After this dealership realized I wanted more on my deal they were willing to have more accessories added. So when I went there a week later they made me a better offer on the extra items. Andre Green and the owner Mr. Sutton went above and beyond to give me a better deal. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Skip went out of his way 4 years ago to get a young college student with bad credit (me) into a nice car that was reliable and affordable. We recently brought our F-150 to the service department for the 150000 service. We wanted belts, hoses, brakes, and the oil cooler / air conditioner serviced. Marv called us several times while the truck was being serviced to confirm if we wanted a particular item replaced. The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We will be going back to Fieldhouse for future service work.

Just recently purchased my used Lexus from this dealership - the staff was great and exceeded expectations. Very respectful and professional. Brian Magee was my sales consultant and he was very helpful in getting the process completed with the assistance of the sales manager. They were upfront and with no gimmicks that you see at other dealerships. NIcholas, who does the finances was a pleasure to work with as well. Overall one of my best car shopping experiences!

Asked for a price for a trailer receiver while getting an oil change and the older gentleman at the service desk made me feel like a burden for wanting to spend money here. He said rudely "I'm busy I'll get to it when I can." Also he was very rude to his younger fellow employee. I'll take my business elsewhere. Also the oil change was more expensive than advertised on TV.

I was shopping on cars.com and came across a beautiful used 2013 Ford-F150 at Napleton River Oaks Lincoln, decided to ask if it was available and Daisy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no haggle and she was straight to the point! Decided to go and test drive the truck and it was exactly what Daisy said it was going to be. Very honest people to do business with, everyone was very nice and my salesman answered all my questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great experience.

First time visit to this dealership. Knew what I was looking for, but wasn't sure what would work for me. Our salesman, IGGY, went out of his way to accommodate my needs and answer my questions.
When I did find a vehicle, he arranged for me to transfer equipment from my work vehicle in a way convenient to me.
Paperwork was completed while we went down the street for supper! Came back and signed papers.
While we had sought out a salesperson, I did notice a couple of customers come in and stand around a while before anyone approached them. Something to work on!
On the opposite end of the spectrum, I noticed that sales people were very friendly even when helping out customers who were working with other sales staff.

Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system.

Wow, a dealership with no hard pressures. My husband and I went to Napleton in Blue Island after the auto show to test drive a new MKS. I had Francine as a sales person. Although we are looking to buy this fall, she did not make us uncomfortable about not buying now. She helped us validate of voucher and we took the car for a spin. She explained all the features of the MKS while my husband drove. Cool car! We like the car and this dealerships no pressure approach. This is how all car dealerships should be. When we buy, it will be Napleton Lincoln Mercury in Blue Island and from Francine.
