We were looking for a vehicle we could lease within our retirement budget. My personal vehicle was given to my daughter whose older vehicle blew the transmission out on a 15 year old Toyota Rav4 with 245,756 miles on it. We had to make a deal quickly and get her my vehicle over the weekend so she could drive to work. We were approached by Page coming out of the door before we were half way to the door. She asked us what we were interested in and told us several options Honda had within our budget. Management worked hard to give a lease rate that we could afford on our budget. Several employees helped us. One saw us have the hood of the Honda up looking for the oil stick, transmission stick, window washer fluid location. He explained that this Honda engine didn't need to have the oil level checked, it was encased in the engine. Another employee came out when he saw I was struggling with the back seat of the Honda, while my husband did a test drive. I felt this lump behind my back and he opened the door and said "having trouble" I said I don't know what this lump is and he said " it was the head rest and needed to be pulled up into position. The seat was a lot more comfortable after that. Page was busy with my husband showing him what all the controls were on the front panels and how to shift into drive. I would have asked her before we left for the test drive. I appreciated the fact that the guy was even looking out the window and noticed I was have issues with the back seat. Overall, we felt special the while time we were there. The accountant did a great job explaining all the paperwork before we signed everything.

In January of 2017 I bought two vehicles from this dealer, a 2017 Civic and a 2006 Accord for my daughter. In February, after being driven less than 1000 miles, the service light went on in my daughters car and the oil reading of 15% came on. Needless to say, I was not happy that the car needed an oil change after less than 1000 miles. I took the car in expecting an oil change and the service department refused. They said the car was given an oil change in November of 2016 and they "forgot" to reset the computer. I then said fine, I am still expecting the oil to be changed and they said no. The general manager, Patsy Santone, was NO help at all. He said it was a simple mistake by the service department, and he didn't sem to care that I had driven the car in to correct a mistake his service department made..

Mark Martina was notified in early March of this year that a warranty purchased from Park Honda needs to be transferred to the new owner of the vehicle. This dealership claimed the 3 year warranty purchased in April of 2014 would cover the vehicle even if said vehicle were sold. I am the current owner of the vehicle. Mark has been in contact with me several times since March and has yet to assure me that I indeed have a warranty. He has never initiated communication, but continues to stall when pressed for details about the warranty. Even the original purchaser of the car warranty has intervened to seek information from Mark, and has received no follow up despite Mark's claims that he would be in touch in a day or two. This man is involved in customers final car purchases. Let me warn you Mark will be quick to say what he believes you want to hear, but lacks integrity. If he worked for me, I'd fire him in a heartbeat!

I have less then 9000 miles on it. Have had it not start twice in the last month. Service personnel did a factory recommend update. No start second time. They took auto in right away and checked and put in a new battery, no charge to me. They were great!! I have bought several vehicles over the last 50 years and can say I have never been treated with more respect, caring and compassion then your service people showed me, you have a true Angle working for you! Purchased CRV from Jack Matia. Had oil changed and tires rotated. Service personnel did not reset tire pressure sensing unit. Low pressure tire light came on after a couple of miles. This is second time it happened. Carelessness.

They helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs, let me test drive a couple different models, explained exactly what all was featured on the car and how it worked! When it came time to get the paperwork and financing completed they were patient and understanding as there were a few snags along the way. After I bought it, I liked how they went the extra mile to correct some minor problems that I found wrong and did the necessary work and repairs free of charge! I have purchased my last 5 cars from this dealership. We had a small mix-up with the paper work this last go around and the girls in the office were so quick to get it fix and very friendly with a positive attitude. I could not even be upset because they were so quick and on top of what needed to be fixed. My sales person Roy was so helpful and not pushy at all. I've also dealt with their service department and they are so pleasant. I usually deal with Ray and DJ both whom have always treated me very well and are both so helpful. I will continue to buy all my cars from this dealership. I love going in for my service appointments and watching the employee's interact with each other and smile to everyone that walks past. Also the donuts and snazzy coffee machine helps too. I highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check Victory Honda out.

Did very costly service timing belt replacement ($1400). Did not (or could not) provide the worn parts when I asked for them. This is a clear violation of Ohio State law - pursuing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. The dealer I bought the car said they talked to Victory Service Mgr and Victory said the belt was Ok. Victory mgr called them a liar. Victory service was rude. Intrinsically dishonest. Operate blatantly outside the law.
