Jeff was very helpful in showing us all the vehicles we wanted to test drive we (I) kept changing my mind and he was so patient with everything. I would definitely recommend Jeff and Acura to people with no hesitations. When we got to the finance office Jerry didn't make us feel pressured into purchasing anything we didn't want but explained everything to us.

Walk in. It's really obvious. Clean! The facility is bar none, the nicest dealership I have ever visited. Well organized, exceptionally well-informed, experienced, polite, professional staff.
The cars and salesman Joe Scala were ready when I asked (I test drove two). I called and made an appointment the night before. Everything was done to meet my schedule. I came back the following day to purchase. Joe scheduled financial and technical for me. Very efficient. Also a porter was provided so that I did not have to find a ride to the dealership(I was not trading in a car).
There were minor problems with the quality of the cleaning and prep for the car. These were remedied while I took care of paperwork. I hate to mention it because everything else was first class, but it was a disappointment.

They offered good online price. Even though they will not match the online price what was offered but i still got the car for good price when i compared to the other dealers. Noonya Taroyan is an excellent sales person and was great to work with. I will definitely recommend her to friends. They also offered free all season mats and one year free oil change. I am satisfied with their customer service and their quality of work.

So often you hear about how car repair places even dealerships try to sell unnecessary services. I can honestly say that I have never had that experience with Rizza Acura. I greatly appreciated the care and time that was taken to listen and explain my service options.

My salesperson was Bob Westcott. He was very helpful and did a great job getting me the car I wanted. I have some credit issues but he worked hard to find programs and finance companies that were willing to work with me.
Mr Westcott was punctual and I was not there for hours waiting to buy my car. The wait time I did have was made comfortable by my salesman. He took me out to show me how to work everything in my car and set there and went the extra mile of asking me my favorites and setting them for me. He went out of his way to make sure I pulled off totally comfortable with my purchase. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was okay and to thank me again for purchasing.
My finance person was Mr Shotie and he was quick and made all the paper signing as efficient as painless as possible.

Second new car - namatina
This is the second new Acura I have purchased from this dealership. The first was a 2002TL that I got in June of 2001. My newest car is a 2017 TLX. Other than being excellent cars, I am exceedingly pleased with the dealership and the service departments. The service in general is part of the reason I came back to buy a new Acura here after 16 years.
Unexpected - Dlr
Almost didn't keep my appointment to test drive TLX after reading some of the negative reviews about the vehicle. However, my salesperson Michael Lis and finance manager Steve Scultz made the experience an unexpectedly easy and painless process. They listened to us and delivered the deal we wanted and did everything they said they would, and more. They were wonderful to work with and the TLX was a great vehicle with a great deal.
Not a favorite dealership - Captiva1945
This is not the dealership to visit if you are serious about purchasing a vehicle. They spend time about what you don't want. The salesperson has no controls over the vehicle.
