I was a bit afraid, as it wasn't a brand the dealership would normally sell, so I wasn't sure on how helpful he would be. But, Kelly went out of his way to answer all questions for me and the one question he couldn't answer, he found the answer for me in a matter of a few minutes.

I had to have my truck towed to this dealership.After over a month of guessing and throwing parts at it they called me to tell me my truck was all fixed. when I took it for a test ride,it now has more problems I did not except it and they still have it do not know if I will ever get it back. The bill is very high they are trying to get me to pay for all the parts they were throwing on it that it did not even need.big time liers.DO NOT TRUST THEM!

On Sunday, April 2 I took my car in for service. They were going to service my car Monday morning I had a warranty that is the reason I went there. Horrible warranty but we won't get into that. Monday afternoon they called me to tell Me my car was ready. I couldn't make it that night I was working late so I went up Tuesday. When thy brought me my car, it had damage. They said they would fix it on Thursday. I took the jeep back up and Thursday after noon they called and said they wouldn't fix it that I had wrecked it and expected them to fix it. My son and I went in to get my car. They were rude and smiling about it. The police told me they have cameras all over. They informed me no cameras on the premises. They told us to leave. They damaged my car and refused to fix it. I will leave reviews every where. This is unacceptable. I am so very upset about this. I take excellent care of my car.

I took my 3500 dodge ram mega cab longhorn edition there yesterday to get a oil change and tire rotation and it turns out that they did not even do anything to my vehicle,they left my oil cap and windshield cap opened and they had splattered oil on my windshield,didn't even bother to clean it, they did not even rotate my tires! When I went back there to have them service it again, they still did not correct the problem properly , I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicles there,poor service and bad staff members, they are in need of some new staff members that really want to work and be able to accommodate customers!

This was my first time buying from an actual dealership and Johnson Auto Plaza hit it out of the park! They were absolutely wonderful! There was no pressure whatsoever. John was our salesman and within 5 minutes of getting out of our car, he came over, introduced himself and gave us his business card and a pen. He said if we have questions or want to test drive he would be right out front which was great because I HATED that at the other dealerships we visited that day the salespeople were either helicoptering over us/being super pushy/ or just straight up ignoring us. John was extremely knowledge about the cars on the lot (they have a great selection and a ton with very low miles) and even about each cars individual technology. The entire process was an hour and a half which was a huge bonus! We love this dealership so much we went back later the same week with our friend to look at cars with her. Her salesmans name was Mike and just like John he was FANTASTIC! I seriously cannot say just how much I love this dealership!!! They made buying a car fast, easy, and best of all fun. I got an awesome deal on a really great car and will recommend Johnson Auto Plaza to everyone!

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. Joel the sales manager and Thayne the finance manager have ALWAYS bent over backwards to help our family! Someone mentioned Denver and I got hosed! Jason Jensen the GM even called and thanked us for our business a few days later!!! Service appts take awhile as they have most of the mine accounts, my suggestion is to call early! Anyway, hope this review helps you if you are considering this place!

Watch out for the finance manager Glenn Vania. I wouldn't do any business here period. He failed to include the municipal/city taxs into the loan, clearly just to get the payment down and rudley called me up a month later demanding an additional $800! this was after I put $3000 down. Then he pointed out that it didnt matter whos fault it is because the contract conveniently, has him covered for this sort of shady business tactic. I Also noticed he snuck in a $99 aftermarket accessorie charge Into the loan, even though I purchased no such thing. It has been a horrible nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.
Lied about warranty - OldDogEyes
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Autonation Dodge Arapahoe and had a bad experience. Through the entire purchase process I was told that my used car came with a 4 month/3,000 mile warranty. After we did the paperwork to complete the purchase I was told that they had made a mistake and that there was no warranty with my car because it was 11 years old. This is after being told 3 or 4 times that it came with a warranty. The window sticker said it came with a warranty.
Poor communication and problem solving - kcspotless
10 hours from our home, pulling a 17,000 lb load with our horses, in our nearly-new Ram 3500 broke down on us about 80 miles south of Chadron, and we had it towed to the Chadron Dodge location. The truck sat for two days at their location before the service department met our request to have the diagnostics run so we would know what error codes were showing. We were patient, up until about week 2, even though the service dept had poor communication - unwilling to provide us updates on our truck that had been with them for almost three weeks.
Almost three weeks after the truck arrived at Chadron Dodge, I shared the error codes with a local Ram service tech near my hometown in Des Moines, IA. The tech said it could only be two things, one of those being the engine control module. The very next day I spoke with Greg at Chadron. He said they had figured out what was wrong with the truck, and that it needed the exact part that the tech from Des Moines had told me (engine control module). So, here I have one tech that I talked with for 10 minutes, that had not ever seen the truck, and tells me what the problem is. And I have another tech/service team that it takes almost three weeks to figure it out. So frustrating!
We also discovered the notes that had been shared between the Tech at Chadron Dodge and the Chrysler engineers - very poor and appeared that the tech was doing very little to get the truck fixed in a reasonable time. To us, 15 working days, with the truck in the possession was an unacceptable amount of time for the issue to be corrected.

Bought my daughter a 2008 Chrysler Nitro with 1 year extended warranty. The day we drove it off the lot it cut out on us 2 or 3 times. I called the fleet manager( A so-called friend of mine) the very next day. He said bring it back as soon as you can.Well my daughter needed her car as she had sold the other one she had. She brought it back to them a few months later when she arranged to get back and forth to work, as they wouldn't give her a lender as she is under 25. They said I needed to pay $500 for a diagnostics test. I said we had an extended warranty. Well that like a deductible and only good for a couple hours of service. I was furious but gave in as my daughter needed her car back.Then they called and said it would be another $500 for the parts. Again I was furious the warranty covered nothing! Gave in again as they had it sitting there torn apart.So after a month and over another $1000.00 they said it was fixed. She came and got it and on the way home it did the same exact thing.So she brought it back to them again.They said the Chrysler engineers were reluctant to help them find the problem but we''ll find it one of these days.They called the other day and want $900 more to try another part they don't know will fix it or not.I am at my ropes end with these crooks. They have had this vehicle for almost 2 months.I have put another $2000 into it and it still isn't fixed.!!!

Looooong story short. They had my car for 2 months (for a 4 day fix). They don't call back. I've had to return 4 times for repairs to their 'repairs'. Always excuses. How do you replace an axle and 2 wheels, and NOT balance the wheels? It never ends with this company - they take no responsibility, but try to charge the customer again for work the supposedly done. Even the general manager, Samantha Whitehead, says 'well this happens to all cars, it's happened to mine'. xxx. When asked (numerous times) who I could speak to above her, her response is that there is nobody above her. And then she hung up. Great customer service.

Sold me a vehicle that was "evaluated" by their mechanic, said that it checked out less than 2 weeks later it had transmission problems that should have been easily spotted by any reasonable mechanic the transmission required a rebuild, granted they paid for the rebuild to be done at another shop (although after speaking to the shop that did the work it sounded like they requested to have the work done in the cheapest way possible). Now less than 6mo later it needs another 3000 worth of work. I'm not the only person that I had that has had similar encounters with this dealer.stay away.
