All Pro Nissan of Dearborn is an excellent place to purchase cars! Zahraa Amhaz went above and beyond to make sure I purchased my Nissan Rogue with all the options that I was looking for. She gave me suggestions and her advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a Rouge SV the process was absolutely painless. She was absolutely professional and courteous. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Zahraa Amhaz to anyone who is looking for a new Nissan vehicle.

Without a doubt, the best dealership I've ever purchased from. Reginald knew his stuff. He was polite, excited, and answered every question I had without ever being pushy. Most importantly, he took the time to speak with my wife about the car, instead of just ignoring her (the way a lot of car dealers do with women). When I inevitably buy another vehicle, I'm going to Suburban, and I'm going to specifically ask for Reginald.

Worst car buying experience ever - EMt
Sales person Dimitri Mayoub and General manager John Fennessey provided the most awful stressful car buying experience ever. I turned in my 2016 Altima to purchase a 2105 Rogue. They gave their wordaily that my ENTIRE lease Balance would be paid off, that was in a October 2016. It is now February 2017 and the balance is in collections. I have tried to reach Mr. Fennessey via phone and email several times to no avail. I also contacted Nissan Corporate and they won't even answer their phone calls. So unless professional. I am in the office for a service appointment and I talked to them face to face and still no answer, just took down my name and number.

This dealer does not deserve your business. I went in today after speaking with Kevin to see and drive a preowned 2013 BMW, which the price I'm still not sure. After looking at it I asked yo drive it to tale it Homs to show my wife. As he was copying my drivers license. A manager walks over to me and says that I can't take the car alone because its a "high line car", what does that mean even? Its used and not a race car. I'm over 30 years old have purchased many cars new and used and never once did I have to drive with someone to show my wife the car! I expressed my dissatisfaction and was simply told have a nice day. I've even been allowed to take cars home for the night to really get a good feeling for something I'll be paying for for years and years.
I was very interested in the car, was not just coming to kick tires. I simply believe its because I wasn't dressed like I could afford a car. Would it have been different if I was buying a new Nissan? Which probably costs more than the used BMW. His " high line" remark wouldn't apply then. I'm so disappointed! They have lost my potential business. Too bad Kevin missed out because of this totally unprofessional manager. They aren't the only car dealer on the block.
