Intermittent issues while fueling vehicle - Cruiser1
I would like to thank Aaron Spearling for having the tenacity, perseverance and dedication to customer service in resolving a long term ittermitent issue with my gas tank that would not accept fuel without shutting off the gas pump many times which was very frustrating, There were several visits and different resolutions were attempted the fourth was the charm and fixed the issue , As a result my next GMC vehicle will be purchased from Randy Wise. Thank You Aaron

The communication was terrible from the moment I arrived for service. The sign said stay in your car until someone checks out your car. The guy waved me in. I rolled down my window. He walked past me, saying nothing. He just stood off to the side. The staff in the glassed in area were standing around talking to each other staring at me, some laughing. I wasn't sure what to do. I got out of my car and just waited. When I was inside I bought a sandwich and sat at a table. The staff in the cafe area were so loud. They were laughing ridiculously loud. It was very annoying and unprofessional. They were young girls and very immature. An hour and a half later, my buzzer went off, telling me my car was ready. I was told they would wash it too. I went outside to look for my car. It was parked off to the left and not washed. I had to go back in to ask if they were sure my car was done, because there was another car just like mine washed and sitting there, ready for another customer. The woman with reddish brown hair was snippy with me. I said my car was parked way off to the side over there and it wasn't washed. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will tell about 10 people about this poor customer service. It just seemed like they all didn't have enough to do. The employees need to learn how to treat people and perhaps you have too many employees with not enough to do.

My visit at LaFontaine Buick GMC was excellent. This is my first time leasing a vehicle, and the sales rep, Lance Nichols, made everything easy for me to understand. Furthermore, Maggie was very helpful in getting me additional options for the vehicle to make sure I was covered for wear and tear on the vehicle. I was very happy with the customer service that I received, I told my wife about my experience. She was so impressed that she is considering trading her vehicle in for a better car.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle to haul our family of 6 comfortably. We considered the Yukon XL as a possible replacement for our Dodge Durango. We met with Miranda Sigelko and she did a great job of listening to our needs and picking a vehicle that fit those needs. We discussed our options with Miranda and Kim Malhas (manager) - great experience. I am sorry to say we did not purchase the Yukon XL, we decided to venture back into the minivan market instead of a full size SUV. When I am in the market for a GMC again, I will stop to talk with Miranda and Kim first!

My car has been in the service department since August of 2016 it is now the end of October 2016 the parts have been in since September the service manager don't know when someone can fix the car stated that he does not have a technician with the ability to do the work available for 2 months I love the sales department and had planned on buying my next vehicle from Ray Laethem

I think you should review your salespeople. I was not greeted by not one of your salespeople. Picked up a pick up book, walked around, no one came up to me to ask if I needed help of was thinking of buying a new car. I did ask one sale lady where the pickups were, she said back by body shop and behind dealership. Lady I have a book in my hand. Nope she just left me there to go sit with another salesperson. The only one who greeted me was your receptionist. Two hours there and no one interested in making a possible sale. Hope you can figure things out with your sales people. Guess they are more interested in socializing with others then with customers

I felt like I wasn't taken seriously. Let me break it down for you: I found the add on cars.com and was hoping to make a purchase. We get there and we ask for a man named Rob, who we spoke with on the phone. He said he would be there and we gave him a ball park of what would could realistically afford after my previous car was just totaled. We tell him the offer and he said it was very reasonable and to come on out today and ask for him. He wasn't there. We then met David Lee, who we explained the situation to, he brought the car up and let us take it for a spin. He seemed all right. We then get back and we are then shuffled off to Lee. He didn't introduce himself, he dismissed all my suggestions for possibly improving the car before we take it home (fixing the cupholder in the back that was broken, his reply was yeah we'll see [you're a GM dealership you should be able to fix a GM] brand, and steam cleaning the stains out of the seats). He dismissed our concerns about the tires, which looked less than 25% life in the back and roughly 50% in the front, if putting new ones on it was an option, he shrugged it off. We then get down and give him an offer and he said that they won't go any lower than what their asking. We offered within a few hundred dollars of the asking price and were going to pay cash. We said we couldn't afford that. He didn't offer to meet us part way, he didn't offer to show us any other vehicles he could come down on.
When I bought my car (may she rest in peace) I was greeted by a handful of people who couldn't wait to get my business. Not here.
It was a pretty awful experience. I'm in my mid 20s, I might be a young guy, but last I checked, you're a salesman, it's your job to SELL cars. People need cars. We test drove two of similar value and he didn't even offer a solution with that. It's not my job as a consumer to ask. It's the sellers job to try and get a car in my hand with what we have to offer.
I might go back because they do have a lot of nice stock, but I won't deal with any of the salesman mentioned above, just management because they clearly don't know anything about making a customer happy.

The finance guy and the salesmen undervalued my trade in, and over priced the car they wanted to sell me. Even after I told them I was disabled living on 18K a year they pushed and pushed to close a terrible deal. I have nothing against someone making a living and a company making a profit but anyone who tries to rip off the disabled deserves that special place down under where it's hot.
The salesmen tried to tell me they set prices by Kelly Blue Book. I checked the blue book value and when I told him that he then all of a sudden would not discuss prices over the phone.

I was recommended to Amanda by a family friend. I was able to meet with her right away to go over leasing options. I was able to sell my car within 24 hours on my own. Amanda was right there the next day to help me with my purchase. She was extremely helpful, putting me in the car I wanted and was able to get me right at the price range needed. I love my GMC Terrain! I would recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a new car :-)

Came in to buy a used vehicle offered my out the door price which would have been aproximately $500.00 less than it would have been and no negotiations. The salesman came up with 2 lame excuses. I guess you don't want to sell vehicles. I was very interested in buying this truck but wouldn't now. Thanks.
