I couldn’t be happier with my new RDX with Pete Sanches at John Eagle Acura! He’s extremely helpful and friendly, and he has very good knowledge about the vehicle. He answered all my questions with honest answers; Pete is true to his words on a quote I have received. I was especially impressed to the details and customer services that he explained to us. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. This is my first Acura purchase, and I have had a pleasant experience from start to finish, highly recommend.

When purchasing, and now servicing our vehicle, we have encountered nothing but kind, respectful and helpful representatives. They have been very accommodating and gone out of their way to eliminate any inconvenience. Their customer service has been wonderful!! As well as their services!!

I have been called to pick up my car but apparently the service department is already closed when I got there and no one left my key to sales department. talked to the sales manager and he said he can't do anything about it and it's my fault because I came late. Seriously. C'mon.
