I started this purchase online. I went to GMC.com and created my dream SUV just to see how far I would have to go to get it. I submitted my information to be contacted and honestly assumed I would get a generic email, or 30 rather as I have in the past when inquiring online. Within 10 minutes max I GOT A CALL, NOT AN EMAIL from Michael Thomas, a sales consultant. I cannot stand most car salesman, but I sincerely felt that is not was I was working with in working with Michael. Sales CONSULTANT indeed.
Not only did I get a call in just a few minutes, but it turns out Berthod had not just one, but 2 Yukons almost identical to my specifications. So, after we briefly spoke, I went over on lunch and Michael had them both ready to look at and right up front. After looking at both, and test driving my soon to be forever SUV, I had to think on it.
Aside from the delight of finding my dream SUV, Michael did not pester me and try to get me to decide prematurely. I won't bore with the rest of the unneeded details of the purchase, but I will say overall I spent a little over 1 hour at the dealership because Michael made sure everything he could do was done when we got there for each step and we went and did our own thing while they prepared each step. I cannot express how impressed I am with this process. Not only did I find the new beastly SUV I have dreamed of and worked for for many years, but it was a hassle free, delightful experience and I look forward to a continuing relationship with Berthod.

service. will not recommend alpine for any repairs because of cost.

Went in looking for a used vehicle, one specific brand and price range. They didn't have it, so we scanned the prices, and found something that matched on price. Well, I'll take a look at it. Turned out that it fit the bill for what I needed, but thought I couldn't get. So then I started looking for that vehicle. Found it, but it wasn't with Suss, whom I had always heard good things about. So although I didn't purchase from Suss, I would still recommend you see what they have and talk to Maurice, or his partner Rocco.
Cant even do an oil change - desty
These folks cant even do an oil change right. For real.. Sad, Pathetic. C'mon! Cant change oil and reassemble properly. Extreme danger, Firestone or a craigslist oil change would be preferable.

I typically do not feel the need to write reviews as not many things ruffle me. However, I could not let my experience at GMC Park Meadows go without comment.
I was in there to trade in my current GMC for a new one. Every single stereotype there is out there about car salesmen is alive and well at this dealership. I was treated as though it was an inconvenience to show me cars and the dealer was irritated with any questions I had. I also had my 8-year-old son with me. Not once did the salesman acknowledge him and was clearly irritated he was even there.
When it came down to talking about numbers, the salesman said, "why don't you have your husband call me or come in and we can talk financials." Clearly, since I am a woman, I must not know anything about finances or math. I pointed out to him that I have an MBA from the University of Denver, so I was fairly certain I could manage. After being so put-out by this salesman, I asked to speak to the GM, Mark Perry, and he was the exact same way. He acted as though I was an inconvenience and they had much better things to do with their time.
Furthermore, when my other GMC was in for service, I was told that at the 90,000 mile mark I needed to have multiple items taken care of, as was factory recommendation. The total was $2,500.00. I went straight to the owners manual, which stated only two items were recommended for service at the 90,000 mile mark, totaling $500. The service department is just as sleazy as the sales department.
Because of all the issues at GMC Park Meadows, they lost a $76,000 sale on a new Yukon. We ended up going through HM Brown and were treated with respect and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted

Horrible dealership. I mean the worst I have ever tried to use. For instance you will see blow in the list my review! Ha they spelt my name wrong and I still found it. I spent three hours trying to get into this dealership today. hung up on at least 4 times. laughed at and told to go away. I am going away, to another dealership. read up on the net, others have said the same thing. the dealership does not have service at all. Run seriously. it is a joke of a dealership, if I could leave no stars I would have.

It took me 25 mins to find a sales Rep after I walked in the office with sales reps sitting around. I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!

I was able to buy a great used Saturn at a great price. Earlier this month (June 2004) I talked with Victor Glaze, Saturn sales rep, about my need for another car. He found a used Saturn that fit what I needed. The car was traded in one day, and later that same day I looked at it and told Mr. Glaze I wanted to buy it. After agreeing on the price, Mr. Glaze told me that their service dept would be thoroughly going through the car before they sold it. Well, in the process of going through the car, they discovered a bad radiator, and replaced the radiator at no additional cost to me. Such a deal!I'm very pleased with this used Saturn (it's my second one) and would highly recommend this dealership (Saturn of Fort Collins Colorado) and this sales representative (Victor Glaze).

I drove from Colorado to buy a used truck there site unseen (I actually hitched a ride and was dropped off on the side of the road outside the dealership!) When I previously called asking about the truck I explained they needed to really go through the truck for me and let me know any issues they find, as I'd be coming up solely for the purpose of buying that truck. A couple hours later I got a rather thorough inspection report, but it was all very positive which had me concerned/suspicions. But I'm happy to say that when I saw the truck it exceeded my expectations and couldn't find anything contradictory to what they had told me.
All in all I had a great experience at Skyline. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly. There was a bizarre little title hang up that they dealt with promptly and professionally. They recommended a burger place for me to try out before my trip home and it happened to be the best burger I've ever had (get a Buck's burger!) There was nothing about my experience at Skyline that I could gripe about. I gave them my trust and they did not disappoint. I got a beautiful truck at a great price, and smiled all the way home.
