I am 53 years-old and this was by far the best car buying experience in my entire life. I worked with Joseph (JJ) Jones and his assistant Dana over at Randy Wise Buick GMC in Fenton, MI. After test drives and side by side comparisons of the Buick Encore and a competitor vehicle, I drove away from the dealer in the Encore. I never once felt pushed by JJ, but instead was given sincere attention; my questions were addressed and Dana even made certain I understood the workings of the dashboard and On-Star system. My phone was synced to the car before I left. Seriously, the customer service provided by JJ and Dana will bring me back, right to their door the next time my husband or I need a vehicle.

I shopped between dealers for two days and found myself buying my new 2017 SIERRA threw Joe Honeycutt at Suburban Buik GMC. This truck meets all my requirements and surpasses in the comforts and feel of the cab. Joe Made the process easier by going over many more options on my vehicle to get my truck in my price range but still satisfiying my needs and wants in my first new truck. He also took the time to go over all the little features of the vehicle that I would not have known about for awhile If he did not go over them. I do not regret my first buy and would tell anyone that I know that is looking for a new vehicle to visit Suburban Buik GMC and ask for Joe Honeycutt.

I scheduled a meeting with Mike Graff on Thursday evening. He showed me the car, gave me the keys, and let me take it for a ride. After a short test drive, we discussed price & trade in, came to an agreement, did the paperwork and had the deal completed within 3 hours. I really liked the small restaurant at the dealership; with Mike's personal business card I was able to have something to eat, (no charge) read the paper and relax while they were doing the paperwork. Very nice dealership. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Mike gave me a car to drive home and delivered my new car to my home on Friday. Thanks Mike and staff for a great car buying experience!
Not so free oil change - Sara1234
I had my first oil change done on my new car, which is part of their service plan. Now the car shakes. I was told they don't balance the the tires after they rotate them. Also, that it's $49.95 to do so, which is more expensive than the tire companies charge. I have bought other cars from them, and never had this problem. This will be my last car that I purchase with them. Their service staff was not helpful, only my salesman attempted to help. It's not like it's a close drive for me to go there either, and take time off from work. Also their "free" car wash is not so. It covers an undercarriage wash. You have to still pay extra to get a real car wash.

I brought my '05 Saturn Vue in for a basic oil change and a repair to the driver's door that was desirable but not necessary. Ryan advised, serious safety issues were found. He assisted in prioritizing the essential repairs. Dan helped with pricing to make those repairs doable. I can't thank them enough for their patience.

Just took delivery of a 2017 SS Camaro I ordered from Mike Savoie because of last unhappy experience and lack of follow through in the Sales department going back to November. Bought a used vehicle was under impression it had some type of inspection next day after purchase took it back motor mount broke, caliper locked up, miss firing had oil on two spark plugs they said they would fix the interior pillars never did did would fix rear window defrost never did. Won't help at all with very expensive repair bill, manger won't return call. Very rude. Now they lie and claim they only did an oil change and never actually inspected it. I find that a lie because they offer 120 k mile warranty and this Escalade had 108 they knew about the issues.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had a $35 coupon for Dexos oil change. Told me I needed a new air filter. Bill came to $100. I asked them to double check and they said it was correct. Wife later reviewed invoice....charged $44 for the oil change, $24 for air filter, and $40 for tire rotation (used to be free with oil change). Called up there and they apologized that we were overcharged for the rotation. What about the oil change? They took $4 off for that instead of $9. Rotation should have been $10 instead of $40. They also took two of my tire caps. This isn't the first issue I have had with them but we are done! My husband is disabled and it takes a lot for him to get out to get an oil change, but to be ripped off and to come back for the refund of the overages plus a $10 off coupon. They certainly are not Jim Waldron GMC any longer - He valued his customers, didn't rip customers off, and gave back to the community. Will not be returning! I will drive as far as I need to in order to obtain good customer service!

We have purchased two cars from lunghamer chevy in the past and had a decent experience. So when we decided we wanted to lease a Buick we called Lunghamer Buick. My husband called and asked for sales. He told the girl he spoke to exactly what we wanted including options and color. She quoted him a price and invited us to come in. We schedualed an appointment and were on time for that appointment. The sales manager met us and passed us on to a salesman. Trevor. Trevor was not told anything about what we wanted so we started from the beginning and told him what car, options and color. He said he had that vehicle and gave us a price. It was quite a bit higher than the girl on the phone had said but with some negotiation we agreed on a price. We knew exactly what we wanted so there was no need for a test drive. When we finished he said we would have to wait for a finance lady. While we were sitting there waiting the couple at the next desk who were also leasing a vehicle finished and were taken right back to financing. When I got upset about this they tried to lie to me. I wanted to leave and forget the deal but my husband did not want to have to start the process all over agian another day. It took 4 hours for us to lease a car. That without even needing to be sold on a car or even test drive it. I will definitely go somewhere else next time.

We have a 2016 GMC truck that has been brought Todd Wenzel GMC on several occasions for vibration in the front end/steering wheel. Once we were told the tires had mud & ice in them and they were out of balance. Upon returning for the same issue they replaced 3 of the 4 tires as they were found to be defective. The truck was brought back to the dealer 4/17/17 and the same technician and they have replaced all tires & wheels from a brand new truck on the lot and the problem became worse. As of this date, 4/28/17, I have not been able to get their service manager, general manager or their service tech to call me or my husband back after having my truck for 12 DAYS. No status updates, no plan of action, just simply unprofessional. Perhaps it is time to have a conversation with my attorney about filing a lemon law suit as it appears Todd Wenzel cannot address the problem.

First time had oil change and tire rotation, I have a 2015 acaida they only put 24lbs of pressure in all tires I noticed all were low and they had to bring it back in to put pressure of 35lbs in all tires. Second time oil change filter and tire rotation they did not rotate tires but said they did, I know that they did'nt rotate them because one of my tires has a blimsh in it that's how i figured it out then had to take it back to have the tires rotated. Talk to Mr. Zuber but all he could talk about was the blimsh on my tire.

I felt like I wasn't taken seriously. Let me break it down for you: I found the add on cars.com and was hoping to make a purchase. We get there and we ask for a man named Rob, who we spoke with on the phone. He said he would be there and we gave him a ball park of what would could realistically afford after my previous car was just totaled. We tell him the offer and he said it was very reasonable and to come on out today and ask for him. He wasn't there. We then met David Lee, who we explained the situation to, he brought the car up and let us take it for a spin. He seemed all right. We then get back and we are then shuffled off to Lee. He didn't introduce himself, he dismissed all my suggestions for possibly improving the car before we take it home (fixing the cupholder in the back that was broken, his reply was yeah we'll see [you're a GM dealership you should be able to fix a GM] brand, and steam cleaning the stains out of the seats). He dismissed our concerns about the tires, which looked less than 25% life in the back and roughly 50% in the front, if putting new ones on it was an option, he shrugged it off. We then get down and give him an offer and he said that they won't go any lower than what their asking. We offered within a few hundred dollars of the asking price and were going to pay cash. We said we couldn't afford that. He didn't offer to meet us part way, he didn't offer to show us any other vehicles he could come down on.
When I bought my car (may she rest in peace) I was greeted by a handful of people who couldn't wait to get my business. Not here.
It was a pretty awful experience. I'm in my mid 20s, I might be a young guy, but last I checked, you're a salesman, it's your job to SELL cars. People need cars. We test drove two of similar value and he didn't even offer a solution with that. It's not my job as a consumer to ask. It's the sellers job to try and get a car in my hand with what we have to offer.
I might go back because they do have a lot of nice stock, but I won't deal with any of the salesman mentioned above, just management because they clearly don't know anything about making a customer happy.

The finance guy and the salesmen undervalued my trade in, and over priced the car they wanted to sell me. Even after I told them I was disabled living on 18K a year they pushed and pushed to close a terrible deal. I have nothing against someone making a living and a company making a profit but anyone who tries to rip off the disabled deserves that special place down under where it's hot.
The salesmen tried to tell me they set prices by Kelly Blue Book. I checked the blue book value and when I told him that he then all of a sudden would not discuss prices over the phone.
