We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade for our daughter. Gage Wojo was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and polite. Gage gave us some very interesting information about the vehicle that we weren't aware of and helped us make a decision. Never once did we feel pressured. Gage even gave us a tour of the service department. The Sales Manager, Ken Kukwa, was great. He helped us reach a deal and even tolerated our "haggling", while finding a way to meet in the middle. Bob Kukwa handled the financial part of our purchase and he could not have been nicer! The service manager, Bill, introduced himself and made us feel right at home- yet another super nice guy! Honestly, this dealership seems like it is made up of the warmest group of people? We intend to stick with this dealership! I was offered a 39 month / 10k mile Lease deal with $0 down, "$490's" a month, GAP insurance, and payoff your trade- on a saturday. "Gauranteed $499 or we'll eat anything over! We'll not run your credit 100 times like the other dealerships". Sign this n that today, take the truck, come back monday after work to finish the papers. Monday: credit karma alerts says credit was ran 4 times. I call, ".....Having trouble getting you the promised payment." Finally after 2 hours, they stepped up and got the $499.99. However, they extended the lease 3 additional months and I had to pay for my own GAP insurance, which was presented to me at the END of my signing. The staff was courtious and wanted to make things happen, but it came at a cost for us both. Lesson learned- don't believe what you are offered even if its in writing & don't promise deals you can't keep. I don't know if it was planned this way or just happened? After all, we are talking car salesman. However, in the end i am 90% pleased. Will buy from again with caution. Paul, Jim, and mark were nice, but jerks dont make money in this business.

Called Falls Motor City, spoke to Keith told him what I wanted & what I would pay, he assured me he could do it. This was after calling Brunswick Auto Mart who I've dealt with for the past 15 yrs & have leased 12 vehicles from. They in no way would work with me the salesman told me I was at least $100 off on pymt for every vehicle I gave him. I called back spoke to manager who also refused to work with me after telling him Falls Motor City could do it, his response was "If you want to believe the lies they tell you, go ahead". I went over to FALLS MOTOR CITY & was given everything I was promised. Great dealership, would recommend to EVERYONE. BRUNSWICK AUTO MART you SUCK & should look at your reviews on yelp, consider new management & sales people in the JEEP department. Maybe take some training from FALLS MOTOR CITY on how to be a great dealership.

I visited this dealership on July 3rd 2017 in search of a New Jeep. My sales guy Josh Gowing really took good care of getting me into the car I wanted. I drove 5 different cars when i was there as i wasn't really sure which car i wanted to get. Josh was very patient , kind and understanding of my needs when trying to decide of my purchase. It's a kind of dealership that you want to go to because they treat you as if your part of their family. On this purchase I also had a car that I traded -in and they gave me a pretty good deal for the trade so that even made things more enjoyable while i was there. Josh is good at multitasking and he knows his business about cars. And a very big thanks goes out to Jen Giunti for taking good care of me thru thru all fun paperwork that goes along with the purchase of a new car. She made the transition for me in very easy way so with that said you just can't go wrong at this dealership. I am so glad i stopped in that day. I love my New Jeep !!

I have been shopping for a nice used vehicle for a few years. In and out of a lot of dealerships. Most of the dealerships and buy here pay here lots had cars listed for top retail cost. And the cars these other dealers had for sale had problems (lots of rust, non working A/C, non working heated seats, brakes that needed replaced, etc.
I found some vehicles of interest on Adventure Chrysler Jeep Dodge website and called the dealer.
Kevin in sales answered my call and was very friendly. I went to the dealership and met with Brian K.
Brian was very professional, polite and relaxed. He made me very comfortable and we looked at (3) used vehicles.

I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. As many of you know going to a dealer is a very stressful decision. I have owned over 70 trucks before I went to see the guys at Wooster Dodge, and truly was not expecting the results that we received. Allen Earls was our salesman not your everyday car salesman this guy was great super helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. We ended up getting a new 2017 ram 1500 witch the guys had to make a special trip to Pa to find the color truck we wanted, even making the trip twice. In all the years buying trucks this is one of the most satisfying purchase so far. Also I would like to mention that Paul Serpentini personally came over to greet us and lets us know how much our business meant to them. With all the negativity online today I just wanted to post a positive comment on our experience with Wooster Dodge dealer and be sure to go see them and ask for Allen.

I cannot even begin to explain the nightmare that has been associated with my experience with this dealership. From being lied to by a salesperson to sold a vehicle that had to be in the shop over 10 times in the first year I bought it!! And still the dealership still did not solve the problem to our satisfaction. We ended up having to get legal help and having to settle. To make it worse Dodge corporate didn't do anything about this. The car was a lemon and neither the dealership nor Dodge wanted to admit it or stand behind their product!

I had been looking at a Dodge Journey and inquired about it online. Matt Nedin responded via text and said it was still available. I informed him I was coming from an hour away, I would like to come test drive it, and if I liked it I would send my dad back up to look at it. My fiancé and I arrived at 415pm on Friday April 7th and walked up to the service counter and said I was told to ask for Matt about a Dodge Journey. The man behind the desk said here he is as he was walking up, and comes up to the side and looks at us and says "here's the deal (really rude tone, as if we were bothering him to come look at this car), this other woman has been calling, and ready to put a deposit down on it, but she hasn't called yet, and there's no deal yet, so I'll go get it for you to drive and look at." So I'm thinking why are we even here? So during the drive, he was on his phone, and we learned very quickly he was having to get his car towed because he lost his keys. And then apologized for being rude. When we returned from the drive, he went inside to let us look at it. I was really interested in it, but when we went back inside, he informed us the person interested had not even drove the car, but had called him like 10 times, but "out of respect for us he wanted to see what we wanted to do." Ok great, so we sit down, and I inform him I'm preapproved through the credit union and would be willing to put down a deposit, but he didn't want to deal with me because they lose money if we go through a credit union and the other person would be getting financed through them. I understand this is a business, but I just thought it was extremely rude, to tell me all of that, and refuse business because of my choice of where to get financed, and not only that, but I would have been less disgusted if he just would have been upfront before my fiancé cut out of work and before I drove an hour to go see it, saying there is someone else that we are working on putting a deal together with. If it doesn't work out then we will call you. But instead they rather waste my time, and play customers against each other, to see which one they will be able to get more out of. Rude, unprofessional and dishonesty will not get me to refer. I went elsewhere and put a deposit down the very next day with a dealership that doesn't mind me going through a credit union for a lower interest rate.
Word of advice- don't waste your time at this dealership and definitely don't deal with Matt Nedin! Terrible customer service and poor salesmanship.

I bought my 2006 Chevrolet impala LT from this dealership and it will be the last car i ever buy from this dealership and i will be telling everyone i know to avoid this dealership. All my problems started 2 hours after the sale. Dealer said clean carfax report and car went through 110 point inspection. Night time and no headlights, discovered both headlights disconnected and harnesses stuffed into fenders. Next day went back to complain about battery sounds like it's weak, anti-freeze leaking, transmission fluid leaking. Service dept. checks it out and said battery is fine, and no leaks. I explained that the fluid is on my garage floor and car almost didn't start that morning. They said everything checks out. So i leave and sure enough get home and the next day on a Sunday,battery dead so i purchase new battery from autozone for $154 and install it myself, then i put car up on my ramps and find both fluid leaks, anti-freeze and transmission fluid. So next day i call GREAT LAKES CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM and am told that they will reimburse me for battery. So i drive back to Kingsville and explain to service manager where his techs can find the leaks, That i don't know how they couldn't see in the first place. Then manager at Great Lakes then explains that he is only going to reimburse me $80 for my new battery. Total BS since i told them the problems. This all happened within the first three days of owning this car. They did replace transmission line and water pump. But still it just aggravating.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.
