We've had some sketchy car buying experiences in the past, but Spradley Barr Nissan really stepped up to the plate. They made us feel comfortable and took very good care of us. We got a great deal and couldn't be happier with our experience. Nik and Danielle were super personable and very friendly. There wasn't a high-pressure sales environment like you often find at many dealerships. They understood our needs and were willing to work with us to make sure we were satisfied.

I've been bringing my car to Boulder Nissan for service for close to ten years and have only good things to say about their quality and integrity. The service advisors are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I've been working with Kristie for all the years I've been going there and she is just great. I had an older Pathfinder that made it to 190,000 miles (before it was totaled in a hail storm) without any major mechanical problems; which I credit to the quality of Boulder Nissan's regular maintenance. I feel like I have always been treated fairly and that I haven't been sold anything I didn't need. When I've needed to get my vehicle in quickly, they've always fit me in and taken care of the problem as quickly as possible - even when they've needed to order parts. When I have an appointment, the service is always done in a very reasonable amount of time.
I recently purchased a 2014 Murano at a dealership in Denver. Although I love the car, I learned my lesson about where not to purchase a vehicle! I brought the Murano to Boulder Nissan for a factory recall on the power steering system. When I scheduled the appointment, they made sure they had the parts on hand before I brought the car in and the work was done quickly.
The Murano was still under a 30-day warranty from the dealership I purchased it from, and I asked Boulder Nissan to inspect it for any issues. They found two that were significant safety concerns - one of which was the brakes/rotors. They provided me with the documentation I needed to go back to the dealership to get the problems fixed. Then, after the dealership installed new brakes and rotors I could smell them and was concerned that they weren't installed properly. I brought the car back to Boulder Nissan to have them checked. Kristie fit me in on a busy Saturday to make sure I was safe. They checked the brakes and said that there wasn't anything wrong with them and that the smell was coming from a coating on the rotors that should have been removed prior to installation but that wouldn't affect the performance or the longevity of the braking system. That's integrity.
Boulder Nissan in general and Kristie in particular definitely have my loyalty! I live in Denver but will continue to bring my car there because I trust them and because they are very easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend this business!

I have purchased 3 vehicles here. All of them were fair and no surprises. It is alot simpler if you have a good product. The Titan surprised me when I found out the warranty was 5 yr 100,000 bumper to bumper. Sealed the deal for me. I have owned 3 Tundras, ... never again. Why?, because its better built. Started off good, turned into a HUGE hassle! - Danrogacki
Was greeted by the receptionist who paged right away for help with a car that I looked at online and that I scheduled the appointment with. I was greeted by Frank Hampton, who went above and beyond from the beginning to make sure I enjoyed the vehicle that I came in for. No pressure, very helpful since I had to come back in with my wife. Very personable and a joy to deal with from start to finish. Abby was great when dealing with financing and making sure our thoughts and needs were met with the warranties. Excellent overall experience.
Edit: I bought my car at the beginning of February and was super excited with the extra warranty. I received the wrong paper work several times with one paper showing a 25% interest rate on the car loan and the other with the correct 6% interest rate but was missing the warranty. Today is now May 21, 2017 and still have no warranty for my vehicle. It was $3000 more for the warranty thinking it covers 4 years and not having to worry about maintenance costs since it would be covered. Well, I have had to make several trips from Parker to Thornton to try to get things sorted out. Well nothing is still sorted. Abby no longer works there and now they have to try to find the paper work she said was coming from Fedex on March 21, 2017. I wish I could say that my first review was what I fully experienced but sadly it was not. This is the most hassle I have had to deal with any service. The car I bought also was burning oil within 2 weeks of buying the car (in less than 1000 miles, the car burned 3 qts of oil!). Well no big deal with the warranty right? Wrong.What was suppose to take only 2 days to fully swap the motor took 6 weeks of calls and emails before I received my car back. I have bought from Carmax, Best Car buys, and Autonation Nissan on 104th, and I don't recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with the service, hassle, and how I am still waiting for my warranty paperwork, that I was super excited for the no hassle bumper to bumper warranty that Autonation offers.

The worst. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. A few things...I was lead to believe that I had Bluetooth music connectivity on my Car when it didn't. The used car manager said that he wouldn't be able to hold my trade-in value if I took a day to think about it. The GM told me that it's normal to push a sale on somebody because it's car sales (you wouldn't be receiving this poor review if you cared more about customer satisfaction and you are losing out on money because I will do everything in my power to deter anyone from buying a car from you). My windshield wiper flew off on the highway the first day that it rained because it wasn't put on properly. Their sale ends when you drive off of the lot - They don't realize that a referral from a happy customer is more valuable than a quick and pushy sale, and not disclosing all information about a vehicle, will ultimately lose referral business. The GM is disrespectful and hung up on me when I called to ask if I could trade in the car, understanding that I would take a loss on the taxes. I was offering to buy something more expensive. I called him back thinking that maybe he didn't mean to hang up and left him my number, but I have yet to hear back from him and this was over a week ago.
After driving the car for a week, I called the dealership to discuss trading it in for something more expensive. I mentioned that I was ok with taking a loss on the taxes, but because I had driven it less than 150 miles, I'd hope to receive close to the amount of what I paid, since I'd be purchasing a more expensive vehicle and that I felt cheated on the Bluetooth connectivity feature that I stressed was so important. After not being able to connect with the salesperson at AutoNation Nissan (after a couple of calls), I called the AutoNation Toyota store who had the vehicle that I wanted to trade for. They said that they could most likely get me very close to what I paid and to come down to test drive he car. I drove from Boulder to the Autonation Toyota dealership, which is an hour away, for them to offer me 4K less (on a 15k car) than what I paid. I mentioned that when I called they said that they could get me close to what I paid, less the taxes. When I got there the same person said that since the 3 day warranty expired, that's all they could do. Thanks for wasting my time! I specifically said if it's unrealistic for me to get near the price that I paid (less taxes and maybe a K more taken off of the price) don't waste my time.
Before posting this review, I read some others. Bad reviews are often responded to with "we are sorry to hear about your bad experience. Please call our GM so that we can make it right". I did that. I called the GM, asked him if he could get me close to the amount that I paid, even if I'd be taking a loss on the taxes, but ultimately buying a more expensive car, and he hung up on me. I thought that it was an accident, but I left a VM with my number for him to call me back and I never received a call back... this was over a week ago.
DON'T BUY FROM AUTONATION. They don't care about customers after they've made a sale. They can respond on yelp by saying call our GM to make it right, but the GM doesn't care. If he didn't hang up on me and at least tried to help, the dealership wouldn't be receiving this review. Instead of having a repeat customer that refers people to the dealership, I'll do what I can to keep customers from buying from them
