First Class Act of Kindness and Customer Service - Buckeye2009
Let me preface by saying this is not a review of me buying a car at Jerrys Cadillac, rather I am writing this to highlight how Jerry's Cadillac went above and beyond to make my grandfather's 80th birthday special. My grandfather.....his name is also Jerry.... is a huge Cadillac enthusiast and has owned a number of Cadillacs over the past 20-30 years, so for his big 8-0 I wanted to get him something that appeals to his love of Cadillacs. I called up Jerry's Cadillac and explained that I was trying to put together a present for my grandfather with anything dealer branded (i.e. license plate frames, keychains etc.) to the receptionist Laura and she was so helpful putting together an awesome assortment of Jerrys branded merchandise which I was able to present to my grandfather. When I showed up to pick up the gift for my grandfather I was surprised to find out they did this for me free of charge even after I insisted I had all intention to pay for this over the phone.
This dealership is a class act in my opinion and went out of their way to make someones day special who they have never even met. Laura and team thank you for making my grandfathers 80th birthday special. I really would give this place 10 stars if I could and I can definitively say when I am ready for my next car I am coming here.

I have always dreaded the car-buying experience...but Herman and the guys at Ewing made this the easiest, least stressful experience I've ever had buying a car. Herman allowed me to work the deal with him over the phone and thru text which makes things so much easier/better for me. Herman and Ewing let me test drive a car when other/closer dealerships wouldn't, so he earned my business and I couldn't be more pleased. They had a side room where my 3 kids could be occupied, and their finance guy Brett Denver was great as well. The electric desk-sized tablet Brett had to review all the financial documents on was awesome, and made it great to read, sign, etc.

Pat Prine made sure the vehicle was completely inspected and serviced prior to the trip, looking at things like the battery, spare, wiper blades (recommended new ones) filters, etc. I start the trip knowing I need not worry about the vehicle.

My husband and I found our car online then followed the posting to Classic in Carrollton. We were connected with Rodney and he took such great care of us! He was able to get us the car we wanted within the budget we had. He always treated us with respect and followed through with everything he said he would do to take care of us and getting us on the road with our car. We had to have our car in soon after buying to fix a part and Rodney made all the arrangements for us, gave me a great car to borrow, and communicated really well through the process. Rodney truly cares about his customers and works hard to meet their needs. Every person we worked with and encountered with Classic was a true class act!

With appointment still haven't spoke to service person 1.5 hours later and vehicle keeps getting put behind others. Guess this is the result of "free service" when you purchase a brand new vehicle. Never buy GM product again. Going back to Ford. Buy 3-8 vehicles a year for my company.

Over the last 5+ years, I have bought 5 vehicles from Southwest Buick GMC, for myself, wife and daughters. Always a great experience. They also give a straight up price, no stereo-typical dealership run around, and never any pressure. GMC and Buick products are high quality built, and very well designed. They really are your family. Larry Wooten in sales is the absolute BEST and the service dept bar none is top notch. Russell and Mike in the Service Dept are the epitome of integrity! They will fight for you with the manufacturer on any warranty issues. They go out of their way to help.

I was happy when coming in, there was a warm welcome not aggressive tactics . Brad took his time to really hear what I want . I didn't mind paying for what i want i just didn't want the hassle that came with it. Brad is a great fit and I can see myself and family buying more vehicles from him.

Paid cash for a Nissan SUV which started leaking transmission fluid within a week. One month later the transmission went completely out! My mechanic told me that Nissan had a problem with that year & model & the price for a new transmission was $4200.00 When we called the dealership to ask if they could help in anyway. We were just told Nothing they could do!!! I would NEVER recommend them ever to anyone!!!

MY CAR CAME WITH 24,000 2 YEAR SERVICE ON OIL CHANGE AND TIREE ROTATION. I BOUGHT THE CAR IN MAY 2015. ITS JAN 2017 WITH 20,000 MILES. I WENT IN FOR MY REGULAR OIL CHANGE AND THEY TOLD ME THE SERVICE HAD EXPIRED. THEY WERE BRING9NG ME IN EVERY 5000 MILES. THEY SAID I ONLY GET FOUR OIL CHANGES REGARDLESS. THATS NOT WHAT MY CONTRACT SAYS. EVEN THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS AGAINS ME. I ALSO BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR AIR BAG RECALL. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME PAPER WORK THAT THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE.

OK, so after 3 years, one engine tear down hoffpauir marble falls, one engine rebuild hoffpauir burnet, then an engine replacement again hoffpauir burnet. Three dealers which now include Hoffpauir Lampassas and $8000.00 my truck is still parked six months after getting the engine replaced, with electrical problems that the burnet hoffpauir told me to simply pull the fuses( which didn't work the battery still dies. The dealers keep shuttling me between themselves and claim no responsibility as they are sold. Now ( I am an electrician) I decided to try to isolate the short myself, finding out that I have 9 wires in my main fuse box that are grounded and creating a 10 volt parasitic draw on my system, why they couldn't find this is beyond me as they are Chevy certified mechanics So now my problem is I want a schematic for my truck from the dealer so I can verify and try to fix this issue and they tell me to simply google it. Or if I come in they might could print me up something. DO NOT DO SERVICE WORK WITH THIS DEALER. If you do and are not satisfied they will simply send you around to 3 different dealers all claiming to have no responsibility and to have been sold and refuse to honor anything after that sold date etc and so on.

Christa really sounds like she knows her stuff when she wants to sell a car. She did not push us to buy something like most salespeople do. And I actually asked her about the "cash corral" and instead of trying to sell me something that was old and cruddy she actually cared about my safety and said that none of them were very dependable. If I'm looking for a Buick,GMC,or Pontiac,or even a good used car I will look here. I Commend her for actually putting safety ahead of price.

This dealership went above and beyond for me. I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.
