I scheduled everything on John Eagle's Website which is very user friendly. I requested and received an e-mail within minutes for a market price on the Acura ILX W/Technology Plus Package. I also made an appointment to come in and test drive the car I was interested in. Received confirmation of appointment by e-mail and a follow up call as well. This process was seamless and I was looking to purchase my car the same day. I came in for my scheduled test drive and was greeted and met Pete Sanchez. Pete is a marvelous person, he asked me what I was looking for and I told him the Acura ILX and that I had gone on the website to schedule everything, etc. I told Pete although I was interested in the ILX, I also wanted to look at the TLX to see which was a better fit for me. Pete showed me both cars, I set in both and told him the TLX was a little big for me, so I would go with the ILX. He showed me the color charts for the exterior and interior of the cars. We walked the lot and I look at several colors but I knew what I wanted before I came in, but it's good to compare other options to be sure. Pete was very informative and patient, he answered all of my questions and provided extra information as well. I told Pete I was a repeat customer of John Eagle Acura and that my Acura had served me well. Pete took me for a test drive in the Acura ILX and showed me the bells and whistles of my car. Pete Sanchez rocks, he is a very exuberant professional person, he know his business in and out, has an outstanding personality and awesome showmanship. I purchased my Acura ILX the same day and I would definitely recommend John Eagle Acura to all of my friends, co-workers and most of all my family. John Eagle Acura has a great team of professionals at their best in the car business. Thank you so much Pete Sanchez for an awesome car buying experience. We really do not like car shopping, but Roger Rodems treated us professionally and was very knowledgeable with our many questions. We have owned the car now for almost a year, and it has been reliable and fun to drive! First routine service visit was excellent. Great customer service! Thank you all!

Wow rude sales people and sales director. They are very shady there. They claimed that Acura currently don't have any discounts or incentives and there's no way to get a lower price. Really who in their right mind would pay MSRP?! They were trying to take advantage of us because we were two females. Because the other Acura dealerships were offering thousands of dollars off for the same vehicle so I know they are shady!! I know because I email the internet sales manager for different dealerships.
Additionally, I let them know that a competitor car brand in a similar price range was being heavily discounted and the sales director basically called me a liar! Not only that he goes off and lies to us stating that he called them and verified that price was not possible. So of course we get up and leave Acura and go next door to purchase that very car for a lesser price!
Sorry Acura. Hire the right people and maybe you wouldn't lose customers.

RUN from this dealership! I bought a car back in January and still do not have the plates. I have called a total of 10 times only to be told "a manager will call you right back" and they NEVER call back. I am going on 4 months and still no plates. Not only that but they promised me an extra key since they only gave me 1 key in the first place and the actual owners manual but nope nothing. THEY WILL AVOID YOUR CALLS AND LIE TO YOU!!!
