I'm on my fourth Z. I love them like I love my own kids. I live to drive. I stalk NISMO and GTR's on the track. I joined a rally team. I can't wait to alter my exhaust and boost the engine. I'd like to sport the Suburban logo around town on my car with a creative wrap.
Z's are still a design work in process; they have issues from time to time. We Z people understand this and relish the opportunity to figure it out with our dealership service partners.
I'm beyond fortunate. Dave gets it. He's direct, he's honest and he goes the extra mile. Not only does he follow up on parts and tire plugs religiously, but he fits in in the service day at the request of the client. This is so rare, I brag about to my "buy only American" friends who give me grief about buying an import in this Detroit suburb.
The most experienced mechanic in this dealership has worked on all my cars. I wouldn't have it any other way. When I needed a new clutch (for $3500) on no notice and without warranty (still had 1000 miles left to go) available, I was not happy. We came to an agreement and Dave shepherded the transaction through and got me the service points I deserved. I would rather have split the cost with Nissan (the car had stayed outside in snow long before I bought it new and I think may have been predisposed to problems), but they didn't have control of that decision.
I understoood and believed because unlike other service departments we all know exist in The Hall of Shame, this one is different. There is clearly a lot of turnover in staff, but Dave is a coolheaded professional with a sense of grace and humor under pressure. The staff respect him and it shows.
Please formally commend Dave and the staff who always support me when my tire sensors overreact and I stop by for popcorn and a chat with Laith.
I'm a consumer advocate and Chairman of a local municipal board. I deal with complaints from cable subscribers, arguably the worst customer service on earth, every week.

The enire staff was very professional and easy to work with. From my initial call to Lindsay the Internet sales manager who did not hesitate to beat my best deal she was very pleasant , courteous and professional. I then was turned over to Will Allen (salesperson ) who complete my sale. He again was just as kind , courteous and professional as Lindsay. I then met sales manager I think his name was Mike and he again carried the same professional theme. I closed out with Don the Finance Manager and he was just as easy and pleasant to work with. I have used Jeffrey Nissan in the past for oil changes, warranty work. This was the first time having them do any extensive work on my 2013 Nissan Altima. I had the brakes done, ok job, but they still make noise under soft braking. The window wasn't right so I had them take a look at it. They said it was the window regulator. I had them order the part for a later date, ''I was having the front and rear bumper covers painted at the same time". I drop it off on the way out of town for vacation.
I returned four days later called the services center they informed that my car would be ready the next day. I traveled to Jeffrey in Roseville, Mi from my home in Port Huron, Mi, about a 50 min drive. I inspected the car i saw that their were the same marks on the rear bumper on the left side I pointed them out to the manager and asked why they weren't fixed, his responds was that I didn't ask for that spot to be fixed. I then saw that another spot on the other side was fixed I then pointed out to the manager that I didn't ask for that spot to be fixed. He then realized my point, and said that he would take care of it. I then checked if window had been fixed. Started the car and the same problem occurred. I then had to go to service and ask why the window problem wasn't fixed. The lady that I spoke to started to give me every reason why the window wasn't fixed, I stop her on the third excuse and said "After the technician installed the new window regulator he didn't push the button on the door to see if it was fixed". She then realized that they had failed to do a proper job. So at the end of the day I had to leave my car for 3 more days.
I called them up on Friday they said that I could pick my car up on Saturday. My wife and I drove down to Roseville to find that the window wasn't fixable, "The excuse was that all Nissan Altimas do that. I said really, then why did I just start having this problem two months ago. She said "That is our answer". They did reimburses the price of the part, but not the labor. As for the paint job well they said they did there best. I will never go back to Jeffrey Nissan again. THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A PICTURE OF MY ALTIMA CAUSE THEY WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. Gary Coburn.

Worst car buying experience ever - EMt
Sales person Dimitri Mayoub and General manager John Fennessey provided the most awful stressful car buying experience ever. I turned in my 2016 Altima to purchase a 2105 Rogue. They gave their wordaily that my ENTIRE lease Balance would be paid off, that was in a October 2016. It is now February 2017 and the balance is in collections. I have tried to reach Mr. Fennessey via phone and email several times to no avail. I also contacted Nissan Corporate and they won't even answer their phone calls. So unless professional. I am in the office for a service appointment and I talked to them face to face and still no answer, just took down my name and number.
