I bought a 2012 CTS-V Coupe from them sight unseen. Sarah did an amazing job in researching some things that showed up on the CarFax report to ease my mind. She was also able to send pictures of the undercarriage shortly after I requested it, along with other pictures of the car, so I knew what I was getting.
The down payment process was painless and they honored an early listing price that had been adjusted after I saw the listing and contacted them despite a lot of interest from other parties. I arrived in Ohio after several delays due to weather to a waiting Todd Bollman in another Cadillac V-series because they wanted to make sure mine was perfect when I first saw it.... and it was. It was sparking on the showroom floor and after a quick test drive I completed the purchase.
They had me in and out in a timely manner and suggested an excellent restaurant right down the road for dinner, which I appreciated. Todd was excellent to deal with, going beyond my expectations when buying a used car. I would without a doubt buy from Lavery Automotive again. They saved me thousands of dollars, even factoring in flying to Ohio from Washington and driving the car home, and made the experience very enjoyable.

I can't say enough how happy I was with my experience at VanDevere! I came in to look for a new Buick SUV at 4:15 on a Saturday (I had an appointment) when they close at 5. I was lucky to be assisted by the greatest sales consultant, Seth Geer, who was just awesome. He was so patient and took his time with me, even though it was way past closing time once I made a decision. Everyone, from the sales manager to the finance manager, were just great. It was a fantastic experience and I am beyond thrilled with my new Buick Encore.
I also got to experience the service department the following week when the rim they had ordered to replace one of mine that was scratched came in. Equally impressive experience! Everyone was so friendly and they got me in and out of there in way less time than I had anticipated.
This was my second Buick purchase here and I will happily return for service until I purchase my next one in 3 years! Thank you everyone!

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

It's a shame when you try to contact the dealer through automotive sites when you are searching for your auto and never get a response or even a call back when you give them your phone number and permission to contact you. Also it's bad business practice to never reply to an offer on the auto. It's only a simple yes or no answer. When you try to call dealership and leave a message for a manager to call you back to voice your concerns and try to discuss a deal over the phone...guess what..they don't even call you back.
This is not how I want a dealership to treat me!!
Used truck purchase - DC&BC
Just purchased a used F150 truck from Nick Abraham's. Usually would rather have a root canal with no pain killer than buy a used vehicle. The people at Nick Abraham made it totally painless. From the salesman to the owners we were treated with respect. Also needed to have a new key made in there shop. Brian took care of it in no time the following day and even rewashed the truck, something I didn't expect. Can't say enough good things about our purchase experience at this dealership.

I bought a used 2013 Ford Flex from them, and had nothing but problems. The rear breaks shortly after I bought it were shot. The sensor for the front driver side door doesnt register that the door is closed. The car alarm goes off at random. The tires we worn on the inside half of the tread. Called them multiple times, they never called back.

Buying a used Chevrolet was one of the worst experience’s I’ve had since I’m not a car person I had to take they’re word on the 90 day warranty. Less than 3 weeks of ownership the ABS brake light came on the brakes were checked before purchase by them, the answer I received from service was, “$125.00 and we’ll tell you how much it’ll cost you for us to fix it.” Could be I’m upset that the 90 day warranty doesn’t cover what I believed it would, this in my opinion is a safety issue, I could never recommend this dealer to anyone.
