We recently had a really great buying experience with Conor and wanted to write a bit about it. We came into Tynan's with an idea of what vehicle we wanted, but we weren't set on anything (even on buying from Tynan's). We do more research for purchases like this than probably the average couple, so whenever we work with a salesperson, we are always hopeful that we get a patient one ;)
Conor was great! He is very knowledgeable about cars, so we always felt like his answers to questions were well thought out and genuine. And if he didn't know the answer, he was up front about it and was very resourceful and quick in figuring it out. His communication is excellent - he kept in touch with us and followed through on every aspect of our experience. He was also very patient with us doing many test drives, making a decision, changing our minds, and then changing them again :) It truly seemed like he wanted to get us into the right car more than he wanted anything else.
The rest of the team at Tynan's (including Scott, Troy, Ricky, and Matt) did a great job of answering lots of questions for us, figuring out some really weird issues with a credit score, and ensuring the best possible financing options. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we would definitely come back and send other people here as well!

I recently traded my Jeep Liberty for a brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue at Larry H. Miller and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I previously went to Kuni Honda and was hassled for hours with back and forth negotiating. They kept "low balling" me on my trade in and tried to over sell me on everything. The car that I was interested in at Kuni Honda was used and not certified, had a two year warranty, and they wanted to get me the car for $600 a month!! It was absolutely insane and they were not willing to budge on their price. I went to Larry H. Miller and was greeted by Brandon Gamel and the first words he spoke to me were that he was not going to hassle me with back and forth negotiating. He told me to name my price and car preference and that he would find an amazing deal for me that would come close to what I wanted. Not only did he find me a car at a reasonable rate, he completely exceeded every amenity that I asked for. I got my comfortable seats, back up camera, bluetooth, and low gas mileage. Further more, the car also has a smooth transmission, excellent coverage as far as warranty goes, xm radio, tented windows, paint and interior protection, and an eco button to help me save gas while traveling in the city. I absolutely LOVE my car and love to drive it, even in the mile high city traffic! I highly recommend going to Larry H. Miller and working with Brandon Gamel to find the perfect car for you. I was so stressed out about my last unreliable car, and being so young, I don't have perfect credit because I'm still building my credit. I'm just so thankful that Brandon was willing to work with me and find me such an incredible deal! YOU ROCK MAN!

We've had some sketchy car buying experiences in the past, but Spradley Barr Nissan really stepped up to the plate. They made us feel comfortable and took very good care of us. I purchased my '11 Frontier from Mike Henry and found it to be a great, no pressure purchasing experience. We never bought a car from a dealership before because we couldn't stand pushy sales but, when we walked in here we were blown away they are about the person more than dollar signs. Emanuel Alexander was out sales man and he was the coolest most laid back person, he was very knowledgeable and met us where we were and didn't try to make our minds up for us. This guy was awesome!!!!!!

Worked with Ryan this morning on an appointment I had made to have my 07 looked at for a water leak. He met me in the service drive with paperwork ready an in hand. Was advised to expect about a 159.00 charge for the work I had requested. Turns out what I thought it might be was not applicable to my car. Ryan explained two other possible causes and options for metro consider and passed on a card of a repair facility that could do the work as they didn't specialize in one of the repair options. Was not charged anything to evaluate the car, they replaced two fasteners I needed and I provided. I felt Ryan was honest and up front with me and I appreciate how I was treated.
