friendlyall and fair - Summerfun
Gary is so friendly and saved me $1500 on my new car. They also offered $1500 more for my trade in. That's $3000 that stays in my pocket. Go here and talk to Gary.
Awesome Date Night!!! - Terri R-S
What a clever and rewarding customer experience - Date Night ! Barry Price, JD's Date Night Specialist, handled every detail for my test drive superbly. Barry was extremely kind and personable to my daughter who accompanied me to the dealership and has special needs.
On Monday, December 12, 2016, the snowiest day this year in Metro Detroit; MKC traveled very well. Its steering and braking performance was impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed taking JD's 2016 Lincoln MKC out on the town with a full tank of gas and $100 gift card provided to us. We had a ball - me and MKC!!! Upon (regretfully) returning JD's MKC, I found that my 2008 MKX had been detailed - WOW!
I look forward to patronizing Jack Demmer for my future vehicle purchases. Thank you Barry and Team for wonderful service and an Awesome Date Night!!! Terri R-S

Great car buying experience! - KLogan2
Great overall experience from my initial email contact with Lisa Damico to taking delivery of my new MKC.
My sales guy (Andy Elrod) was great to work with and found the vehicle I wanted with all the requested options & then some. Due to a major accident on the freeway on my way to pick up my new car, I ended up being delayed 2 hours & didnt make it to the dealership until a few minutes before they closed. Andy stayed late & still took time to go over everything I needed to know before I drove off the lot! Couldn't ask for better service!
Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly. - Runnergirl
Jay kept in touch frequently when trying to find my explorer. He got me the best deal he could. Everything was satisfactory. He answered all my questions-this was my first time leasing and doing it all by myself. He made it very easy.

Dissappointed - Mike
My wife and I drove over an hour to come look at a used car this past weekend. I spoke to one of the used car salesmen about this vehicle before making the trip. All he did was rave about how nice of a car it was, how clean it was and how it was the sales managers demo. I guess these guys don't actually look at or know anything about the used cars they are selling. This suv was a 2015 with only 27000 miles however with the amount of wear and tear this vehicle had, one would have thought the odometer was well over 100000 miles. Needless to say, it was a total waste of time and I will never visit this dealership again.
BEWARE OF BOB MAXEY LINCOLN!! - Becksta
BEWARE of BOB MAXEY Lincoln! They are SHADY!! I have an ext wrnty! I took my car in FOUR times to get the SAME issue w/ my trans fixed. The 1st time I paid $199 & they didn't fix it. They didn't charge the next 2 x's I turned it in (I drove off w/ it still screwed up) & 4th they FINALLY fig it out as it got SO bad it finally blew a code but they then demanded I pay $104 for the wrnty work again stating it was something different that was wrong even though it "acted" the exact same. Not!! So if the "wrnty charge" is $104 WHY did charge $199 the first time? He held my car hostage to get more out of me for the SAME problem?! The svc mgr, Phil, was a huge dick! Yelled at me when I questioned it & demanded the money! Also my seat is still broken that I've turned in before. PLUS...before I turned in my car I getting 18-20mpg. I didn't get the "$300 tune up" Phil said to get so after I got it back, BARELY gets 15mpg now! Gee that's not suspicious!! I have ZERO confidence/trust in their SVC dept!
Service - edward berthet
2nd time I made an appointment for service ( oil changes ) on 2 vehicles with their virtual service consultant and both times after getting confirmation via email , they said they never received it when we showed up for the appointment. Why have it if it does not work.
Very unsatisfied almost customer - mmoore17575
I recently visited this establishment to purchase a vehicle i had seem online, a 2013 red certified pre-owned Lincoln MKS. The sales associate Jason Webber did nothing but lie, xxxxxxxx, and drag me along for 3 weeks. It took over 24 hrs. for a credit check. He had very poor communication skills. There was a dent and numerous scratches he said they would fix. He stated the dent might me an issue, but the scratches would be no problem. A few days later dent was gone scratches were untouched. He lied and xxxxxxxxxxx me for 2 more weeks about the scratches getting fixed saying their body shop was extremely backed up. In addition, they tried to persuade me to come pick up the vehicle that they would give me a written agreement saying they would still fix the scratches free of charge. I am so happy I refused to do this. However, it wasn't until i got pissed and threatened to report this to the department of motor vehicles, the general manager, and corporate Lincoln that the truth finally came out. Turns out upon removing the front bumper to repair and repaint the scratches they found damage to the fog lights and wiring stating it was as if someone drove over too high of a curb or parked into a large snow bank. They put the scratched bumper back on and neither the sales associate Jason Webber nor the pre-owned sales manager Robert Warren said nothing to me and as I encountered them several time periodically. The car needless to say is no longer certified. In addition, they were letting workers in out of the vehicle with muddy feet and no paper carpet protectors and the owner manual was left out of the vehicle during the certification process. If something like this starts happening to you please go directly to the general manager he seemed like a reasonable individual. Enter this dealer at your own risk.
Bad customer service - Zjhuston

My mother recently purchased a used Lincoln MKZ from this... - Bowlynn
My mother recently purchased a used Lincoln MKZ from this dealership. The car needed service on her passenger side airbag. The repair was made with no issues, she was given a loaner car (even more luxurious than the one she purchased) and the technician noticed she had a tire in her trunk with a bent rim (pothole. Ugh.) and reminded her that she had paid extra for tire insurance and took the initiative to replace that rim !! She is very happy with the service and courteous treatment she received and so am I !! I recommend this dealership for sales and service. Job well-done : )
