I enjoyed working with John Ashcraft, salesman and Lydia Reed, sales manager, even though I was never introduced to her; but she is the behind the scenes person who can make or break a deal with the Salesperson. The main thing I would suggest is know what you want before you go. By being prepared, I knew what John was talking about when he mentioned certain model features to me. I could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a price I would be comfortable; and it would not break my budget. I also enjoyed the fact that no pressure was placed on me to purchase warranties for tires, etc.

Dave is the best, he makes sure he asked all the right questions just in case you wanted to asked but you forgot, it's like he can read minds, awesome guy. He doesn't pressure you in doing the work but he advised you on the importance of the vehicle issues and the safety and how important it is to get the work done.

I always have a good experience when I go to the Nissan dealership. The employees are all very courteous and helpful. The waiting room has everything to make your wait more enjoyable; vending machines with snacks and beverages, free bottled water, newspapers and magazines, a TV and free Wi-Fi. Plus my car comes back washed and cleaned inside. what more could you want.

Sales person Dimitri Mayoub and General manager John Fennessey provided the most awful stressful car buying experience ever. I turned in my 2016 Altima to purchase a 2105 Rogue. They gave their wordaily that my ENTIRE lease Balance would be paid off, that was in a October 2016. It is now February 2017 and the balance is in collections. I have tried to reach Mr. Fennessey via phone and email several times to no avail. I also contacted Nissan Corporate and they won't even answer their phone calls. So unless professional. I am in the office for a service appointment and I talked to them face to face and still no answer, just took down my name and number.
