This was my first time buying a brand new car. In fact, it's only the second car that I have ever owned in my life. I cannot thank Rob Logan and Tony Spitalieri enough for how they handled my sale. Never once did I feel like I was just another comission for them, which was my worst fear because sales people unfortunately have that reputation. They actually cared about my thoughts and wishes for the car I bought, and were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and in going over options. I could not have asked, or begged, for a better experience. I will definitely send anyone I know that needs a car to them!

From the moment we arrived until we purchased our automobile, we felt cared for at all times. When we arrived, we were allowed to look around the property until we were ready...no pressure... when we had our mind set on Hazmo let us take our test drives with no pressure...when we sat down & looked through our choices, we decided ourselves; however, Hazmo showed us the Carfacts for any of our choices and allowed us to decide. When we finished, Brian and Bob helped us put the financing together, so that we could walk out the door with our new car.
All in all, a great day, considering how stressful it can be when you are purchasing a new/used automobile. We didn't feel that stress at all.

Bought a used vehicle from them. The service manager had the extra key fob. It would be mailed to me within the week. 2 weeks later no key fob. Everytime I call and ask to speak to the used car manager I get a different person. like 12 in the same week. Pathetic. All the promised followup phone calls never happen.
When I bought the car one of the tires was low according to the sensor and asked them to check that out before I picked up the car. Wasn't done. Their response was because the tires took nitrogen not air and they did not have that on site.
When negotiating they bashed every other dealership in the area. Claim some even took wrecked cars and washed the titles to make it look they were perfect cars. Even that one dealership was known to weld cards together and sell unsafe cars.
PATHETIC with all the dealers go else where.

I have less then 9000 miles on it. Have had it not start twice in the last month. Service personnel did a factory recommend update. No start second time. They took auto in right away and checked and put in a new battery, no charge to me. They were great!! I have bought several vehicles over the last 50 years and can say I have never been treated with more respect, caring and compassion then your service people showed me, you have a true Angle working for you! Contacted service regarding extended warranty on my CRV air conditioning unit they advised the was no such warranty had it fixed by an outside entity three weeks later I contacted honda USA and they said it was covered under warranty but since I had it fixed somewhere else and it cannot be inspected there's nothing they can do
Don't get Car Doc service! - Tired of dealing with them
Dealership doesn't honor terms of agreement. i.e. won' replace brakes unless they're totally worn out! They do not track your service so it is up to you to make sure the service agreement is fulfilled (poor customer service).

Did very costly service timing belt replacement ($1400). Did not (or could not) provide the worn parts when I asked for them. This is a clear violation of Ohio State law - pursuing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. The dealer I bought the car said they talked to Victory Service Mgr and Victory said the belt was Ok. Victory mgr called them a liar. Victory service was rude. Intrinsically dishonest. Operate blatantly outside the law.
