I am retired and I have bought several cars in my lifetime, but, this purchase of my 2017 Acura RDX was my best experience! If it wasn't for my relationship with Noonya, I would have walked out of his office. I have usually done all the paperwork with DJ and he is an absolute treasure! Such a different experience!

My salesperson was Bob Westcott. He was very helpful and did a great job getting me the car I wanted. I have some credit issues but he worked hard to find programs and finance companies that were willing to work with me.
Mr Westcott was punctual and I was not there for hours waiting to buy my car. The wait time I did have was made comfortable by my salesman. He took me out to show me how to work everything in my car and set there and went the extra mile of asking me my favorites and setting them for me. He went out of his way to make sure I pulled off totally comfortable with my purchase. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was okay and to thank me again for purchasing.
My finance person was Mr Shotie and he was quick and made all the paper signing as efficient as painless as possible.

I've been a loyal customer since 2007. I recently decided to purchase a used 2014 Acura RDX. Jose Alcantar was my salesman! I experienced the best car purchasing experience ever! Great customer service from the secretary Christine to Israel and Brian in Finance! All were wonderful and second to none! I was greeted when I walked through the door, my test car was warming up when I arrived, and Jose allowed me to drive the truck for about an hour while showing me all the components of the truck! He was very patient, answered all questions and was so pleasant to work with. I give Acura of Libertyville 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and a A++++++. They will continue to have my business for years to come!

Almost didn't keep my appointment to test drive TLX after reading some of the negative reviews about the vehicle. However, my salesperson Michael Lis and finance manager Steve Scultz made the experience an unexpectedly easy and painless process. They listened to us and delivered the deal we wanted and did everything they said they would, and more. They were wonderful to work with and the TLX was a great vehicle with a great deal.
FALSE ADVERTISING OF THEIR USED VEHICLE'S - STAY AWAY! - jmagn910
I was serious buyer out of state and looking for a low mile used 2016 RDX and they showed online that it has 6500 miles. After we agreed on the price over the phone and placed a $1K down payment, arranged financing and insurance documents, they later disclosed that the actual mileage was 9264 miles and counting. They were even proud to say that's it's their perks to use it. I requested for an adjustment of price and they said "no adjustment" to my disappointment. I called off the deal. It was a total waste of my time. Stay away from this dealership. What a horrible experience!
