Emily Kriszt was amazing! - Annie101
Emily Kriszt was amazing to work with! She made the trade in and buy experience super straight forward. I never felt pushed and it was a very relaxed environment. The dealership is pristine and very comfortable. Not one bad thing to say! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Also, loving my new MKZ!
Friendly Staff - downriver23
We've had great experiences here for years. No issues at all! Brian in service is always helpful and polite and my sales person Shannon is awesome!
My Experience at Jack Demmer! - Marvin Williams
Barry was the best salesman I dealt with in along time. When I called if he wasn't available
he got back to me right away. Whenever I showed up at the dealership he always met me at the front door with a handshake. He was always courteous and very nice and he always asked about my family which was a big deal to me. 👍👍
Tim Shea and Mike McAlister were amazing! - Autumn McCavit
Tim Shea and Mike McAlister helped me get the car of my dreams. They were helpful, knowledgeable, great to work with, and fast! I couldn't have gotten a better experience. I'm a customer for life!
A Happy & Satisfied Customer! - Lonnie, MI
Throughout the entire process, I received nothing short of exceptional customer service. The sales person and manager Mr. Chris Tessmar and Ms. Angela Robbins made sure that my experience was award winning. Today, they not only succeeded my expectations but also restored my hope in businesses never losing sight of the ones they serve. Crest Lincoln has earned my five stars and my confidence in showing me that you value your customers.
Owner has horrible customer relation skills. - Maddhatter1488
I purchased 2 vehicles from their used car department. The sales team was great I would recommend them in a heartbeat, unfortunately I would not recommend their service center, trust their used car inspection or even rely on the owner to step up and resolve the issue in the name of good customer service.
I bought 2 cars both have had issues. The first car has been in the service center twice and still has the same problem plus an additional noise that it shouldn't have.
The second car has several issues and hasn't even been looked at by the service center. I was told not to worry about it because it is still under factory warranty so I should take it to the Chrysler service center, even though Chrysler didn't sell it to me.
The service center acted as if I was an inconvience to them so I called the owner who said he would call me back because he was with a customer. I never received a call back from him but instead got a call from the sales manager who stated that the owner said he would buy both cars back. I don't want to sell my cars back I want them fixed.
Sales people are great but I would not recommend Northgate Ford and lincoln.
Ladies, bring a man to represent you!!!!! - Ladies, bring a man with you!
As a woman I felt confident in today's day and age to be able to go car shopping by myself, I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle until I meet with Varsity Lincoln Finance Manager Steve Elzien, or whatever his name is. He was so belittling to me, and thought it was a good sales tactic to keep calling me a "smart girl", Was I suppose to be a stupid girl? Does he tell men how smart they are when they ask a question? Anyways, because I did not finance with them (i went through my bank) Steve was weirdly more interested in selling an extended warranty, that he wanted me to pay cash for, then he was selling me the actual MKX. I could go on about how sexually discriminated I felt, which I have never felt before, but at this point it won't change anything. I walked out with a $33,000 check in my hand and no one seemed to bat an eye. Varsity Lincoln seems more interested in making money now then investing in a recurring customer. I complained and received a voice mail from the sales manager, but that's all I got, a voicemail. He gave me his personal cell phone #, but never answered when I called, and his voicemail was a women's voice, how disgusting!. Ladies, if they have a Lincoln you want, bring a man to represent you!!!!
Great place awesome service. - Rick C Peters
Got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. Thank you Bob Maxey for personally taking care of our purchase. Bob Maxey Ford goes above and beyond for the customer.
Excellent service - Amsrenee
I have worked with Paul from Bob Maxey. He's been our sales rep for the past 15 years. He delivers our vehicles to our home and/or office with the paperwork, plates and insurance all handled. Would not use anyone else
Very professional - angela carroll
They welcome you as soon as you enter the showroom, very courteous and professional. They will even offer you a beverage or a snack. I highly recommend Lincoln of Troy
sales dept desperatelylacking. Parts and service were great - Wifeloves2shop
Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.
Terrible customer service - JoeR
I took my care to Imlay City Ford as there was a great deal of road noise. I had had a previous problem with my shocks and struts and knew that the tires had some chopping from that issue but the road noise had increased and I thought perhaps a ball joint or wheel bearing was worn. After initial inspection I was told that the tires were shot due to uneven wear. This was expected and known to me. I was also told that the rear stabilizer bar was worn and needed replacing. I approved the repairs and received a quote for the repairs. Later on in that day I received a call stating that the tech had found that the right from wheel bearing was no good and this was not found on initial inspection. I authorized repair of this item also as I had suspicions that there might be an issue with these components. While repairing the wheel bearing the tech performing work stated and I quote from the bill "right front outer tie rod...separated during wheel bearing replacement". They told me that they would get the part in and the car would still be done that day. The part did not come in and the car was not completed until the following day. The service center also told me that due to having to replace the tie rod I would need a four wheel alignment. I told them not to break anything else while they were "fixing" my car. I had to borrow a car for work as mine was not ready and I need my car for my job. When I picked the car up the person who took me to the billing window was very smug and did not offer any sort of apology for the extra time or expense to fix the vehicle. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again and I will strongly recommend that others who are considering dealing with them look elsewhere. Worst customer service experience ever. Below is the list of all employees listed on my invoice.
Dissappointed - Mike
My wife and I drove over an hour to come look at a used car this past weekend. I spoke to one of the used car salesmen about this vehicle before making the trip. All he did was rave about how nice of a car it was, how clean it was and how it was the sales managers demo. I guess these guys don't actually look at or know anything about the used cars they are selling. This suv was a 2015 with only 27000 miles however with the amount of wear and tear this vehicle had, one would have thought the odometer was well over 100000 miles. Needless to say, it was a total waste of time and I will never visit this dealership again.
