Best Car Buying Experience Ever - Dougu
My wife and I were browsing through the new car inventory last Saturday evening and the chat live icon appeared on our computer. It was after business hours and my wife joked that no one could really be on the other end answering customer questions for Falls Motor City at 10 pm. To our surprise, our sales pro Kevin Davis was on the other end. He answered all of our questions and set an appointment for Sunday morning. We later found out that he came to work on his day off just to work a deal for us. We have purchased many new cars over the years but this experience had to be the best new car buying experience ever! Kevin makes you feel at home and at ease with the entire process. It truly is like working a deal with an old friend instead of a pushy, typical car salesman. Most important, Kevin paid extra special attention to my wife, understanding that she handles the household finances. We didn't close the deal on Sunday. Kevin wanted to make sure we were comfortable with all of the details of the deal and had a few loose ends to take care of for us. He promised to call us back Monday morning with the answers to a couple of questions and did call back, Monday morning. We took delivery of a new Chrysler 200S AWD Monday afternoon. All promises made by Kevin and the dealership were honored and we couldn't be happier. My wife usually hates the car shopping experience. But after dealing with Kevin Davis and Falls Motor City, I believe our family has finally found THE dealership that we will be doing business with for years to come. Great job, Mr. Davis! P.S. We have purchased 7 new vehicles over the years from a certain Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership in the Medina County and really wish we had known more about Falls Motor City, sooner. I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. We made a deal but I couldn't make it in for 3 or4 days the salesman was very accommodating with me . I had a great experience . I would recommend them very much

I cannot even begin to explain the nightmare that has been associated with my experience with this dealership. From being lied to by a salesperson to sold a vehicle that had to be in the shop over 10 times in the first year I bought it!! And still the dealership still did not solve the problem to our satisfaction. We ended up having to get legal help and having to settle. To make it worse Dodge corporate didn't do anything about this. The car was a lemon and neither the dealership nor Dodge wanted to admit it or stand behind their product!

I was promised deliver of a new car which I paid $500 deposit. When they failed to deliver the car, I requested the sale to be canceled and my deposit refunded. They refused to refund my deposit and they dealer general manager Charles called me a liar. Very unprofessional people.

My husband and I were looking to buy a card, he found one on auto trader at Ganley. He was in contact with Matt for about 3-4 days in regards to this vehicle. We thought we were getting a great deal on this car, however all though the card was nice the experience was terrible. We live almost 4 hours away from the dealership, my husband had spoken to Matt multiple times on the phone to make sure that the car was in good condition and to make sure that we were not going to waste an 8 hour round trip.
When we got to the dealership Matt was friendly at first, but then things went down hill. My husband questioned him about the snow tires on the car, and he said that he didn't know they were different tires. He also couldn't tell us if the exhaust was after market, or if it was stock. When we asked him for the tech's notes, he acted rude and like we were wasting his time. NEWS flash we are a customer, you are wasting our time by being rude. When he finally gave us the tech notes he rushed us down to a waiting room and didn't tell us what he was doing. We sat in the waiting room for not even a minute before he rushed us into a fiance office. My husband then asked if that is where we negotiate the price and he then scoffed at us! He made a big deal about us wanting a good deal for this vehicle. When my husband said he wanted a couple hundred knocked off the price of the card because it had snow tires he literally laughed at him. He said that you can drive with snow tires all year round and that they didn't need to be changed. If you know anything about cars, or have common sense, you know that snow tires should only been driven in the snow.
From there he argued, laughed, and got super rude with my husband. They finally gave way on the price of the car and then we sat in the fiance office where the fiance lady, looking super unprofessional in sweatpants, tried to help us with financing, which we didn't need. She called our insurance rep, got crappy with her, and then answered a personal call on her cell phone while we were filling out paper work! You could hear her husband on the phone cussing up a storm! So not professional. She then messed up the title work 3 different times, which made us have to repeat information over and over and over again.
Needless to say this dealership is the worst dealership I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I will never, never, never, never recommend this dealership. I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to this dealership. Worst experience ever. The employees were SUPER unprofessional, rude, loud, and disrespectful. If it wasn't for the fact that I drove 4 hours to get the xxxx car I would have walked right out and not have made the purchase.

Took my 15 Buick Enclave in for hvac service and after keeping it for 8 hours they didn't find anything wrong with it. At 5 pm I showed the service manager the problem and he said that he would be happy to look at it again!!!! They had it for 8 hours!!!!! And by the way if I hadn't called at 4 pm they would have never called to tell my there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

I bought my 2006 Chevrolet impala LT from this dealership and it will be the last car i ever buy from this dealership and i will be telling everyone i know to avoid this dealership. All my problems started 2 hours after the sale. Dealer said clean carfax report and car went through 110 point inspection. Night time and no headlights, discovered both headlights disconnected and harnesses stuffed into fenders. Next day went back to complain about battery sounds like it's weak, anti-freeze leaking, transmission fluid leaking. Service dept. checks it out and said battery is fine, and no leaks. I explained that the fluid is on my garage floor and car almost didn't start that morning. They said everything checks out. So i leave and sure enough get home and the next day on a Sunday,battery dead so i purchase new battery from autozone for $154 and install it myself, then i put car up on my ramps and find both fluid leaks, anti-freeze and transmission fluid. So next day i call GREAT LAKES CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM and am told that they will reimburse me for battery. So i drive back to Kingsville and explain to service manager where his techs can find the leaks, That i don't know how they couldn't see in the first place. Then manager at Great Lakes then explains that he is only going to reimburse me $80 for my new battery. Total BS since i told them the problems. This all happened within the first three days of owning this car. They did replace transmission line and water pump. But still it just aggravating.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.
