We recently purchased a 2017 RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville. Our salesman was Greg Pew. This is the third Acura we have purchased from Greg at Continental which shows how happy we have been with both Greg and Continental. Greg goes out of his way to make sure that you get the right car for your life style. He takes his time and there is NO pressure. We LOVE our RDX! It drives like a dream and has great safety features.

5 Stars. We walked in and Tony spotted us. He and Tommy offered the hospitality of the establishment, and soon after we got down to business. I expected to go back and forth on this but that was not the case. The very first vehicle we were shown exceeded my expectations. Test drive, trade-in deal, paperwork, we were in and out in under 4 hours.

Frank was great with the credit and pricing and carrying over miles. They are a friendly great dealership who make you feel special. Highly recommend them.

I am so thrilled I went back to Mcgrath M.G. I went for test drives at four dealerships around Chicago. I test drove at Mcgrath M.G. and they followed up a couple days later. I didn't get back there for over a week and when I did, I wasn't expecting to leave with a car. Dan Edelstein was my salesperson and I truly have never experienced the type of service that he provided. I was bouncing back and forth with a pre-owned vs. new. Dan was overly patient and never went for the upsell--he was trying to make sure I left happy. He provided the pros and cons and the irony is that his info/advice was leading me to go pre-owned. However, when I asked for the comparison of the new vs. used, the price was too good to pass up. That would've been enough for me to write a great review. But the best part is that I told him the car was for my wife and that I had been shopping for a couple weeks. I explained that she left the house that morning completely stressed for various reasons. He came up with a great idea to surprise her with a delivery at her job. The guy literally went to a store to buy flowers and multiple bows to decorate the car with. He delivered the car with a note that I wrote and completely went into character. Needless to say, the surprise blew her away, brought her to tears and on top of all that, he filmed it for me. I'm not sure that this review will do justice to the service that I got but I can genuinely say that this is the best service I have ever gotten. It's difficult as a car buyer, to not go into a dealer with your guard up and be defensive based on how things used to work. I can only say that you should go meet Dan and the team at Mcgrath Morton Grove before you make a decision to purchase.

My salesperson was Bob Westcott. He was very helpful and did a great job getting me the car I wanted. I have some credit issues but he worked hard to find programs and finance companies that were willing to work with me.
Mr Westcott was punctual and I was not there for hours waiting to buy my car. The wait time I did have was made comfortable by my salesman. He took me out to show me how to work everything in my car and set there and went the extra mile of asking me my favorites and setting them for me. He went out of his way to make sure I pulled off totally comfortable with my purchase. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was okay and to thank me again for purchasing.
My finance person was Mr Shotie and he was quick and made all the paper signing as efficient as painless as possible.

Unexpected - Dlr
Almost didn't keep my appointment to test drive TLX after reading some of the negative reviews about the vehicle. However, my salesperson Michael Lis and finance manager Steve Scultz made the experience an unexpectedly easy and painless process. They listened to us and delivered the deal we wanted and did everything they said they would, and more. They were wonderful to work with and the TLX was a great vehicle with a great deal.

This is not the dealership to visit if you are serious about purchasing a vehicle. They spend time about what you don't want. The salesperson has no controls over the vehicle.
