Sabrena was wonderful! - Tammy Foster
Sabrena was wonderful! We had spoken with her on the phone and when we got there, she had the truck pulled up to the front ready to test drive. Everything went fast and easy! Would recommend Sabrena to anyone wanting to purchase a new car. I did not have to sit there for hours haggling back and forth about price... I told her what I needed and she made it happen.

This place offered me the best service at a car dealership that I've ever received in my life. Ask for Chris or Teresa because they go above and beyond to help their customers.
Service Department Excellent - Rcbutter
I brought my Dodge 2500 in for a recall. Everyone was very friendly and professional. To my surprise I got my truck back in the same day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs service work done. 😁
Like buying from friends! - DarrenR
This is the best dealership!! Great prices, no pressure sales, excellent service. If you are looking for a dealership that you want to keep returning to when it's time to buy a new car ... this is the one! We have purchased 7 cars from these folks and it has been the same sales, floor manager, and finance manager for each one. That says a lot to us so we keep going back.
Relaxing - Mdhickman
Everyone here treats you like family. Chase really works hard to earn your business. I will always shop here in the future. Oh it's my fourth new dodge ram to purchase from team Dodge.
Great Service - Look
We were very pleased with our sales person, Shelby Burts and the rest of the sales team. All were very professional and helpful in getting the sale consummated and finalized. It's was a refreshing experience in that high pressure sales techniques used by most dealerships I've encountered were absent. In its place were just down to earth, realistic and respectful negotiations. Can't say enough about the friendliness we encountered.
Great staff, very personable! - JNarvaez
Had a great experience buying a Jeep here! Josh Martin was fantastic and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mario in financing was very informative and tried to get me the best possible deal. Everyone there was very nice and comforting, not overbearing or intimidating at all!
Very straightforward and quick purchase process - AlbertHellcat707

Life after the storm - Mizkekebby
Unexpected auto losses left me in a bind and without a vehicle but thanks to Darrie at Gulfgate Dodge made my transition a little more smoother.
New Jeep Wrangler - Taylor
Just bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealership. It was a great experience with everyone involved! The salesman were helpful, and the finance department was quick, and not pushy at all. I was not hassled about anything extra that I did not want to purchase (i.e. Extended Warranty). I will say- go online for better pricing first, before you go to test drive.
Best car buying experience !!! - Awalker28
I drove 2 hours to come to Winnie Dodge and it did not disappoint. Jason Roberts, my salesman was awesome! Got me the truck I wanted with all my aftermarket request with no hassling. It was an awesome experience buying a vehicle from him. Financing department was wonderful to work with. All in all I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. I will be back for future purchases
not good - snakebit
went in for oil change that I called and scheduled-first oil change on new vehicle. I was told they didn't have anything down about me coming in but would get to me. this change didn't take long. I left, drove about 15 miles, stopped for gas and oil was pouring out of vehicle. called service back, they gave me a number to call for a wrecker, waited in the 100 degree weather for wrecker. good thing I wasn't driving way out of town, motor might not have still been running.
sea of lost sales people - Katie
My Daughter and I stopped by the dealership one evening last week. We both walk in see several sales guys standing around on their phones. The only person that acknowledged us was the receptionist. She greeted us and asked if we needed help. After that the sales men looked up. We spoke with Omar he was very kind and knowledgeable to answer all our questions. we will definitely see him when we return next month.
A pleasure. - dallas
Purchasing my jeep was the easiest vehicle i have ever purchased. Only hassel was the flood postponed me from picking it up. The only thing better would have been purchasing for below blue book.
Great Experience... - Larry
The people at Tomball Dodge (Louis & Darrell) have always provided great service. They are honest on what needs to be done and have been very helpful when it comes to the amount of time required to get the work accomplished. We were taken care of from the time we walked into service all the way through to when we went to check out. Everyone was gracious and friendly. We will definitely be using their services for future and highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
more lies from Nathan - kennclie
beware of Nathan. He is a service writer. I contacted Chrysler about my issues and when Chrysler talked to him he bold face lied, just like I saw in other reviews. if you take your car or truck to this dealer you are crazy.
A great experience - Melissa Kirsch
Lura Masters was extremely helpful, honest, and made our truck buying experience great! We will definitely be repeat customers. I have never had such a awesome experience from start to finish!!!
Liars and Thieves - TSB8C
Two things a dealership must do right: sales and service. These guys lied during and after the sale and then refuse to service under warranty issues. I was tricked into purchasing a vehicle I did not want via deceptive claims to get a non-refundable deposit. Lied to about work to correct the issues with the vehicle before taking it home. Have since returned numerous times for warranty repairs they now refuse to fix.
WORST POST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER - vellison123
I purchased a used Mercedes from the dealership here Thanks giving weekend. We looked for a huge name dealer for a reason. I was expecting to receive the upmost honest fair used car buying experience here. I was very clear ( have it in email) in asking the sales dealer if there was anything mechanically wrong I was advised there were nothing wrong with the car just cosmetic. There was also a tail light error on the car. When the salesman was asked he only advised that the car needed to be reset. After speaking with a very, rude and obnoxious sales man DENNIS FOLEY he responded “you bought your car 5 mths ago ...(Anyone who can count knows it’s been 3 1/2) what do you expect. He was uninterested in letting me speak at all. He was almost angry I was telling him about an obvious pr-existing issue. Next I spoke with a Steve Wolf - GM who I’d thought be concerned about selling of a lemon but he was also not interested in anything I had to say. Speaking over me stating the words AS IS AS AIS….. Exclaiming it is an AS IS vehicle "should I mail you what you signed? I explained I did not know about this until I took it in for a oil change at the MERCEDES DEALERSHIP- In a degrading way asked me why did I buy the vehicle , asking me why’d I wait. I tried explaining to him again that I was unaware of the oil leak and the tail light malfunction due to the fact that it was noticed for the regular service maintenance visit. This was how I knew. I explained to him I was told there were no leaks on the car and nothing mechanically was wrong. Bottom line communication with this dealership was dishonest. If I ask you about any oil leaks and mechanical issues this should be upfront. Instead it was hidden, tail light malfunction and an oil leak. They covered this up pretty well. Now we are stuck 3 mths later with a 3k repair costs while these dishonest people believe they can get away with it. I bought this 2006 car with only 61k miles. They clearly knew this was a lemon, Instead of being honest they would rather make a quick $$. Any smart business man would understand it takes just 1 person to burn to loose thousands in business, money and reputation. I expected better …… The GM STEVE WOLF is standing by " AS IS - however if I asked you is there anything mechanically wrong with the vehicle and if there are any leaks we are aware of and if I point out why is there an error on the tail light - the responses should've been honest. - Plain and simple these responses were not.
POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.
Sold new car that was involved in an accident - Gillman
Purchase a new Grand Cherokee in 2015 and now that I am trying to sell discovered that it was involved in an accident.
Dishonest dealer didn't disclose this information. Stay away.
HORRIBLE AWFUL LIARS - mexicangohome

No upfront notice of diagnostic charges/overpriced estimate - Undisclosed Upfront Diagnostic Hostage Fees
Had our car towed to dealership for estimated repairs on a throttle body replacement. Service person did not identify any upfront diagnostic charges at estimate request. Upon receiving estimate for parts and service, respectfully informed service person I would like to check with secondary repair shop. Found expert shop to do same repair for 2 hours less quoted labor time, a free loaner car, and an overall savings of over $200 on a $600 repair. Upon contacting the delaership and politely requesting when the vehicle would be available for pick up by a towing company, the service person stated she would release the car when a $110 diagnostic fee was paid. Paid the hostage fee and moved the repair to the better source. Shady and shallow business practice. Don't blame the service person, appearantly - it's the dealership policy and business model.
Run Away!!! - Bnd1731
Terribly ran dealership with no apperent process any step of the way! Run as fast as you can! I spent 6 hours because they very “unusually busy”, going back and forth on price and that should have been my first clue. However, excitement of the new truck kept me waiting until I finally lost my cool at the end when they could not find my car I was trading in to move my stuff. One of the most unorganized places I have ever seen and sales team is a joke!
WORST PLACE EVER - Summer&Justin
By far the worst experience ever! They sold me a truck and a month later called and said we had a better deal we needed to come in and discuss it and they asked for money a month and we said uh no! And they took the keys to our new truck! Who does that?! Any other company with any sense outta respect woulda sAid I'm sorry this was our mistKe so we will make it right and we will cover the mess up and make this right. But they took the new truck and kept our two trade ins. And had someone drive us home! Sorry company. Sorry service. Sorry business! Will never ever deal with them again! They are so shady and betrays customers and lies to you constantly! And doesn't keep you involved they do every thing so messed up and backwards! But with that being said atzenhoffer Chevy in Victoria tx heard about the bs port lavaca put us through and said they can help us get into something and will make sure that never happens again! And they got us in a brand new vehicle for an amazing amazing amazing price! Amazing service! Incredible people! Upfront! Honest! Helpful! Understanding! And took very good care of us! But I'm sure by now they are used to cleaning up after the port lavaca dealers! It's dealerships like port lavaca that give car salespersonnel and car dealerships a bad rep! But if you go to atzenhoffer they will change your whole perspective on car dealerships and that's a promise!
