the low mileage and said it just was broken in at 46000 miles! Anyways I had a great experience with the dealership and the mechanic knew his business! No pressure to make 200 bucks and replace the ball joint when he had the car up on the lift ! That's a mechanic I can deal with ! No telling me I need a clamp for my heater hose because it's could dangerous losing a drop of anti freeze every 2 hours ! I just went through that and that is not good business This kid mechanic even after giving me A rejection sticker that made the problems of my look like 64 rambler that was just pulled out of the woods He tried to sell and Fix a little tiny clamp I can do in 3 minutes! Guys got a lot of nerve ! You find a good honest mechanic and hold on to him I learned that last week I got service from this dealership that I was happy with and A good Mechanic that did not try juice me dry 4 days before Christmas I still have a hard time with it ! And the things he works right down the street from Best Ford!
Professional, accommodating great service - Ford guy
Needed an oil change sticker and my truck ended up having a recall I was not aware of. Needed my truck to pick up child from school which they were still working on so Tim arranged for a rental and worries were gone , truck was completed that evening. Great service would highly recommend to everyone, thank you guys!

Came here to buy a mazda CX-9 years ago. When I received a recall letter about a part that is not available they were unwilling to get me in a loaner car, and the service department was very rude about it. When I called Mazda's number on the recall letter they informed me all Mazda Dealerships will put anyone in a loaner car until the part comes in. I went over to Mastria Mazda in Raynham and got put into a brand new loaner the very next day. I will never come back to this dealership again when it's time for me to get a new car.

Just bought a certified 2010 Lincoln MKX from Owen Lincoln Mercury. I dealt with Bill Owen the Used Sales Manager. He was extremely pleasant from the first time we spoke on the phone and throughout the entire process. He came out to meet me when I arrived and worked with me to make the deal happen. The price was fair and I am in love with my new car ( I traded a 2007 MKX for a 2010). I was really impressed with Bill's demeanor, very down to earth and personable. I did not feel pressured and felt comfortable doing business with him. I wanted a remote starter put in the car and Bill made a call to have it installed the same day so that I could come back and pick up the car later the same day since it was my day off. When I came back a few hours later, my car was ready and Bill was waiting for me. He took the time to show me all of the upgraded features in the car and even made sure I was able to sync my cell phone. He took his time going through all the features. I am in the sales/service industry myself and really appreciate good service. Thanks, Bill - I love my car!
