I once bought a famous line from another dealer and thought I would get a better deal. You know it is smart to shop around and compare. What happened was just another sales pitch and when it came to signing that price changed. I felt very betrayed, so that day I hung my head and crawled back to Axelrod whom was apologetic on hehalf of that dealer misguiding me. I from that day on have been devoted and will never go outside of Axelrod Buick again. They have been good to me, honest and haven't talked a bunch of nonsense trying to sale me a car. I trust them.

My daughters worked hard all summer to earn enough for a down payment on their first car. We went to look first at Jay Buick to see and test drive a Buick Encore. Donovan came out to greet us and immediately made us feel welcome. The girls explained what they wanted and what they could afford for a down payment and monthly payments. Donovan saw no problem and suggested a lease that he could work into their finances and also recognized that they were taking the car to Edinboro for college (in Pennsylvania). Being away from home, a new car lease meant that they (and us parents) wouldn't have to worry about maintenance costs or repairs. Donovan and his sales manager worked to come up with discounts to arrive at a price and payments that the girls could afford. Throughout this visit, and the subsequent visit to pick up the car and sign the papers, The dealership was fantastic. The tour of the dealership, service department, Starbucks coffee, they were all top notch! Donovan Jamison, Anthony in finance, the sales manager (I don't remember his name) and the wide open feeling and cleanliness of the dealer made this the first time I ever felt welcome and at ease with a car purchase and absolutely no uncomfortable pressure! Result, my daughters now have a 2017 Buick Encore they can call their own and are paying for it themselves thanks to Donovan Jamison.

I found GMC to be truly exceptional. I was impressed with the people, and the quality and timeliness to respond. i started at a dealership a touch closer, however it took 4 days to just get a serious response. I highly recommend this Merino Dealership.

Bought a 2014 GMC Acadia Denali. Vehicle looked excellent at first glance. I had mentioned that the one tire looked a little low. Salesman reassured me that everything was looked over before putting it up for sale. Took a short test drive and seemed ok. Salesman and manager kept coming up with reasons to give me less for the trade in as well. Typical used car salesmen. Got 10 miles down the road and the tire pressure warning came on. Not only that but the rotors were warped. 2 nails in the back passenger side tire. The cherry on top, there was a dead mouse in the cabin air filter along with numerous leaves and other debris. Must have gotten in from the warped molding around the windshield. Certified my xxx! These guys didn't look over that vehicle very well. They cleaned it up and slapped a sticker on the window,

Lambert Buick gave great service from the time I met Tony on the car lot. I had explored the cars on the internet and he quickly got both cars I was interested in at one location. A test drive followed, which pretty much sold me. Tony even came in on his day off for final signing, just to accommodate my schedule. There was no pushing to sell extras, but complete friendly service by everyone that crossed my path. I tell everyone about Lambert Buick and their great deals and friendly service. I absolutely love my car.

No Salesmen on the lot, drove around twice, then parked and walked around, Jared was the only one to come out, invited us in and offered us bottled water, it was a hot day. We waited and finally asked three different times for water and never got any the whole time we were there. For the most part we sat waiting with no magazines or tv. Pretty much bought the first car we tried. Was rushed through finance, and she, Bonnie was not very friendly. As far as the car, I love it so far and am very pleased with it, I just believe you could have better customer service. Jared was friendly, just didn't seem to care about our comfort.

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

Having researched and shopped for a specific vehicle I found what I was looking for at Ganley GMC (Pete Bauer GMC). Given the drive distance I called to see if the vehicle was available and had a couple followup questions ahead of making the trek to Strongsville, OH. The sales person confirmed the vehicle was available but failed to return my call with answers to 2 simple questions. I followed up 6 hours later and was told that he was too busy but would call me back in 10 minutes. Never returned my call. Rather than continue to wait I contacted a dealer in Cincinnati OH with the same vehicle, got my questions answered and bought the vehicle from Cincy the next day. Bad communication, poor customer service and indifference to my objectives cost Ganley a cash sale.
