I had researched a type of vehicle I wanted on the Dealers internet site and conveyed my needs to David prior to arrival. After arriving at the dealership David met me and showed my the exact vehicle and service body I was looking for.
Jeff Bockemehl was very pleasant and professional. Financing was arranged quickly and the paperwork involved was done quickly.

We didn't know for sure what we wanted, were actually looking for pre-owned vehicle. Gary showed us everything we wanted to look at & how everything worked. We drove several vehicles with him & decided on a new Jeep Cherokee. Gary is such a nice young man & did everything he could to get us in what we wanted. Meadow is very lucky to have him there. Went in to look at a new Ram listed on their website. Did not have any intentions of buying that day, I was selling my old truck to a friend and would have to wait for the equity to be returned to me to use towards the new truck. They made it easy to work the deal at a price I wanted, beat my pre-approved rate of 2.7% by .25 of a percent. On top of that they were able to basically do an in and out deal on the old truck with my friend at a better rate than he was able to get through his CU. When I am in the market for a new MOPAR I will buy from Connor with no hesitation!a

I spent 3 hours negotiating a deal. After endless back and forth, we finally agreed on a deal which was $7,000 better than what they originally offered. As we were going through that process, they tried to tell me I was saving $3,000 because I was only paying taxes on the difference between trade truck and new truck and not the full purchase price of the new one. Saving me money? That is Texas state law.
To put their stupidity into perspective, they understood that I was a 20 year banker (With experience in auto lending), I've purchased 4 $70,000 + vehicles in the last year and probably 30 over all. I'm not a novice. I mostly negotiate deals by phone and spend no more than 45 minutes at a dealer.
Following that, it took more than an hour to get to finance and close the deal. The F/I manager was a decent guy, but initially tried to sell me a rate that was far more than a rate for which I qualify - almost 2% higher than what I'm currently paying. I had some back and forth with him and we got to the same rate I'm paying. This had more to do with misinformation provided by the sales team than him.
Next, we start reviewing the calculations. They apparently charge you $900 to walk from the showroom to the finance office. The purchase price increased by $900 from what we agreed to which was also the price advertised on their website and cars.com. The additional charge was "dealer adds", one of which was a bed liner which the truck did not have. They could not tell me what "adds" were added and this wasn't disclosed to me until I was close to signing the note. The Sales Manager came into the office to try to convince me that the dealer adds had value (again - adds that they couldn't itemize) and also to find discounts offered by the manufacturer that they could apply to the inflated price to get me the price THEY ADVERTISED WITH NO DISCLAIMER!!!
At this point, it was a matter of principle. I told him I wasn't paying 1 cent more than their advertised price and asked him to give me a yes or no answer if he was going to do the deal. He said no and I promptly left.
These guys are incredibly dishonest and try to squeeze you for every dime. You must be a very shrewd negotiator, experienced buyer and disciplined to stand a chance of not getting screwed. Basically, it is like going back to the 80s and trying to buy a vehicle. Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Make the trip to Bonham or Roger Williams in Weatherford. Those guys will shoot straight with you.

I set an appointment on a Wednesday for an early Saturday morning appointment. I got there on time for my appointment and was told my car could not be serviced due to the part being replaced would take all day to fix and they closed early on Saturday. No one could explain why the appointment was scheduled if it was known the replacement was an all day procedure. A good Saturday morning wasted!!!

My family needed a car due to an accident over the holiday season. We were not prepared to make a large purchase, however, due to the circumstances, we had to purchase quickly since our damaged vehicle was beyond repair. We were already stressed and simply needed to figure out what we liked. We had no idea. On a drive, going from neighborhood to neighborhood, we landed at Waxahachie Dodge/Jeep. The service was amazing! Everyone involved understood the urgency of our need, the untimeliness of events, and the inconvenience of the holiday schedule. They all came together and made it happen for us. The finance department was incredible and when do you ever get to say that. That is usually the most stressful part of any large purchase. Not only was it a success but it was the best experience we ever had purchasing a vehicle. My family has had nine vehicles in our lifetime and by far, "buy far", this one was the best. We dealt with three Jeep dealerships within our area. Frisco was by far, the most friendly and easiest to work with. From the initial contact from Richard and Doug, they treated us with respect and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to get the vehicle that we wanted even though it was not on their lot. When we met in person, everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. Doug, Richard and Danny treated us like royalty and catered to our every need. They answered questions truthfully and were very respectful, which is NOT what we received at the other two dealerships we visited. When it was time to move to financing, Manny was amazing. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, he also went above and beyond good customer service. He willingly and easily made the numbers work in our favor. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM. I look forward to going there again for my service check and oil change because I know they will make it a great experience.
Falsified records - Dissatisfied customer
My Durango was purchased April 5, 2016 and 4 1/2 months later, I still have no license plates. The TX DMV complaint department was contacted and my car was shown to have been purchased on June 3. Something fishy is happening at this dealership. I have been lied to by nearly everyone that I have talked to since 5 weeks after I purchased the vehicle. Not a satisfied customer!

The service department and the staff are great group of people every time I need service I call that morning and most of the time it's around a hour that my appointment is set then it takes about a hour for them to do the general service. That is why we buy hour trucks in the same town we live in.

Read the reviews on Apple maps, they were given a one-star average from about 40 reviewers. I decided to let that slide and give them the benefit of the doubt anyways. We drive 50 minutes to get there and test drive the vehicle for sale, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The dealership decided to not show the extreme amount of cosmetic damage in the pictures online, or make any mention of it in the description of the car. It is very deceitful and dishonest to knowingly omit information on what would be such a large investment. The sales staff we dealt with were very friendly, but the manager was arrogant. We had cash in hand for the sale and were willing to trade in our 2007 Jeep Patriot with 135k miles. The Patriot is worth $2000 at the very least, they offered us $500. Completely rude, and unprofessional move. When we gave them our final offer, they pulled out what the car would be worth without the cosmetic damage--which is irrelevant because the car IS, in fact, damaged. Don't waste your time, management is misleading, rude and insulting.

Just got home with my CPO '13 Dodge Durango. My experience with my sales guy Alex and the sales managers was amazing!!! I went in wanting a 2014 Dodge Charger trading in my 08 Mitsubishi Lancer... these guys gave me way more money for my trade than anyone els would!! The payments on the charger is exactly where I could afford... but due to the insurance being way to high I didn't get it... I told Alex I didn't wanna leave with out a car... he started to ask me about my self and i told him about me having two little boys and asked me if I have thought of ever getting into an SUV... I told him no... that iv always been a muscle car person (that's all iv ever had before my Lancer) he showed me a Durango with 35k miles explained all the benefits of the vehicle... and he got me to fall in love with it!!!! It take a true car sales person get a muscle car maniac to convert to a mommy car! I also want to give a shout out to the finance manager Corey who was so kind and made sure all the paper work was in place! These guys are truly amazing!!!
