He offered great help with the required paperwork, and he was very patient working on what the customer wanted. He also helped me by phone when I returned home. My 2008 Nissan Rogue had died due to a bunch of issues. I was upside down in a loan now for a car that didn't work. I by chance had my car towed to Bertera because of the issues my car was having and it needed to be at a dealership. When I got there I had informed them that I would rather not fix my car and try to get into a new one. While I was expecting a downgrade because of my budget and current situation, these men somehow got me in a newer bigger vehicle within my price range, they also extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. They went out of their way for me and my family to make sure I had a reliable vehicle. I worked wit Jim and Amir and I feel like they were my car angels!

These guys really know what they're doing when it comes to selling cars; not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, and really friendly. They even put up with ridiculous hour long insurance agent phone calls after closing time. I had my mind set on leasing a car and visited nearly every dealership in Keene to no avail, but RJ at Nisan did everything in his power to make it happen for me and after only my second visit I walked away with keys in hand. If you're looking to lease a car in the Keene area I would highly recommend Nisan.

Although the deal did not go trough as is it was expected on buying first car from Clay Nissan I have to say Fifi is the greatest! she's patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be, she did not give up, she did not lose her temper, she remained sincere, caring and polite feel and did not make me feel pressured to buy. We have been purchasing/leasing our cars at Coastal Nissan for the past 15 years or so and have no intentions of ever changing to any other dealership. We tend to turn our cars in every few years and have always received the utmost professional help and best deals and have never been disappointed in the servicing of any vehicle. We have worked primarily with Tom DiPesa and we couldn't receive better service. Since our first car purchase, Tommy has always been there to help us in any area (which he recently showed us once again). We believe that Tom and Coastal go the extra mile and provide the extra something that keeps us coming back to them. Great job!!
Low Price Guarantee - CBWEBDESIGN
Salem Nissan advertised a “Low Price Guarantee” on new Nissan vehicles. They claim if you find a lower price at a competing dealer, on the same vehicle, they will pay you $1,000.00. We did this and also, gave Salem Nissan a “written and signed order of competitor’s offer” showing a lower price from Commonwealth Nissan thus, giving Salem Nissan a chance to beat the lower price, which they chose not to.
Since we met the conditions of their “Low Price Guarantee” I made them aware of this and requested they honor their $1,000.00 Low Price Guarantee. Instead, Salem Nissan decided not to honor their offer and also, did not respond to me with any reason.
This review is my opinion based on our experience with Salem Nissan.
