I saw a listing for an H2 at Mike Ward Maserati. I was in search for one, due to being an accident and loosing the previous one I owned. I contacted Bob Marnick in internet sales from where the vehicle was listed.
I gave him a brief story of where I was at in the process with my accident and that I was waiting for a few additional papers to process from the insurance.....he understood and said they have handled situations like this in the past! They also provided me with the maintenance report of my vehicle of the work they performed, with the cost and dates they provided the work.
They are very understanding that everyone has different financial backgrounds, and do not make you feel uncomfortable. They did no pressure me to buy my vehicle, and kept me updated every part of the finance process.

After repeatedly servicing our Infiniti here we decided to come and look at a possible second purchase. We were shown the vehicle we were interested in and were very close to purchasing, then I made a mistake. I asked if there was any way they would negotiate on the dealer fees of $500. After Eric, our salesperson, said, "I'm sure we can work with you on this," he went and talked to the sales manager, Terry, and then came back stating, "Terry won't budge, he says, "not even a penny," but I can get you some free hats!" Feeling a bit insulted but still interested in the vehicle I asked for a moment alone with my wife to consider the purchase one last time. I was then interrupted with the final paperwork showing the price to be $500 higher than the initial online price that we had discussed! So after we tried to negotiate the $500 dealer fees, Terry, who had said he wouldn't budge a penny, actually tacked on an ADDITIONAL $500 to the original price. I will never be back to Dacono Infiniti and I hope this is fair warning to anyone else who may be sucked in by these guys.
