My salesman was Trey Carey. He was great to work with. Even though he is a new car salesman, he helped me with the purchase of a used vehicle. He gave me a lot of details about the vehicle and was very detailed in the financial aspect of my purchase which helped me make the decision to make the final purchase. Trey made sure I knew how everything worked before I left the lot. He smiled a lot and made you feel comfortable while working with him. He truly went the extra mile from beginning to end.

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

I bought or leased 7 cars & trucks in 7 years from Lambert, not the best price but I liked the sales people and things always went smoothly. Then my new $40,000 Buick with 1500 mi. got a flat, trashing the tire. The service Dpt. told me sorry no road hazard warranty , we never heard of that?? Took them a week to get a tire and they gave me a bill for every dime, including install, not even cost for the tire. They made $32 on that. The GM, Miss Vicky wouldn't even talk to me, too busy. I got my next Buick 3 months later from Medina Auto Mall , got a much better price and was treated very well. I might also add the GM was not too busy to talk with me. Lambert does not have the lowest price by a long shot. And when I took my cars to Medina for service they didn't forget to update the oil monitor and service sticker or not bother to reset the TP monitor system like Lambert. Will never go back.
Used truck purchase - DC&BC
Just purchased a used F150 truck from Nick Abraham's. Usually would rather have a root canal with no pain killer than buy a used vehicle. The people at Nick Abraham made it totally painless. From the salesman to the owners we were treated with respect. Also needed to have a new key made in there shop. Brian took care of it in no time the following day and even rewashed the truck, something I didn't expect. Can't say enough good things about our purchase experience at this dealership.

Salesman MARK NUGENT was extremely rude! I was trying to make a deal on a used Chevy Equinox. Told me "QUIT YOUR WHINING ". That's not what you expect from a Cadillac dealer!

Took my 15 Buick Enclave in for hvac service and after keeping it for 8 hours they didn't find anything wrong with it. At 5 pm I showed the service manager the problem and he said that he would be happy to look at it again!!!! They had it for 8 hours!!!!! And by the way if I hadn't called at 4 pm they would have never called to tell my there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with they lie and they will cheat you please do not buy a car from the dealership about a 2011 Dodge Caliber the first words out of your mouth was a lie I should have known better I do now it'll never happen again the salesman is from North Kingsville the finance man is from Ashtabula

Buying a used Chevrolet was one of the worst experience’s I’ve had since I’m not a car person I had to take they’re word on the 90 day warranty. Less than 3 weeks of ownership the ABS brake light came on the brakes were checked before purchase by them, the answer I received from service was, “$125.00 and we’ll tell you how much it’ll cost you for us to fix it.” Could be I’m upset that the 90 day warranty doesn’t cover what I believed it would, this in my opinion is a safety issue, I could never recommend this dealer to anyone.
