I gave this dealer an excellent rating because of The Kevin Davis factor, he was the sales person I talked to on the phone and the next day who helped us. It was truly a nice car buying process here and with him. Even time I purchased a car in the past I dreaded the process (be lied too, numbers not adding up) so needless to say wasn't looking forward to this. But honestly it wasn't bad at all here falls motor city and through Kevin Davis. We bought a 2017 dodge caravan btw

I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a nice Jeep (even on a budget!), to go here and ask for Amber Williams! She was super helpful in getting me in the car I didn't think I could have due to my super tiny budget! But somehow she worked some magic and it all worked out. She treated me as though I was her family and considering how nervous I was before going that was so wonderful to me. She put me in a beautiful Jeep Compass with low mileage and after the car I had it's heaven! And she definitely knows her Jeeps. But in all seriousness, she answered all the questions I had and was extremely kind and helpful. I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for quite possibly the billionth time. Alyssa was also amazing in finance! She treated me as if I was her sister and she was super helpful and explained everything I didn't understand and helped to make sure I could afford everything. So thank you ladies for everything!

Went in looking for a used Durango . Salesman was very helpful let us test drive give us a price was not pushy on buying it . Told him I would think on it . I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. We made a deal but I couldn't make it in for 3 or4 days the salesman was very accommodating with me . I had a great experience . I would recommend them very much

I went to get my oil change for the first time since it was time for ot to be done and everyone was so helpfulan friendly as fast service. For my first visit i was vwey pleased when i left they explained everything they were doing to my car and when the gentleman finished he gave me a coupon for a free car wash!! I was vwry satisfied and happy when i left an ot was fast i enjoyed my visit.

I cannot even begin to explain the nightmare that has been associated with my experience with this dealership. From being lied to by a salesperson to sold a vehicle that had to be in the shop over 10 times in the first year I bought it!! And still the dealership still did not solve the problem to our satisfaction. We ended up having to get legal help and having to settle. To make it worse Dodge corporate didn't do anything about this. The car was a lemon and neither the dealership nor Dodge wanted to admit it or stand behind their product!

If you have a warranty and something goes wrong don't bother giving them a call you will get different answers.

3. I don't know what type of warranties we carry. How do you not know the warranties your company has!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't make to many post on my service, but let me tell you that the service was awesome! I got my car over 3 months ago and was promised a detailed on my car. I brought my car in today and it was done by the end of the day and they gave me a car to use as well for the day! Now most dealerships don't have to give you a car, but they did. Customer service was out of this world, even tho it was 7:45 am in the morning lol. If i can give more then 5 STARS then I would, as they have been nothing but great to me! You can't please everyone in business or life, but you all made me happy on everything and you will see my business more and more for the future!

My wife and I bought a new minivan last year. We made the purchase at 1PM. The dealership kept us there until close. The experience we had at Ganley Dodge in Bedford was the worst experience I ever had buying a new car!!!!!! I will never buy a car at Ganley again.

The manager at North Olmsted Dodge Jeep is very unprofessional they use xxxxxxxxx sales tactics advertise a much lower price online then refuse to sell for that price they would not come close to what 3 other dealer ships offered me on trade using a vin specific look up they forced me to test drive the vehicle before they would give me an appraisal on my trade in. I left this dealership very upset and I would warn anyone looking to buy there to go elsewhere.

Took my 15 Buick Enclave in for hvac service and after keeping it for 8 hours they didn't find anything wrong with it. At 5 pm I showed the service manager the problem and he said that he would be happy to look at it again!!!! They had it for 8 hours!!!!! And by the way if I hadn't called at 4 pm they would have never called to tell my there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

I had returned my car at the end of the lease and was planning on leasing newer model.
Owner Evan gave me ridiculous price and I ended up leasing that newer model vehicle for much cheaper at his competitors place.
Evan clearly stated that he needs to make money off me as his customer, otherwise i can go elsewhere.
So Evan is being vendictive and is charging me with imaginary scratches and blowing up my charges out of proportion, while withholding itemized bill. He made a harassing phone call to me and told me that he will make me pay for it...
I had his car retuned/exchanged at the new dealership and they had vitnessed my car being in excellent condition, while Evan is claiming unsupported damages charges.
If he will continue harassing me with those charges, i will be filing a case with court.

I bought my 2006 Chevrolet impala LT from this dealership and it will be the last car i ever buy from this dealership and i will be telling everyone i know to avoid this dealership. All my problems started 2 hours after the sale. Dealer said clean carfax report and car went through 110 point inspection. Night time and no headlights, discovered both headlights disconnected and harnesses stuffed into fenders. Next day went back to complain about battery sounds like it's weak, anti-freeze leaking, transmission fluid leaking. Service dept. checks it out and said battery is fine, and no leaks. I explained that the fluid is on my garage floor and car almost didn't start that morning. They said everything checks out. So i leave and sure enough get home and the next day on a Sunday,battery dead so i purchase new battery from autozone for $154 and install it myself, then i put car up on my ramps and find both fluid leaks, anti-freeze and transmission fluid. So next day i call GREAT LAKES CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM and am told that they will reimburse me for battery. So i drive back to Kingsville and explain to service manager where his techs can find the leaks, That i don't know how they couldn't see in the first place. Then manager at Great Lakes then explains that he is only going to reimburse me $80 for my new battery. Total BS since i told them the problems. This all happened within the first three days of owning this car. They did replace transmission line and water pump. But still it just aggravating.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.
