I had a great experience at Jack Demmer Lincoln, I had decided to lease for the very first time. Barry Price was the first person I talked to. I told him I wasn't ready to buy a car that day but I wanted all the information on leasing a MKZ. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions plus explained the great perks! What I liked was no pressure. After thinking it all over, and discussing it with my son, I returned to see Barry and, of course, asked him a lot more questions. Being a senior, I was just nervous about how to use all the gadgets on the car. Barry was so patient and explained them to me and assured me I could come back anytime to review them. The car was ready when promised, he introduced me to the Service Dept. and Barry again patiently explained all the gadgets to me. I was very pleased with leasing my car at Jack Demmer Lincoln with Barry as my Salesman and will gladly recommend both to family and friends.
Zero support after the sale - Nate
Bought a $22,000 used Ford Edge from Star Lincoln late March when it was still cold out. It is now May and warm enough to run the Air conditioning, which does not blow cold air. Contacted dealership to make them aware of the situation so they could take care of their customer. I was shocked to find out that they refused to consider helping us and asked patronizing questions about why we hadn't run the AC sooner. The reality is, we bought a nice car from these guys and they refuse to do the right thing less than two months after our purchase. The sale is completed so they don't care. I'll take solace in knowing they've already lost business that's worth much more than it would have cost them to have integrity.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact, that my sales rep Michael Cash sold my car right from under me as if I didn't matter. It was quite disheartening. I chose another vehicle I would be interested in 2014 Lincoln MKZ hybrid Sunset it was listed at 18,999 he didn't want to negotiate any lower. Now I see it for under the price I wanted it for it is not being listed for 17,999. I am pissed I was approved and have been waiting for them to call me to accept my offer, have I gotten a call yet, xxxx naw. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I did go to another dealer Bob Maxey and found the very same vehicle 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid love it. Highly recommend Bob Maxey over Varsity in Novi.

We have been leasing our cars through Crest Lincoln for years and would not consider going anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, but it is Chris Tesmar that we are most impressed with. We gave him our requirements for the Lincoln MKZ we wanted to lease, and Chris came through with everything on our wish list, including exterior and interior colors. He goes above and beyond what one would expect from a salesperson., and always comes through with what we want. I love our MKZ and have already recommended Chris and Crest to our friends and family.

I purchased 2 vehicles from their used car department. The sales team was great I would recommend them in a heartbeat, unfortunately I would not recommend their service center, trust their used car inspection or even rely on the owner to step up and resolve the issue in the name of good customer service.
I bought 2 cars both have had issues. The first car has been in the service center twice and still has the same problem plus an additional noise that it shouldn't have.
The second car has several issues and hasn't even been looked at by the service center. I was told not to worry about it because it is still under factory warranty so I should take it to the Chrysler service center, even though Chrysler didn't sell it to me.
The service center acted as if I was an inconvience to them so I called the owner who said he would call me back because he was with a customer. I never received a call back from him but instead got a call from the sales manager who stated that the owner said he would buy both cars back. I don't want to sell my cars back I want them fixed.
Sales people are great but I would not recommend Northgate Ford and lincoln.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

My experiences with the service department have been beyond bad. Nobody knows anything and it takes then 30 minutes to figure anything out. No communication.

BEWARE of BOB MAXEY Lincoln! They are SHADY!! I have an ext wrnty! I took my car in FOUR times to get the SAME issue w/ my trans fixed. The 1st time I paid $199 & they didn't fix it. They didn't charge the next 2 x's I turned it in (I drove off w/ it still screwed up) & 4th they FINALLY fig it out as it got SO bad it finally blew a code but they then demanded I pay $104 for the wrnty work again stating it was something different that was wrong even though it "acted" the exact same. Not!! So if the "wrnty charge" is $104 WHY did charge $199 the first time? He held my car hostage to get more out of me for the SAME problem?! The svc mgr, Phil, was a huge dick! Yelled at me when I questioned it & demanded the money! Also my seat is still broken that I've turned in before. PLUS...before I turned in my car I getting 18-20mpg. I didn't get the "$300 tune up" Phil said to get so after I got it back, BARELY gets 15mpg now! Gee that's not suspicious!! I have ZERO confidence/trust in their SVC dept!

My wife and I drove over an hour to come look at a used car this past weekend. I spoke to one of the used car salesmen about this vehicle before making the trip. All he did was rave about how nice of a car it was, how clean it was and how it was the sales managers demo. I guess these guys don't actually look at or know anything about the used cars they are selling. This suv was a 2015 with only 27000 miles however with the amount of wear and tear this vehicle had, one would have thought the odometer was well over 100000 miles. Needless to say, it was a total waste of time and I will never visit this dealership again.

My mother recently purchased a used Lincoln MKZ from this dealership. The car needed service on her passenger side airbag. The repair was made with no issues, she was given a loaner car (even more luxurious than the one she purchased) and the technician noticed she had a tire in her trunk with a bent rim (pothole. Ugh.) and reminded her that she had paid extra for tire insurance and took the initiative to replace that rim !! She is very happy with the service and courteous treatment she received and so am I !! I recommend this dealership for sales and service. Job well-done : )
