Amazing - Stephanie Darling
I spent hours and days checking out dealers and it was exhausting. I never imagined buying a Nissan but Tom made the experience relaxing, easy, and fun! Best experience buying a car ever! So happy with my new Rogue.
Brandon Gamel is the man!!!! - rockybailey
I recently traded my Jeep Liberty for a brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue at Larry H. Miller and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I previously went to Kuni Honda and was hassled for hours with back and forth negotiating. They kept "low balling" me on my trade in and tried to over sell me on everything. The car that I was interested in at Kuni Honda was used and not certified, had a two year warranty, and they wanted to get me the car for $600 a month!! It was absolutely insane and they were not willing to budge on their price. I went to Larry H. Miller and was greeted by Brandon Gamel and the first words he spoke to me were that he was not going to hassle me with back and forth negotiating. He told me to name my price and car preference and that he would find an amazing deal for me that would come close to what I wanted. Not only did he find me a car at a reasonable rate, he completely exceeded every amenity that I asked for. I got my comfortable seats, back up camera, bluetooth, and low gas mileage. Further more, the car also has a smooth transmission, excellent coverage as far as warranty goes, xm radio, tented windows, paint and interior protection, and an eco button to help me save gas while traveling in the city. I absolutely LOVE my car and love to drive it, even in the mile high city traffic! I highly recommend going to Larry H. Miller and working with Brandon Gamel to find the perfect car for you. I was so stressed out about my last unreliable car, and being so young, I don't have perfect credit because I'm still building my credit. I'm just so thankful that Brandon was willing to work with me and find me such an incredible deal! YOU ROCK MAN!

I had a small leak in a 2010 Murano with 59K miles on it. I took it to Boulder Nissan and they said that the Transfer Case (TC) was leaking and had to be resealed at a cost of about $1500. A couple of days later I was doing some research online a found that the TC holds only about 2 cups of fluid. I went back to Boulder Nissan and asked them if they had checked the TC fluid level when the determined that the TC was leaking. They said that they had not because it was difficult to get to and that the exhaust manifold was right there and would be too hot (they had the car for 4 hours). They told me I could make another appointment and bring the car in and for $75, they would check the TC fluid level. I took the car to my own mechanic and in 5 minutes, he opened the fill plug and fluid poured out from an overfilled TC. We captured the fluid and it appeared to have transmission fluid in the liquid. I took the fluid sample to Boulder Nissan and they just said that it was still just a TC problem, nothing to do with the transmission (which is still under the extended CVT warranty). I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs who basically told me there was nothing that they would do to help me out. They told me that based on what Boulder Nissan told them, it was strictly a TC problem. They would not even pay to analyze the fluid removed from the TC
I called Valley Nissan and talked to Nate Wysock, the service manager at Valley Nissan. I explained to him what my mechanic had discovered. He felt from what I described, that the transmission seal was probably bad and causing CVT fluid to leak into the TC. He said that if this was the problem, it would be covered under the extended warranty. He told me to bring in the vehicle and they would drain the TC and the transmission and determine what was going on and they would do this at no charge. It turned out that the Transmission Seal to the TC was bad and that, indeed, transmission fluid was leaking into the TC. Not only that, the "TC leak" that Boulder Nissan diagnosed, was actually fluid coming out of the breather tube at the top of the TC, due to the overfill problem. NO TC LEAK AFTERALL. Valley Nissan repaired the transmission leak under the extended CVT warranty.
Nate and the rest of the staff a Valley Nissan couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Nate and Aiden were very communicative and kept us well informed as to the progress of the repair. They even offered us a free loaner car, which we did not need. When they ran into an additional issue that was not covered under the warranty, they went ahead and made that repair at no additional charge.
I would highly recommend Valley Nissan, and a special thanks to Nate Wycoff.
Excellent - Montgomery Clan
We've had some sketchy car buying experiences in the past, but Spradley Barr Nissan really stepped up to the plate. They made us feel comfortable and took very good care of us. We got a great deal and couldn't be happier with our experience. Nik and Danielle were super personable and very friendly. There wasn't a high-pressure sales environment like you often find at many dealerships. They understood our needs and were willing to work with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Brand new lemon with no customer service follow up what-so-e - Wayne Littlefield
I had used and trusted Erlich Nissan from the first day I took my 2007 frontier to them for over 9 years. Now the dealership has changed hands and I stupidly thought I could trust them to do right by me. Such was not to be what happened. I purchased a cash deal on a new 2016 frontier in the morning of 12/29/2016. Upon getting 15 minutes from the dealership, the vehicle stability sensor came on. Took it back to the service dept, and was told it would take the entire day to remedy. No apologies, no dialog other than we will fix it which supposedly they did and returned the truck to us that night. On Jan 3 I left for an international trip as a civilian military contractor only to return on Jan 26 to find that the horn ring in the truck is totally displaced, the horn itself DOESN'T work and the drivers seat has a deep separation from the seat bottom to the seat back. What upsets me the most is that I called to make an appointment and was told they are pretty booked, so I could bring it in next Monday Jan 30 to have them "take a look at it". This is customer service????? I don't think so. A simple call from the manager or owner would have worked for me, but it's pretty obvious now that this dealership is all about just the $ now and customer service is no longer part of their goal.
Will follow up after I "hesitantly" go back to have the shoddy work fixed.
Complete, Expedient, Friendly - Silverstreak
I recently came in for recall service on my 2015 Sentra. I got an appointment within 2 weeks from the day I called. I was told I would need to leave my car for the whole day. The service attendants were friendly and quick. After dropping off my vehicle, the complimentary shuttle service was prompt in taking me home. The work was completed 3 hours earlier than I expected. I was notified by email, text message, and personal phone call. In addition, the service dept. crew had completed a complimentary multi point inspection. My seat cover had been removed and left off, but great service in all the important areas.
Best experience! - Colleen Primm
Dylan and Dustin were incredibly helpful with the purchase of my Juke! They made the car buying experience bearable. I was ringing the bell 10 minutes after my test drive! Thank you!
Worst Dealership- Never go there - Sanjeev
Worst car dealership. Worst sales manager – AK. Worst Service department
Bought a new Sentra few months back. Sales person called me over a month to convince its good car which I finally bought on his advice.
After 2 months car had starting problems although new car is expected to run trouble free for 3 years.
Took to dealership and they suggested to replace the car remote key battery which I did. However starting problem continued and one fine morning car became dead, unable to start. Missed my office and when I called the sales person he was not much help. Sales manager- AK called me later and told me to contact Service department. @ Service department -No one to receive the call and left the message. Service Girl called me in the evening and said she could not help and car has to be towed and next appointment will be after 2 days. Meanwhile Sales Manager – AK called me and threatened me with dire consequence if I complain about the car. Escalating this experience to all so that all customers are aware and make right decision. Message sent to Nissan Corp Office as well.
