I love coming to this dealership. Everyone I have dealt with has always had a smile on their faces. Brian Zent is extremely helpful and will bend over backwards if you have any issues. I have also dealt with Vernell in my leasing experiences and she has been so kind and helpful to me since i first walked in the door a couple years back. I have sent about 4 people and my entire family to this dealership because I am so happy with my experience there!

I recently visited Ganley Honda in Noth Olmsted and overall, it was a great experience! This was my first time getting a car because I just became a licensed driver in December. The quality of customer service shown at this dealership was amazing! When we arrived, the car salesman, Patrick, greeted us before we even got to the door. He was very friendly, relatable, funny, and had an overall great personality. He was patient, enthused, and explained the car thoroughly. He continued to ask if I and my family had any questions along the way which was a great quality. The test drive was fun he was so nice in making sure we were comfortable with offering water, cookies, coffee, etc. The process from start to finish was enjoyable. When I was ready to drive off the lot with my car, Patrick made sure I set up my Bluetooth setting and made sure I was comfortable. We ended with a big hug and I am blessed that he was the one that met us at the door. I highly recommend Patrick to whomever decides to check out Ganley Honda in North Olmstead. Patrick, if you're seeing this, you're AWESOME! Thank you so much for the fun experience.

I live in North Carolina and found "my car" at MMG on a couple of different web sites. I sent in a generic request for information and got back a response that the car was perfect! I then started an email conversation with a representative at which point Oscar got involved and the first thing he did was be open and honest! He informed me that the car was not in fact perfect, it did have a couple of blemishes. At my request he sent me pictures of the blemishes and we went from there. The entire experience was top notch. My son and I flew in to Cleveland and were greeted with a heart felt smile and a ride back to the hotel in Mansfield, this was at 7pm (we were scheduled to arrive at noon). The dealership closed at 6, Oscar should have been home but he made sure we were taken care of! We were then picked up the next morning and were driven to the dealership and finalized the sale. Oscar introduced my son and I to everyone, he went over the car from top to bottom! Filled it with gas, had it detailed, made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed.
Oscar is an absolute asset to MMG, he went above and beyond any and all of our expectations!
If I lived in that area MMG would be my car dealer hands down!

We were looking to trade in our immaculate condition 2009 Ford Edge with 44k miles for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Our Edge books at $10k+ and they offer $8k. I've never been more insulted in my 30+ years of buying from dealerships. Seriously, you have to have some big stones or think people are stupid to low ball like that. Needless to say I will make sure none of my family, friends or associates give you a dime of business. I'm still in disbelief over this.

I have less then 9000 miles on it. Have had it not start twice in the last month. Service personnel did a factory recommend update. No start second time. They took auto in right away and checked and put in a new battery, no charge to me. They were great!! I have bought several vehicles over the last 50 years and can say I have never been treated with more respect, caring and compassion then your service people showed me, you have a true Angle working for you! Purchased CRV from Jack Matia. Had oil changed and tires rotated. Service personnel did not reset tire pressure sensing unit. Low pressure tire light came on after a couple of miles. This is second time it happened. Carelessness.

They helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs, let me test drive a couple different models, explained exactly what all was featured on the car and how it worked! When it came time to get the paperwork and financing completed they were patient and understanding as there were a few snags along the way. After I bought it, I liked how they went the extra mile to correct some minor problems that I found wrong and did the necessary work and repairs free of charge! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HONDA CUSTOMER
I have purchased my last 5 cars from this dealership. We had a small mix-up with the paper work this last go around and the girls in the office were so quick to get it fix and very friendly with a positive attitude. I could not even be upset because they were so quick and on top of what needed to be fixed. My sales person Roy was so helpful and not pushy at all. I've also dealt with their service department and they are so pleasant. I usually deal with Ray and DJ both whom have always treated me very well and are both so helpful. I will continue to buy all my cars from this dealership. I love going in for my service appointments and watching the employee's interact with each other and smile to everyone that walks past. Also the donuts and snazzy coffee machine helps too. I highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check Victory Honda out.

Did very costly service timing belt replacement ($1400). Did not (or could not) provide the worn parts when I asked for them. This is a clear violation of Ohio State law - pursuing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. The dealer I bought the car said they talked to Victory Service Mgr and Victory said the belt was Ok. Victory mgr called them a liar. Victory service was rude. Intrinsically dishonest. Operate blatantly outside the law.
