What can I say, all the other positive reviews that you read are all on point. I traveled from Dallas to come to this dealership since they were the only ones in a 500 mile radius that had the exact BMW that I wanted. My salesperson David Cummings was great and I very much appreciated his honesty. He provided all the photos and videos I asked for and answered all my questions, and believe me I had a ton of questions for him, probably over 10 emails in one day and all were answered almost immediately. The excellent customer service did not stop there, I traveled to Houston and was picked up by their porter named Cole. He was on time and very friendly. Once onsite I was literally in and out within 30 minutes. The finance manager Mike was another superstar. The team knew I was going to drive the car back to Dallas and was hoping to beat the traffic. Awesome team work by everyone to get everything done quickly. I have bought from high end dealerships for the last 10 years, and this experience has all of them beat. I recommended this place to all my friends that live in Houston. I love the car and loved my experience with this dealership!!

This place changed my oil and did not renew the gasket. I had to put 3 quarts of oil into the engine just days after. They did not check the tires or fill my washer fluid, everything that was on the receipt was not done! My starter failed because of oil saturation! They did not make it right! They charged me 600 plus dollars and will not own up to they're mistake!

Too many issues wrong with the car before the warranty expired, however, now that the warranty is expired the same issues that was being brought to their attention earlier has gotten worst and they want to charge you these high prices. I have had an engine replaced, on the second transmission within one month of replacing the transmission. They have destroyed my gear, replaced the seat warmers 3 times within two years. Now the car is squeaking badly. Only after changing my transmission did this noise occur. I got a second opinion at this point and I have been told that they did not put a cap on the transmission because there is a hole in it. The dealership claims the hole is normal and that is not causing the noise. All throughout this process they practically was willing to give me a brand new car to trade in the one I bought. I declined it because I will never buy another car that this dealer promotes.

I have no complaint with the salesman Michael Ballard. He only did what he was told by the sales manager. I traded in 2 vehicles, a 2005 Chevrolet ¾ ton crew cab w/ 4 WD, diesel that had less than 25k miles and in excellent condition. I also traded a 2014 Mercedes C250 sedan with 5k miles. After almost 2 hrs. of going back and forth the sales manager told my salesman they couldn’t give me more than 41k for the 2 vehicles. This process included at first not honoring the internet price. According to all trade in values I researched the value of both vehicles and found the value at the least 46k. A friend was interested in the truck and called in the AM on the 11th. After calling 3 times he was told the truck had already sold that morning. He asked the price and was told for 25k. I DO NOT like being lied to. I blame your sales manager. I know you are in business to make money, but I think 6500. on one trade is too much. I went in with trade in values I had researched and had online offers above what you allowed. I have purchased 8 new vehicles in the last 6 yrs. and this was the first time I traded. You got to me this time, but you will never get another chance. I told the salesman that that was the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle without pricing other dealers. Shame on me! Thanks for the worst auto deal of my life and I will let all know about this. Your reputation of being dishonest with customers will hurt you and your dealership.
Ideal Parts Department - njm
Our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 needed the air suspension compressor assembly replaced and the factory part was back ordered for WEEKS! However, the employees in the parts department went above and beyond in locating the items and had my husband back in his truck in just a couple of days!

What should take no more than a week to fix took this dealership three months and at the end of the day, they still did a bad job. The bare metal on my steering column remains exposed and they have the audacity to tell me they couldn't do anything about it. Trust me, you don't wanna use this dealership for your repair work.
You call them, leave a voicemail and they never call you back. In fact, I believe the contact person at the service department with whom I had to deal deliberately ignored my calls. I can't tell you enough how irritated I am with this dealership. I always had to call and push them for them to move a finger on my vehicle. They never would have cared if my vehicle remained with them for a while year. This is by far the worst repair experience of my life. Seriously.

Randy Bryant is a joke. He is the biggest condescending person that I have ever met.. It seems that he is just an unhappy man. It seems he is upset that he is at a dead end job and the younger generation is doing better than him.I would highly recommend using another dealership. The finance department says they put your money and down payment towards one thing and don't do it. Then when they(Randy Bryant) get called on their lies they get defensive and condescending because this younger generation just outsmarted them
8 Days before they looked at my vehicle - James Farrell
8 days and a $450 Hertz Rental Car bill later I get a call to let me know that the issue with the vehicle is not covered under warranty. The service department was so busy it took going down to the dealership a second time to even get them to look at it. In 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and charged me $90 for the work. That is reasonable and understand, but the fact it took 8 Days to even look at it is unacceptable and the fact they knew this and put us in a rental car is even worse (Just because its not covered under warranty. I have called multiple times to explain my case and the service guy is nice enough but says there’s nothing he can do. I would not recommend using this dealership for any service work as they think 8 Days is a reasonable amount of time for your vehicle to be parked before being looked at. Never in my 30 years of dealing with Car dealerships have I ever heard of or experienced this type of service. Even if this was covered under warranty GM is going to pick up the cost? I doubt they would have covered all those days.

I brought my car in for transmission work. After 3wks and multiple phone calls I finally was told I needed a new transmission. They cut me a deal on labor from $105-$95. Bad part is I should have let them charge me $105. They charged me 10hrs labor for a job that everyone else in the industry charges 8hrs or less. $1400 for the transmission which they marked up over $600. Wow!! Finally after 6wks I got my car back and they had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to do some other work. If your vehicle is not in for warranty work, you better get pricing up front and do a little research before you say O.K. First and Last time I use them. Almost forgot, the core price they quoted was not the truth either.

I am not one to leave a review, ever. After the entire process of trading a vehicle at this place, I had come to the conclusion, that car buying, and selling can leave the consumer very vulnerable. Long story short, I signed a contract on 10-10-16, and the finance guy didnt get the deal done untill days before Thanksgiving. I was told they were waiting on tax return documents to come back. After doing some research myself, that was in fact untrue. My trade-in had a loan at a local credit union, and the loan was showing to be late due to the pay off not being received for almost 2 months. I took a big hit on my credit score with the payment not being made. Then, the icing on the cake was getting a call from the finance manager (Mr Herrera) that I needed to come in and sign a new contract, because the original numbers wouldnt work with the bank, and this time around I needed 1000.00 down to complete the deal. I said no, I just want my trade back and want to be done with this place. He screamed at me over the phone that they didnt need my money, and went on and on about how they lost so much money on my deal. Which he then later called and apologized for his behavior on the phone, Im guessing someone heard him yelling at me. Once again, not my problem, I just wanted my truck back. I went back up there the following day after work, (mind you, its quite a drive) with my small children to resign the paperwork. Not one apology, not one sorry for the inconvenience, but rather a confused almost rude finance guy. He was in a hurry to get me out of there. Finally after almost 2 months of driving a vehicle I wasnt even sure that I owned, I was done with this place. I wasnt someone going in with a bad credit score, or needed a last resort, I was shopping here because I had heard great things, so I went. It was a nightmare, and did I mention I went through this process 9 months pregnant? Needless to say I wont recommend any of my clients/friends, I cant imagine anyone having to go through that nonsense. On the flip-side, Khan was super nice, and not his fault the finance department was horrible.

Bought a truck sight unseen, vehicle had previous damage that the dealer claims they never knew about. Total hack job, paint is literally falling off the truck and leaks air and water. Totally taken advantage of.
Fraud in lieu of customer draw - wmiller1733
This dealership is sending out mailers with scratch and win instructions. The instructions are very vague (understandably so) in describing what is "won" if you scratch off 4 identical numbers (the numbers were $5,000 on our card). The flier also says that no purchase is necessary to enter or win...of course, you're told you're a winner when you scratch 4 identical numbers but what you win is a chance to enter the drawing for $50,000 provided you go to the dealership, be bombarded by their sales people who are like vultures and hang out until the drawing determines that you are, in fact, not a winner. I call this fraudulent practices and should not be allowed to continue.

I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Rebel Ram a few weeks ago. Upon inspecting the truck everything was good. After doing all the paperwork I was given one key to the truck. I asked where the other key was and was told by Benny Blanco the sales agent that I would be getting the other key in a day or two. After learning that I was lied to and that I was not going to be getting a second key I stormed into the dealership demanding the key that I was promised. I was then directed to Brett Campbell (sales manager) another liar. I was loud with my frustration toward Brett of being lied to. After I told Brett what I paid for the truck he informed me that I would get a refund for the cost of the missing key. He informed Benny to try and get the key first from the previous owner and if they could not reach out to the owner to get the key they would give me a refund so I can get another key programmed. I told them great now we are talking the same language. I said thanks I will see you in a couple of weeks. Two weeks has passed now I am being told by Brett and Benny that I was never told that I would get a refund. They are both liars - don't believe anything anyone says at Texan Dodge. Never believe a car salesman. Lesson learned - I will never do business with this dealership again - I will also tell everyone I know to stay away from Texan Dodge in Humble, TX.

We were looking for a truck and looked all across Texas. I found the truck we bought on ebay from this seller but i think they go by Gulf Coast Chevy now but the address is for this dealer off google maps. May be a name change.
Anyways after working through ebay with Todd Baker We did a surprise drop in since it was close to where we live. After taking a test drive we came back and made a deal that we just could not let go.
While we waited for finance to go through we decided to leave the dealer to go to Lake Jackson. I think they were worried we would not come back but they did not chase us down or try to keep us there (unlike some dealers i know). They called us while the wife and I were eating lunch and gave us the scoop and we told them done deal we will be back shortly.
Long story short this was the best and least hassle free buying experience we have had yet buying a vehicle. Everyone was was great to work with. If you check them out ask for Todd and tell him the Pennington's sent you.
