I've been going there for years and have many Lincoln's but also have other brands as well. They give the best service, and I won't go anywhere else to buy or service my cars. My kids now go there and they are also pleased with the pricing as well as service and take there friends as well. The new dealership is beautiful and is worth the trip from anywhere.

Best Sales Experience Ever!! - emtfd27
After searching for weeks for the perfect car and having 3 bought out from underneath us, we finally found the one. Sent in for the PFord price, Mike emailed me back in a matter of minutes. He advised the lowest price they will offer / take for the vehicle. After researching the current offers and financing available; I found out that I qualify for a $500 First Responder cash bonus. I advised Mike and it was easily worked into the financing. Over a matter of a few emails, we had the price, down payment and financing terms set. We arrived later that day to test drive the vehicle, which we absolutely fell in LOVE with. We signed the paper work and set up the delivery date. We test drove and signed the paperwork all within an hour. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. I'll be sure to email Mike the next time we're looking into purchasing another vehicle, and will be sure to send my friends and family here as well!

When my local Ford-Lincoln-Mercury dealer closed down (was in Peabody, MA), my favorite mechanic moved to Best Ford - and the manager of my local dealership also moved to Best Ford. I live in the Topsfield, MA area which is over 45 miles away. Sometimes, like this visit which had a punch-list of items to check, we drive up one day to drop off and another day to pick up - which means 2 round trips on our chase vehicle in addition to my car being serviced - but to me, it is worth the trip.
I have been using Best Ford for the service of my 2000 Lincoln LS for several years now and I've always had great (and honest) service at Best Ford. Many a time over the years I have asked about some issue and when they could have said it was a major issue, they said it was a very simple or minor item (unlike other places I used to use always seemed to say I needed major repairs for every tiny issue). Through their actions, I have great trust in the service I receive at Best Ford.
btw -- I also once shopped (over a year ago) for a new SUV at Best Ford and while the Navigator that year did not yet have the features I assume are now included, I can say that car shopping experience was the BEST - low key, not pushy, and the salesman asked me (and really listened/heard) what I was looking for in a vehicle which was great! Other dealerships I went to had salesmen who never asked any questions of me other than how much money I had to spend and instead just "pushed" vehicles even when they did not meet my needs. The next time I'm looking for a new vehicle, BEST FORD will be the first place I go.
Professional, accommodating great service - Ford guy
Needed an oil change sticker and my truck ended up having a recall I was not aware of. Needed my truck to pick up child from school which they were still working on so Tim arranged for a rental and worries were gone , truck was completed that evening. Great service would highly recommend to everyone, thank you guys!

It seems like it's been a long time since someone wrote a review of this dealership, I'd like to add my 2 cents into the mix just in case you were hesitant after reading the others.
Over the last few years various circumstances have caused me to be involved with helping friends and family purchase roughly 7 cars at 7 different dealerships (albeit mostly Ford). Working with Linda Roccoforte in sales, Alan Hollis in finance, and the General Manager Tim Horgan was an absolutely wonderful experience. They were honest, friendly, treated us like family, and had an attitude that showed they were prepared to give an exemplary customer service experience you'd expect when buying a Lincoln. They even sold us the car under their list price (which was already under KBB) to meet our budget, which on used cars in the internet age is unheard of.
I am picky, and we were on tight time constraints when purchasing our beautiful used 2011 Lincoln MKZ but Linda, Tim, and Alan as well as the folks in service went above and beyond to make sure we got in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. If you're looking to purchase a new or used Lincoln or Mazda and want to avoid the transactional experience you'll find at the other "big name" Lincoln Dealer in the area - take a stop at Champion and ask for Linda.
Extremely bad dealership with no customer service at all - viralhondaodyssey
we bought honda odyssey from here and were told when we pick the car will be clean and when we picked it was vaccum but not clean there were dirt marks still in the trunk. Since we needed the car we taught we will clean it. Later within a week we found cd player does not work and have engine lights. For cd player we were told to buy lens cleaner which we did and it did not work. Later we had the car at there medford location. They kept the car for 5 days and within a week I found service light is on and air condition is not working and cd player was told have to talk to service manager at Shrewsburry location. More than a week we been calling and no call return from service manager. Sales manager gave the number of general manager and we call him four times and have not received call back. This place is xxxx and I regeret I did not see the review before buying car from here. Worst people I have ever met who are clueless of there job and only know how to trick people. Also all this is within 30 days of purchase.
