Justice did a great job. I see no area for improvement. Everyone was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. I would recommend the dealership to others.
Recall on '08 Dodge Ram 3500 - fireguy
Joe Segura came to my home and replaced the passenger air bag. He was prompt, very courteous and pleasant. He performed the service quickly and left the truck in excellent condition. It was a pleasure dealing with this man. I would recommend him to anyone.
Cristian Salas - Lbjonessd619
This guy is awesome! He took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Very honest, didn't try to sell me something that didn't meet my standards. (I'm very picky) He worked a great deal within my budget! I would highly recommend Cristian Salas and the Cherry Creek Dodge team! This happy girl says thanks again! 2015 Challenger SRT

Great customer service experience - Mayra Carbajal
Hassan Mayange is GREAT! I would recommend him and the whole Christopher Dodge team any day. He had worked with me for two days on getting me approved for a brand new Ram. I was definitely not an easy case to work with but Hassan did what was possible to help get me taken care of.

Overwhelmingly Positive Car Buying Experience! - b.irie
When I walked into the dealership I expected to tell Kody my budget and pretty much walk back out. Not only did he fit a car into my budget, it was considerably newer and with less miles than I ever thought possible! He made the car buying experience quick, simple, and even enjoyable! Thanks also to Charles, Drew and John for rounding out my overwhelmingly positive experience with Steamboat Motors. I will be referring this dealership to everyone in Steamboat!
Good people, no fuss - EdwardsGuy
Just normal good people like you'd expect on the West Slope. They were willing to talk through the purchase with me, and were fair and honest in their dealings.
New Management very Impressive - Rockies Girl
I was shocked when I saw the dealership under new management. The lot is so full of great car options and the new sales team really impressed me with their professionalism. Looking forward to buying my next car there.
AMAZING!!! - TraciJeffRivera
I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. Joel the sales manager and Thayne the finance manager have ALWAYS bent over backwards to help our family! Someone mentioned Denver and I got hosed! Jason Jensen the GM even called and thanked us for our business a few days later!!! Service appts take awhile as they have most of the mine accounts, my suggestion is to call early! Anyway, hope this review helps you if you are considering this place!
Jeep purchase - Rita
Jon Shrewsberry is an excellent salesperson. Very knowledgeable about the product and friendly without being pushy. I highly recommend you ask for him if purchasing from this dealership!
Honest, Flexible, and Great Service - Chris
Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and worked with Rich Jeffers. I drove onto the lot and he had the car turned on and ready for a test drive and tossed me the keys. Got back from the test drive and we negotiated a fair price for my trade-in and for the Jeep I was buying. Everything was open book and clear to understand. Rich was very knowledgeable about the model and all of the other models it would be comparable to. He even went to bat with the finance company to get a lower rate on my loan.
Extremely poor customer service - Customer
Town & Country has extremely poor customer service. The salesman I worked with did not know the specifications of the vehicle he was selling. The vehicle tow rating was important to me and when I asked, he informed me of a rating that I questioned. He went into the dealership and confirmed it had an approx. 16.3k pounds tow rating. When I researched, I found the rating to be approx. 9.8k pounds. I have had numerous conversations and emails with the salesman over this issue getting nowhere. I have tried to contact the sales manager of Town & Country but he has never responded. I have been treated as if they are giving me the middle finger. I would never recommend Town and Country to anyone.
Service damaged my car - Jean
On Sunday, April 2 I took my car in for service. They were going to service my car Monday morning I had a warranty that is the reason I went there. Horrible warranty but we won't get into that. Monday afternoon they called me to tell Me my car was ready. I couldn't make it that night I was working late so I went up Tuesday. When thy brought me my car, it had damage. They said they would fix it on Thursday. I took the jeep back up and Thursday after noon they called and said they wouldn't fix it that I had wrecked it and expected them to fix it. My son and I went in to get my car. They were rude and smiling about it. The police told me they have cameras all over. They informed me no cameras on the premises. They told us to leave. They damaged my car and refused to fix it. I will leave reviews every where. This is unacceptable. I am so very upset about this. I take excellent care of my car.
Don't waste your time here - Jonathan
I regret doing business here 100%. Worst new car delivery I have ever experienced. Vehicle was returned to me dirty with rubbing compound all over the grille and muddy footprints all over the door sill and footwell. Sales guy looked me right in the eye and sighed "Oh did you want that cleaned?" The service writer actually told me he didn't know what he was doing. It was pretty obvious because they replaced the wrong parts. I can't even bring my self to go back there to get it straightened out. Bottom line, if you're thinking about buying one of Ram's highest end trucks and expect to be treated with pride and respect, don't go to Boulder Chrysler.
The Best experience ever - Karin
Working with Aaron Weiker was seamless and smooth. I will definitely buy from him again. All of my friend will be going to him as well.
Best Ever!!! - Brentjacobsen
My fiancé and I had been shopping for the past 4 months to purchase a new SUV. He chose to go with the Dodge Ram RT. We had previously stopped in to meet with a sales associate at Medved in castle rock and though he was nice he was not informed about any specifics of this particular model. He also straight out lied to us about if he would be able to obtain the color we wanted as he said the closest location was in Montana...of course I stepped out to call Arapahoe Dodge in centennial and they had one same color and model we wanted.I spoke with Dennis who is the sales manager who was very informative over the phone. We asked him if we could drive down to see it even though it was already 8pm and they close at 9pm. He was more then happy to have it pulled around to the front so when we got there it was ready to check out. Dennis Tobin was more then informative not only about the Dodge we were interested in but in the Ford truck we were discussing trading in.
We felt at ease with Dennis Tobin and his non-abrasive but very helpful style. He worked with us until 11 pm to get the job finished. We couldn't feel happier with the commited service we received from Dennis Tobin and Clifton Jacobsen who also stayed late to help us get everything done! Happy owners of a New Dodge Durango! Auto Nation Dodge Ram is the Best!!!
Good honest and helpful staff - Laura

Poor communication and problem solving - kcspotless
10 hours from our home, pulling a 17,000 lb load with our horses, in our nearly-new Ram 3500 broke down on us about 80 miles south of Chadron, and we had it towed to the Chadron Dodge location. The truck sat for two days at their location before the service department met our request to have the diagnostics run so we would know what error codes were showing. We were patient, up until about week 2, even though the service dept had poor communication - unwilling to provide us updates on our truck that had been with them for almost three weeks.
Almost three weeks after the truck arrived at Chadron Dodge, I shared the error codes with a local Ram service tech near my hometown in Des Moines, IA. The tech said it could only be two things, one of those being the engine control module. The very next day I spoke with Greg at Chadron. He said they had figured out what was wrong with the truck, and that it needed the exact part that the tech from Des Moines had told me (engine control module). So, here I have one tech that I talked with for 10 minutes, that had not ever seen the truck, and tells me what the problem is. And I have another tech/service team that it takes almost three weeks to figure it out. So frustrating!
We also discovered the notes that had been shared between the Tech at Chadron Dodge and the Chrysler engineers - very poor and appeared that the tech was doing very little to get the truck fixed in a reasonable time. To us, 15 working days, with the truck in the possession was an unacceptable amount of time for the issue to be corrected.
New car buying experience great! Service Dept: TERRIBLE!!! - Anthony Mar
Bought a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee! We got exactly what we wanted and the process was, in fact the most pleasant vehicle purchase process ever! With that said, a few days after we bought the vehicle we took our Liberty in for an oil change and a safety recall. (They wouldn't give us A fair amount for the trade in). A couple hours after I picked it up I noticed a metal grinding noise coming from what sounded like the drive shaft I just replaced.... the safety recall was an airbag module which was located near the area, the vehicle did not make the noise when I took it in for the oil and recall service. I called SKIP in service who I had been in contact with for a few days now (due to them losing the spare key for the 2017 Cherokee we just bought) to get a new key programmed. I was told skip would call me back he never did I left multiple voicemails for him explaining that there was a noise that wasn't there before they had the vehicle. This was a couple months ago today is July 30th and I still haven't heard a word back. Long story short a day or two after we got the vehicle back I started looking around to see what the issue was. Between the gearbox and the drive shaft was a snap on flashlight, the driveshaft had been rubbing up against the middle flashlight that the tech left behind!!! I did get about $150 flashlight out of it however I am appalled with the service department at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Southwest the thing that upsets me the most is they must have had a feeling that they messed something up and still have yet to contact me, not knowing it was as simple as the tech forgetting about his flashlight... I bet he's still looking for it 😂😂😂 Perhaps I need to call and talk to management?
BAD BAD BAD service department - FlowlinePlumbing
Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break job. We took the truck to another mechanic and had the problem fixed with a $35 set of plug wires and a basic break job.
Watch out for this service department. We've had several other "suspect" dealings with this dealership but we finally had enough and got a second opinion. Feel free to contact me at 720-281-9572. I'm willing to attach my # to this review
"Basic maintenance? Unnecessary" - Dallindodgesucks
I was in a tight spot I crashed my car and needed one asap. I didn't have time to shop around so I knew I was going to take a beating but man this place did a number. On top of snake sales team the pre sales inspection was a joke. My accessory belt was worn through. A wheel bearing needed to be replaced, and my fuel filter was disgusting. You might as well go to an auction and take your chances because this place is actively trying to swindle you.
