First of all, i had never experienced any dealer that offered a mobile service where I didn't have to go to the dealership. I was really impressed with this level of service. Secondly, Joe Segura called and set up a time and was punctual. I didn't have to do anything. Joe simply addressed my recall issue right in my driveway. He was professional, efficient, and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered.

Prestige rises to the Challenge
I bought a new Ram 2016 from Prestige roughly 6 months ago. Since then, my truck has been in the shop for repairs 6 times, totaling nearly 2 months - I was at wits end and Chrysler/Ram took the low road at every turn. Initially, prestige sales reps (John Robertson) were extremely unhelpful - but when Owner and sales manager Randy Dreshler learned of my travails, they stepped in and traded my lemon for a new truck. (I had to pony up $3,500, but could rationalize it because of the 4,000 miles I logged on the truck when it worked).
While challenging up front, prestige regained my faith and will get my future biz.

I started this purchase online. I went to GMC.com and created my dream SUV just to see how far I would have to go to get it. I submitted my information to be contacted and honestly assumed I would get a generic email, or 30 rather as I have in the past when inquiring online. Within 10 minutes max I GOT A CALL, NOT AN EMAIL from Michael Thomas, a sales consultant. I cannot stand most car salesman, but I sincerely felt that is not was I was working with in working with Michael. Sales CONSULTANT indeed.
Not only did I get a call in just a few minutes, but it turns out Berthod had not just one, but 2 Yukons almost identical to my specifications. So, after we briefly spoke, I went over on lunch and Michael had them both ready to look at and right up front. After looking at both, and test driving my soon to be forever SUV, I had to think on it.
Aside from the delight of finding my dream SUV, Michael did not pester me and try to get me to decide prematurely. I won't bore with the rest of the unneeded details of the purchase, but I will say overall I spent a little over 1 hour at the dealership because Michael made sure everything he could do was done when we got there for each step and we went and did our own thing while they prepared each step. I cannot express how impressed I am with this process. Not only did I find the new beastly SUV I have dreamed of and worked for for many years, but it was a hassle free, delightful experience and I look forward to a continuing relationship with Berthod.

Head on over to Salida Town and Country if you feel like getting a lousy deal. I went in to try to buy a car recently and found that the salesperson was unknowledgeable and extremely pushy. The inside financial and management people tried to rush the whole process and kept trying to overcharge me despite the fact that they had much lower prices quoted online. They hid the true cost of things until the very last moment and tried to get me to sign without disclosing the terms. They couldn't even get the paperwork filled out correctly. I walked away and you should do the same.
Parts department lack of knowledge and poor customer service - Turbocharger
Customer service was ridiculously poor felt disrespected the entire time and the John the parts guy acted like I was dumb when I asked for parts that he didn't think existed bec he had never heard of them. All around one of the worst customer service exsperieces of my life. I regrettably on my way out called him an a**hole and asked for his name. thinking I was going to call his boss he went and told his boss first. His boss then called me and told me bec I called him an a**hole I needed to do business elsewhere... great way to handle poor customer service.

Ever heard of the "death wobble"? Google it if you haven't. A few weeks after buying my new used 2009 Jeep Wrangler I experienced a terrifying shake that resulted in the inability to control my steering with all three of my kids riding with me. I had gone over a railroad track at 45 mph. Three months after putting myself $20,000 dollars in debt I find myself forking over $630 for what was an original safety concern when I bought the vehicle. I had asked if they could just cover the labor and I would cover the cost of the parts considering that this was a preexisting issue. They "graciously" gave me $100 discount. On a side note, I had scheduled this appointment a week in advance and they didn't even get to looking at it until the next day so I was stuck without a vehicle for an extra day.

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. Joel the sales manager and Thayne the finance manager have ALWAYS bent over backwards to help our family! Someone mentioned Denver and I got hosed! Jason Jensen the GM even called and thanked us for our business a few days later!!! Service appts take awhile as they have most of the mine accounts, my suggestion is to call early! Anyway, hope this review helps you if you are considering this place!

Watch out for the finance manager Glenn Vania. I wouldn't do any business here period. He failed to include the municipal/city taxs into the loan, clearly just to get the payment down and rudley called me up a month later demanding an additional $800! this was after I put $3000 down. Then he pointed out that it didnt matter whos fault it is because the contract conveniently, has him covered for this sort of shady business tactic. I Also noticed he snuck in a $99 aftermarket accessorie charge Into the loan, even though I purchased no such thing. It has been a horrible nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.

Poor communication and problem solving - kcspotless
10 hours from our home, pulling a 17,000 lb load with our horses, in our nearly-new Ram 3500 broke down on us about 80 miles south of Chadron, and we had it towed to the Chadron Dodge location. The truck sat for two days at their location before the service department met our request to have the diagnostics run so we would know what error codes were showing. We were patient, up until about week 2, even though the service dept had poor communication - unwilling to provide us updates on our truck that had been with them for almost three weeks.
Almost three weeks after the truck arrived at Chadron Dodge, I shared the error codes with a local Ram service tech near my hometown in Des Moines, IA. The tech said it could only be two things, one of those being the engine control module. The very next day I spoke with Greg at Chadron. He said they had figured out what was wrong with the truck, and that it needed the exact part that the tech from Des Moines had told me (engine control module). So, here I have one tech that I talked with for 10 minutes, that had not ever seen the truck, and tells me what the problem is. And I have another tech/service team that it takes almost three weeks to figure it out. So frustrating!
We also discovered the notes that had been shared between the Tech at Chadron Dodge and the Chrysler engineers - very poor and appeared that the tech was doing very little to get the truck fixed in a reasonable time. To us, 15 working days, with the truck in the possession was an unacceptable amount of time for the issue to be corrected.

I bought a car from these fools in August of 2016. I traded in a Nissan Rogue at that time.
There was still a balance remaining on my Nissan.
It the xxxxxxx at autonation 9weeks to get that Nissan paid off.
This delay in simple business procedure resulted in a 62 point hit to my credit.
My credit went DOWN and the jerks at autonation littleton did nothing.
I was calling them throughout the whole process trying to avoid negative credit reporting, but that's just not their problem, not their credit score.
The head monkey of the finance dept, Jeromy Archuleta is utterly unless and it seems like he intentionally dragged out the process to insure a negative outcome.
I have spoken with multiple "managers " who appear to know nothing about customer service or how to get things done.
This car dealer is an absolute CLOWN SHOW!
Save yourself the hassle, buy from ANYONE but these idiots!!!

My demographic information 50 year old life long jeep owner, retired veteran with 20 years service. Called to inquire on 2017 Jeep Patriot, only one within 500 miles of my city that was in my price range. Salesperson (Seth) refused to give final price after any incentives so I could put figure on my loan application. Stated would not negotiate price if I was not buying from him directly (placed commission before customer service). I was simply asking for any current incentives or veteran's discounts that would apply to this vehicle. Dealership also refused to return my hometown dealerships calls to inquire if they would sell vehicle to my hometown dealer so I could purchase without excessive travel requirements to obtain vehicle. Bottom line poor customer service to both buyers and other jeep dealers (external and internal customers), unwilling to give clear price on vehicle. Would not recommend for purchase, trade, service, or any other business.
Sold me a used vehicle with lots of mechanical problems - Usedcarbuyer
Sold me a vehicle that was "evaluated" by their mechanic, said that it checked out less than 2 weeks later it had transmission problems that should have been easily spotted by any reasonable mechanic the transmission required a rebuild, granted they paid for the rebuild to be done at another shop (although after speaking to the shop that did the work it sounded like they requested to have the work done in the cheapest way possible). Now less than 6mo later it needs another 3000 worth of work. I'm not the only person that I had that has had similar encounters with this dealer.stay away.
