My experience at Axelrod was great salesperson helped me find what I wanted and what would be within my price range. I received all the features I asked for in my new car and stayed within my price range. He also offered my other option in case this one was not available and kept in touch if something came up. Overall from picking out my car to final delivery was great.

I stopped to look at a used truck. Byron met me in the lot and listened to my questions. He suggested I take a look at the 2016 GMC Canyon because of the factory incentives. The truck is exactly what I was looking for. Byron was personal and professional which made for a good car buying experience. The deal ended up a $1,000 less than the used Canyon I test drove at Graham Chevy the day before. I felt like Byron was trying to get the best deal possible for me, not just sell another vehicle.

i have driven the same make of vehicle for over 20 years. After much debate, I began shopping for a SUV. I chose Ferris Chevrolet because of a friend I met one year ago. His name is Bob Hickman. This is our second purchase from this Dealership and both times we were satisfied. This time however, we were exceptionally satisfied. The vehicle I was looking for was there on the lot and Joe was able to put together a great deal for me on a 2014 GMC Sierra. When I picked it up they had run the vehicle through their 172-point inspection and I now have my Certified GMC Vehicle. Joe is a great salesman and an asset to this company.
Vickie spent a great deal of time going over the terms and the extended warranty options. She gave us copies of all of the paperwork, including the CarFax. She was a real pleasure to deal with and is a real asset to this company.

No Salesmen on the lot, drove around twice, then parked and walked around, Jared was the only one to come out, invited us in and offered us bottled water, it was a hot day. We waited and finally asked three different times for water and never got any the whole time we were there. For the most part we sat waiting with no magazines or tv. Pretty much bought the first car we tried. Was rushed through finance, and she, Bonnie was not very friendly. As far as the car, I love it so far and am very pleased with it, I just believe you could have better customer service. Jared was friendly, just didn't seem to care about our comfort.
If they don't sell it they won't service it - Joe's Silverado
After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

Buying a used Chevrolet was one of the worst experience’s I’ve had since I’m not a car person I had to take they’re word on the 90 day warranty. Less than 3 weeks of ownership the ABS brake light came on the brakes were checked before purchase by them, the answer I received from service was, “$125.00 and we’ll tell you how much it’ll cost you for us to fix it.” Could be I’m upset that the 90 day warranty doesn’t cover what I believed it would, this in my opinion is a safety issue, I could never recommend this dealer to anyone.
