Last month I bought a new car from Kelly Nissan. I cannot say enough good things about not only the entire process but my salesman Adriano Carlo. From the second I walked into the dealership Adriano was professional and not the slightest bit pushy. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and he immediately worked with me on getting the deal done. He was completely honest with me throughout the entire process (having bought two cars before, this doesn't always happen). I couldn't be happier with the deal I got and with my new Sentra.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Vincent Alagna took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new Nissan Pathfinder that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Peters Nissan

This was the *best* car buying experience I have ever had. Courtney, my sales woman, listened to what I needed/wanted/could afford, didn't play the 'let me talk to my manager' game -I walked out of a previous dealership who pulled that-I had asked if they had any cars in my budget as was made to sit for over 10 minutes- when a simple yes or no would have done- Courtney answered my question immediately and walked me through the lot to see the cars in my price range. I am *so* happy with my new Versa. After I decided to move ahead with the sale, I joked that now comes the most important part- we have to name her. Courtney helped there too...my white car is named Pearl. =) There was *no* pressure, no creepy car-dealer vibe, everyone I met at Autofair Nissan of Stratham was friendly and seemed to genuinely care the I was there as a customer. I live in Manchester, there are a *lot* of car dealers in Manchester- but I will come back to Stratham! Well worth the drive~!

I had a terrific car buying experience at Colonial Nissan. I traded in my 2003 Camry XLE for a 2014 Nissan Altima S. Mike was terrific in walking me through the Used Altima options, and explaining the different features of each vehicle. It was my first time buying and Mike was very patient with me. When it came to financing, Matthew, Mike and Tom all worked tirelessly to get to a price that I could afford and I felt was fair. They worked with me on the trade-in value for my Camry, which I appreciated. Gene in Financing was also very helpful in explaining clearly all the elements of what I was signing for. I visited a few other places in the area and was not pleased at all with my experience and the sales tactics which were used on me, but I did not feel that way at Colonial Nissan. I would certainly go back for my next purchase and will refer my friends there, as well. Thanks again guys for such a good first time car buying experience!

I was quoted a specific price to get the two front struts done by Chris the service adviser on my Nissan Sentra. When I went to pick up my car the cost was about $300.00 dollars more then I was expecting. I called and asked to speak with Chris and he was not available so I left him a voice mail to call me back so I could understand the discrepancy in the price. I did hear back from Chris and he is trying to help me out with future service. He saw that the price for the struts were different then what he quoted me and is trying to work something out with his Manager on a discount with a future service job that is needed. Just the fact that they are trying to help me out and make things better means all the difference. Thanks! I appreciate it very much Chris!

Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.

Concord Nissan is always efficient with a clean waiting room and prompt service. They have a punch card system for oil changes, so after so many you get a free one. And, since I purchased my car here, I get free auto inspections.

These guys really know what they're doing when it comes to selling cars; not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, and really friendly. They even put up with ridiculous hour long insurance agent phone calls after closing time. I had my mind set on leasing a car and visited nearly every dealership in Keene to no avail, but RJ at Nisan did everything in his power to make it happen for me and after only my second visit I walked away with keys in hand. If you're looking to lease a car in the Keene area I would highly recommend Nisan.

I purchased my nissan rogue 2017 from Auto Fair. First of all the customer service is very worst and service team is pathetic and worst. For any problem, they will ask you to pay for it. Due to reverse sensor was not correctly, i had accident while reversing but they denied to fix the problem. Even though the suppost to work during reverse parking.

I went in to the dealership to get my power window fixed in my Nissan Armada. They were quick and attentive to my needs. They also found four recalls needing to be done on my vehicle. Without hesitation, they gave me a loaner car to use while they ordered the parts so they could complete all the work. I was also given updates via phone on the status of all the work. My window works beautifully and the recalls resolved some minor issues completely.

I recently leased a new Nissan Rogue at Mastria Nissan and everyone was wonderful to deal with from my salesman John Furtado who listened to my needs and took great care of me. He truly made the experience less cumbersome. Also the other staff from Brian who helped with financing, Gary in the business office and Chris who took me through my new car helping me set up my Bluetooth and even helping me empty my car. boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxx about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxxx up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.
