I called Southfork RAM broken and disheartened but the dealership, it's staff, management and owner were the most genuine and accommodating group of teammates. I can say this since I spoke, or went, to every other dealership in the greater Houston area. I almost gave up getting a RAM 1500 sport due to the awful impression of this brands dealer representation and seemingly dishonest business practices. That changed after my 67 mile trip, worth every mile...btw, out to Pearland.
I got what I wanted plus. I can't go into great detail but I will say that they made the price beyond fair and proved it (seriously), provided what they promised and hand delivered to my house where paperwork was finished. The dealership owner, delivered the vehicle since I live in an adjacent area, but who does that!? Southfork's owner, that's who.
I can't promise the owner will deliver your vehicle but even so, the experience will still impress you beyond expectations, as far as I believe.
I now know what my grandfather meant by "the good old days of business".

First I have documented proof! This dealer nearly caused my death and possibly death or injury to others by a proven faulty warranty repair issue that cost me my truck, injured me permanently and caused the loss of my business. It has cost my family greatly and with that said I have documented proof by forensic investigators furnished by Chrysler that this dealer did in fact commit a criminal act and did in fact ruin my income source as well as nearly costing me my life and then left me injured for life while simply dropping me in the grease. AGAIN ALL THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN AND THIS SPRING CHRYSLER AUTONATION DEALER has proven they do not care, it is simply about money no matter what they have to do and will destroy you if necessary for the dollar. I wish I could upload the proof but the fact is please,please stay away from these people!!!!! CRIMINAL DEALER in our book that to this day has told us to get screwed! With all the choices do you really want to risk dealing with these crooks?

I purchased a used Mercedes from the dealership here Thanks giving weekend. We looked for a huge name dealer for a reason. I was expecting to receive the upmost honest fair used car buying experience here. I was very clear ( have it in email) in asking the sales dealer if there was anything mechanically wrong I was advised there were nothing wrong with the car just cosmetic. There was also a tail light error on the car. When the salesman was asked he only advised that the car needed to be reset. After speaking with a very, rude and obnoxious sales man DENNIS FOLEY he responded “you bought your car 5 mths ago ...(Anyone who can count knows it’s been 3 1/2) what do you expect. He was uninterested in letting me speak at all. He was almost angry I was telling him about an obvious pr-existing issue. Next I spoke with a Steve Wolf - GM who I’d thought be concerned about selling of a lemon but he was also not interested in anything I had to say. Speaking over me stating the words AS IS AS AIS….. Exclaiming it is an AS IS vehicle "should I mail you what you signed? I explained I did not know about this until I took it in for a oil change at the MERCEDES DEALERSHIP- In a degrading way asked me why did I buy the vehicle , asking me why’d I wait. I tried explaining to him again that I was unaware of the oil leak and the tail light malfunction due to the fact that it was noticed for the regular service maintenance visit. This was how I knew. I explained to him I was told there were no leaks on the car and nothing mechanically was wrong. Bottom line communication with this dealership was dishonest. If I ask you about any oil leaks and mechanical issues this should be upfront. Instead it was hidden, tail light malfunction and an oil leak. They covered this up pretty well. Now we are stuck 3 mths later with a 3k repair costs while these dishonest people believe they can get away with it. I bought this 2006 car with only 61k miles. They clearly knew this was a lemon, Instead of being honest they would rather make a quick $$. Any smart business man would understand it takes just 1 person to burn to loose thousands in business, money and reputation. I expected better …… The GM STEVE WOLF is standing by " AS IS - however if I asked you is there anything mechanically wrong with the vehicle and if there are any leaks we are aware of and if I point out why is there an error on the tail light - the responses should've been honest. - Plain and simple these responses were not.

I bought a jeep from them in Dec.2016 March of 2017 i needed a engine replacement bayshore service department installed it and here it is June 2017 and I have to get another engine replacement and they expect me to pay it out of pocket there is no way I should have to have 2 engine replacements within 3 months of each other! I am fed up with bayshore and there poor customer service! I hate to take it there but my lawyer will be involved!

Two things a dealership must do right: sales and service. These guys lied during and after the sale and then refuse to service under warranty issues. I was tricked into purchasing a vehicle I did not want via deceptive claims to get a non-refundable deposit. Lied to about work to correct the issues with the vehicle before taking it home. Have since returned numerous times for warranty repairs they now refuse to fix.
POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.

After getting a very good deal through my bank I headed to the dealership to meet Mr. Eric Villata, sales manager. I was totally surprised when Eric was able to get me an even better interest rate than the bank and I was able to get an extended warranty and still keep the payments at what I wanted. They are absolutely fantastic in going out of their way to satisfy a customer. The people in the finance department were just as great and easy to work with. What a great group of people at Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge West Sam Houston. I will certainly recommend all my friends to visit this dealership. They will work on getting you the lowest interest rate possible. Better than a bank.

I had my Jeep Liberty in for some diagnostics on a transmission, AC blower, TPSM and leak issues. Yes it's a teen car. I paid the $110 diagnostic fee and was told about all the repairs and recommended by the tech that I do not make the repairs due to some rust issues.
Fast forward a few months and I decide to keep the car and want the AC blower and TPSM repaired. They told me they had no record of the recommended fixes just that I refused repairs.
I was charged another $110 to re-diagnose the AC blower and $185 to reprogram the TPSM per their recommendation from our first trip. The estimate for the two repairs from my first trip were apx $330. After $410 of repairs ($380 "all in" estimate this time plus $28 shop fees are not included in the "all in" estimate) I drive out with both repairs complete. I felt a little burned, but was happy to have the car repaired.
Two hours later, my TPSM light is back on with the error message. I call this morning and leave a message only to be called back with the greeting of "we reprogrammed the TPSM just as you asked". In order for them to touch the car it's another $110 diagnosis charge. The ultimate insult, this is their service manager. He also then told me I only paid for the diagnostic on the transmission last time but one day earlier told me he had no records from that previous visit even though all of the items were on the original work order.
In summary, before you take your car here consider the following:
- The service manager will take no responsibility for their repairs. I was fine if I took the car back and had to pay for an additional repair, but to pay $110 for them to check a problem they fixed was not right.
- "All In" quotes do not include everything. I get they charge shop fees, but that's why I asked for an all in quote.
- Don't trust these guys. Stories changed. Estimates changed. Didn't stand behind their repairs.
In the end they were unwilling to assume any responsibility and just wanted my money and me gone.

It is going on 3 weeks and they never returned our down payment.

By far the worst experience ever! They sold me a truck and a month later called and said we had a better deal we needed to come in and discuss it and they asked for money a month and we said uh no! And they took the keys to our new truck! Who does that?! Any other company with any sense outta respect woulda sAid I'm sorry this was our mistKe so we will make it right and we will cover the mess up and make this right. But they took the new truck and kept our two trade ins. And had someone drive us home! Sorry company. Sorry service. Sorry business! Will never ever deal with them again! They are so shady and betrays customers and lies to you constantly! And doesn't keep you involved they do every thing so messed up and backwards! But with that being said atzenhoffer Chevy in Victoria tx heard about the bs port lavaca put us through and said they can help us get into something and will make sure that never happens again! And they got us in a brand new vehicle for an amazing amazing amazing price! Amazing service! Incredible people! Upfront! Honest! Helpful! Understanding! And took very good care of us! But I'm sure by now they are used to cleaning up after the port lavaca dealers! It's dealerships like port lavaca that give car salespersonnel and car dealerships a bad rep! But if you go to atzenhoffer they will change your whole perspective on car dealerships and that's a promise!
