After shopping at other dealerships who wouldn't listen and employed high-pressure tactics, my wife and I met Ruben Perez who easily accommodated us and we scheduled a test drive during lunch. Let's be honest, the Jeep Grand Cherokee kind of sells itself but Ruben was very knowledgeable and listened to my list of requirements to buy. The Jeep we drove fit the bill so it was just a matter of price... Ruben made that work too so I returned that same evening to sign the paperwork and drove away a happy customer. Ruben stayed to make sure I was 100% good to go.
More importantly, I've had a couple of follow up questions and Ruben was just as friendly and responsive as he was during pre-sale. That means a lot.

A few months ago I found the Ram Truck I wanted to lease at Classic Dodge Jeep Ram. Since I am a Pro Car listener and they are the Certified Ram Dealership on Jerry's list, I said oh this will be great. I'll print me off a VIP certificate and have a wonderful car buying experience. In your dreams.....Not sure what happened or why, but everything fell through miserably. My wife and I left the dealership saying never again. Recently I was still looking for my next lease and I saw Classic stilled had the RAM I originally wanted. The dealership had reached out to me a couple of times since the disaster but I would not acknowledge them. Since I needed to make a decision this month, I elected to get back with Keith Lindlau. This time, what a difference. One hundred percent cooperative and he did everything that I needed to get my business. Everything was communicated via email, reviewed and agreed to before my wife and I went back to the dealership. I don't know why the turnaround, perhaps they wanted to move the older inventory or perhaps they wanted to make up for the previous experience or both. On arrival this time, we sat in the Truck area and Keith had everything ready for signature and shuffled the paperwork to/from the Car area. We were in and out in 15 to 20 minutes and this time, drove the Ram home. I only give four stars because the first incident rated no star. Thanks Keith and well done. It was a wonderful buying experience this time.

The salesman, Sam Kinnare was very pleasant and helpful. He was interested in what type of vehicle I was interested in, not what needed to leave the lot. He facilitated the process by showing me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. I left with a vehicle that I love, and I felt good about the process. Barry was outstanding in the Finance department. He was very knowledgeable and made it possible for me to leave with the Jeep that I wanted and with more knowledge about the car buying process. The process took less time that expected and when I left I didn't leave wondering if I had made a mistake in purchasing from the dealership. I traded my car in a couple of times with grapevine dodge. The last time I went instead of trading it in they wrote it off now its on my credit. I put faith in them and its been turned upside down. Make sure you always double check any paper work that you do with them. In fact I still haven't received the paperwork I signed and its been over six months. They wont return my calls and if I call them they get an attitude and hang up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have owned 4 new Dodge pick ups and 1 Jeep . I wouldn't return to this dealership for any reason. I took my Ramsey dually in for service, brakes oil change, etc. They wrecked my truck and could not give me an answer when it would be ready. Suggested that I take my damaged vehicle and return layer at a more opportune time. I complained and they finally agreed to repair it . I took it in on Monday, they agreed to repair on Friday ,finally got me a loaner on Friday and returned my vehicle on the next Monday. For all my troubles they compensated me 5% on a $ 1925.00 bill When I let them know that I was the victim of their incompetence.and they should compensate me for almost a week without my vehicle ,they told me no that this was the extent of their assistance. They wrecked my vehicle. I would tell everyone not to go here for any reason......

My family needed a car due to an accident over the holiday season. We were not prepared to make a large purchase, however, due to the circumstances, we had to purchase quickly since our damaged vehicle was beyond repair. We were already stressed and simply needed to figure out what we liked. We had no idea. On a drive, going from neighborhood to neighborhood, we landed at Waxahachie Dodge/Jeep. The service was amazing! Everyone involved understood the urgency of our need, the untimeliness of events, and the inconvenience of the holiday schedule. They all came together and made it happen for us. The finance department was incredible and when do you ever get to say that. That is usually the most stressful part of any large purchase. Not only was it a success but it was the best experience we ever had purchasing a vehicle. My family has had nine vehicles in our lifetime and by far, "buy far", this one was the best. Experienced Unethical practices - RamFam
My wife and I bought our 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 at this dealership and while in the finishing moments of signing paperwork with the finance manager we purchased extended warranties and maintenance plans. We mentioned that our experience with Porcshe and Mercedes Benz maintenance plans in the past covered everything from oil changes fluid changes basically everything would be covered except obvious parts due to wear such as tires, belts and brake pads. They are assured us that the maintenance plan we were getting would cover the same.
At 30k miles when we took my truck into drop it off for an oil change they told me that it would cost over $900. When I told him we had the maintenance plan they said it only covered the oil change. That fuel filter and differential fluid needed to be changed. When I questioned why would I purchase a maintenance plan that covers only oil changes for $1500 that makes absolutely no sense. Just do the math, every 15k per oil change I may get 5-7 oil changes in 5 years. That would be over $200 per oil change just to break even. Any one can see there is no value in that. We said again that the warranty we were told we were buying would cover that.
We were told we weren't the only ones who had that happen. And they had fired those people who were doing that.
Great life lesson I usually am that guy that reads everything before signing but being tired and a little too trusting just signed everything wanting to get home.
HOWEVER, if they fired people for what they were doing that still didn't fix what happened. Any one who purchased a vehicle that was handled by these people should have had there docs reviewed and offered refunds for warrantees that may have been misrepresented!!
They said the fuel filter would be approx $300 and differential fluids would cost $600. When you read the maintenance schedule differential fluid only needs to be inspected and not changed at 30,000 miles.
Also, the service dept is very unreliable. We had dropped off our truck on a number of occasions and sometimes the work would be complete other times not.
More recently we dropped this same truck off for a seat repair after previously being told should be covered under our leather seat protection.
We got the run around and somehow the seat wasn't there. And later we were told the leather repair was NOT covered by our leather protection plan. Another warranty either misrepresented or they are simply trying to avoid covering the seat. We had taken it in before and the seat was not repaired and left wires disconnected. They didn't even check their work!!!
THIS DEALERSHIP HAS A CUlTURE THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!!!!!
