I have purchased several autos from Ron Carter. When you treat your customers right they will come back.
They have a large selection to choose from and it's nice to compare brands at the same facility
Great Service - Karina Nguyen
Excellent service. We met a excellent sales person by name Pete Ramirez who did satisfying job. Even though it took us two days to make a fantastic deal. We are proud n happy 😊 of their service. We are recommend others and now on wards Northwest's Dodge became part of our family.
Love this place now - Diesel truck
Like I said before previously it was a rocky start my first visit to Clearlake dodge. But time and time again I'm more and more amazed at what Michelle Paxton accomplishes for me at this place!!! She goes above and beyond what's expected of her in my opinion. This is no BS guys and gals. On another point I've now grown fond of Mrs. Dorena Boyd the service drive woman who greats me as I'm exiting my truck. It's like she knows my truck.
All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!

WORST POST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER - vellison123
I purchased a used Mercedes from the dealership here Thanks giving weekend. We looked for a huge name dealer for a reason. I was expecting to receive the upmost honest fair used car buying experience here. I was very clear ( have it in email) in asking the sales dealer if there was anything mechanically wrong I was advised there were nothing wrong with the car just cosmetic. There was also a tail light error on the car. When the salesman was asked he only advised that the car needed to be reset. After speaking with a very, rude and obnoxious sales man DENNIS FOLEY he responded “you bought your car 5 mths ago ...(Anyone who can count knows it’s been 3 1/2) what do you expect. He was uninterested in letting me speak at all. He was almost angry I was telling him about an obvious pr-existing issue. Next I spoke with a Steve Wolf - GM who I’d thought be concerned about selling of a lemon but he was also not interested in anything I had to say. Speaking over me stating the words AS IS AS AIS….. Exclaiming it is an AS IS vehicle "should I mail you what you signed? I explained I did not know about this until I took it in for a oil change at the MERCEDES DEALERSHIP- In a degrading way asked me why did I buy the vehicle , asking me why’d I wait. I tried explaining to him again that I was unaware of the oil leak and the tail light malfunction due to the fact that it was noticed for the regular service maintenance visit. This was how I knew. I explained to him I was told there were no leaks on the car and nothing mechanically was wrong. Bottom line communication with this dealership was dishonest. If I ask you about any oil leaks and mechanical issues this should be upfront. Instead it was hidden, tail light malfunction and an oil leak. They covered this up pretty well. Now we are stuck 3 mths later with a 3k repair costs while these dishonest people believe they can get away with it. I bought this 2006 car with only 61k miles. They clearly knew this was a lemon, Instead of being honest they would rather make a quick $$. Any smart business man would understand it takes just 1 person to burn to loose thousands in business, money and reputation. I expected better …… The GM STEVE WOLF is standing by " AS IS - however if I asked you is there anything mechanically wrong with the vehicle and if there are any leaks we are aware of and if I point out why is there an error on the tail light - the responses should've been honest. - Plain and simple these responses were not.
no radio, new ttuck - Radiowaiting
People were nice, but they broke the radio, they ordered another on, but this was a month ago and still can't get one in. (New truck with no radio), I explain to them I am on the road over 30hrs a week early or late at night and the radio helps to keep me awake,, still waiting!!!
Sales of new vehichle - Carguy
Fast talking sales manager gave a reasonable price for new vehichle
Then he insulted me with offer of our trade in
Lost the sale
Sad very sad. He was savvy enuff to come out with a decent price but not smart enuff to not insult me with a trade in value below trade in value of KBB WHICH I HAD IN HAND
Lies, lies, lies!!! - 40mofo
Keep your eye on what they tell you. Now I'm stuck with a $3000 extended warranty. Useless! Definitely not a pleasant experience. Not to mention the salesman was so upset, he yelled at me
Cool xxx salesman - Charles Johnson

Great help by sales team - HoustonDan
The negative reviews here for Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram very much surprise me. This too is coming from someone that ultimately didn't even buy his car from them. I was in the market for either a used or possibly new Jeep and worked with Joe/Jose Hernandez. Joe himself was fantastic. He did absolutely everything in his power to get me a great deal on the exact Jeep I wanted. This included wheeling and dealing with other dealerships. In the end, everything fell through at the last minute by no fault of his own as he couldn't get me the exact car I wanted because of a miscommunication from one of the dealerships he was negotiating with. I had even put down a deposit because we thought it was a done deal. Once I found out it fell through, Joe was quick to apologize and refund my money even though it wasn't his fault. Eventually, he did find the car I wanted a day later but by that time I had already purchased another car. Still, I would not hesitate to contact Joe again the next time my wife or I need another car.
Liars and Thieves - TSB8C
Two things a dealership must do right: sales and service. These guys lied during and after the sale and then refuse to service under warranty issues. I was tricked into purchasing a vehicle I did not want via deceptive claims to get a non-refundable deposit. Lied to about work to correct the issues with the vehicle before taking it home. Have since returned numerous times for warranty repairs they now refuse to fix.
Sales - Hank03
Me and my wife wanted to buy a Jeep Wrangle. sales person said he could get us approved. We spent our precious time trying to work with them to make a deal all afternoon. The deal never happen they tried to rip me off on my trade in he said they would try to give me a better deal by that following Monday, and we never received a call email nothing. So I called 3 days later left messages never got back with me, until I complained if they wanted to sale me a car or what. Finally a manager in finance call me and did the same thing to us. So we went to Helfmen Doge on Katy Frwy and silber and they treated us so kind and went out of their way to put us in what we wanted and got a better deal on my trade in and Jeep.
Bogus fees and no post purchase customer service - Lake Lure
All purchasers should request/demand that the charges added for "Documentary Fee" and "Dealers Inventory Tax" be removed from the Vehicle Purchase Order. I had my loan officer negotiate those fees away prior to closing. Hey, a deal's a deal. Don't tell us what you'd take for the vehicle then add in additional fees that were not agreed to. The personal property tax is the real joke. Mac Haik DCJ asks you to reimburse them for personal property taxes they paid on the vehicle you purchased. Just imagine how they would respond if you asked them to pay the personal property tax you paid on the vehicle you traded in/replaced. And document fees? Come on people. That's a cost of doing business. Try to get the dealer to pay you for the gas you used to get to their dealership or for lost wages if you took time off from work. As for post purchase customer service, there's not much to say other than it doesn't exist. They did not return my phone calls or emails even when I was told someone would contact me. You may get to leave a voice mail, but you'll never actually have a live conversation with anyone.
HORRIBLE AWFUL LIARS - mexicangohome

You MAY Have A Good Buying Experience... - DodgeDead
But just wait until your Dodge breaks down. It will. Trust me. I've posted on other social media sites so I'll keep this brief. I have a manufacturer's warranty AND an extended warranty on my 2012 Dodge Durango. It keeps stalling but it won't show a diag code. Since there's no code Dodge corporate and AutoNation either flat our refuse to fix my car or give me the run around. Luckily, my wife fought hard enough with corporate to convince AutoNation to bring my car back in AND give us a rental. However, now we have no idea what service will be performed on our car, who will look at it (hopefully not the knuckleheads who've already looked at it once), and when we will get it back. I refuse to accept it back without verification of someone higher up the food chain looking at it and serial #'s for new Mopar parts that have been used in repairing the vehicle. Do NOT buy a Dodge. It WILL catch up with you.
Terrible Service - jvv357
I brought my car in for transmission work. After 3wks and multiple phone calls I finally was told I needed a new transmission. They cut me a deal on labor from $105-$95. Bad part is I should have let them charge me $105. They charged me 10hrs labor for a job that everyone else in the industry charges 8hrs or less. $1400 for the transmission which they marked up over $600. Wow!! Finally after 6wks I got my car back and they had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to do some other work. If your vehicle is not in for warranty work, you better get pricing up front and do a little research before you say O.K. First and Last time I use them. Almost forgot, the core price they quoted was not the truth either.
WORST PLACE EVER - Summer&Justin
By far the worst experience ever! They sold me a truck and a month later called and said we had a better deal we needed to come in and discuss it and they asked for money a month and we said uh no! And they took the keys to our new truck! Who does that?! Any other company with any sense outta respect woulda sAid I'm sorry this was our mistKe so we will make it right and we will cover the mess up and make this right. But they took the new truck and kept our two trade ins. And had someone drive us home! Sorry company. Sorry service. Sorry business! Will never ever deal with them again! They are so shady and betrays customers and lies to you constantly! And doesn't keep you involved they do every thing so messed up and backwards! But with that being said atzenhoffer Chevy in Victoria tx heard about the bs port lavaca put us through and said they can help us get into something and will make sure that never happens again! And they got us in a brand new vehicle for an amazing amazing amazing price! Amazing service! Incredible people! Upfront! Honest! Helpful! Understanding! And took very good care of us! But I'm sure by now they are used to cleaning up after the port lavaca dealers! It's dealerships like port lavaca that give car salespersonnel and car dealerships a bad rep! But if you go to atzenhoffer they will change your whole perspective on car dealerships and that's a promise!
Do not buy from this dealership! Warning stay away!!!!!! - JeffCarlile76
I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Rebel Ram a few weeks ago. Upon inspecting the truck everything was good. After doing all the paperwork I was given one key to the truck. I asked where the other key was and was told by Benny Blanco the sales agent that I would be getting the other key in a day or two. After learning that I was lied to and that I was not going to be getting a second key I stormed into the dealership demanding the key that I was promised. I was then directed to Brett Campbell (sales manager) another liar. I was loud with my frustration toward Brett of being lied to. After I told Brett what I paid for the truck he informed me that I would get a refund for the cost of the missing key. He informed Benny to try and get the key first from the previous owner and if they could not reach out to the owner to get the key they would give me a refund so I can get another key programmed. I told them great now we are talking the same language. I said thanks I will see you in a couple of weeks. Two weeks has passed now I am being told by Brett and Benny that I was never told that I would get a refund. They are both liars - don't believe anything anyone says at Texan Dodge. Never believe a car salesman. Lesson learned - I will never do business with this dealership again - I will also tell everyone I know to stay away from Texan Dodge in Humble, TX.
