I bought my new Honda from the Russell Smith two weeks ago. It was an excellent experience. The sales person GT Tan is very knowledgeable on the car, its options and benefits. He is an honest sales person. I would recommend anyone go there and have a look. It was a good experience for me personally.

I had a 2015 Honda Civic (2nd car purchased @ Honda of Spring) with 56,000 miles on it I TRAVEL A LOT FOR WORK. I was looking online of what my car was worth, and to look at options of lowering my payments. Lewis Byrd, (who has now sold me 3 vehicle's) reached out to me after seeing I had been on the website, made an appointment with me to go over some options. February 23rd I left the dealership without any decision, needing a slightly higher rating, but I good standing with Honda Finance. I reached out to Neil Pratt who is a GREAT FINANCE MAN, I trust what he tells me, and took his suggestions, this mean't I had to wait a few weeks. On 3/18/17 I left the Dealership with a Brand New 2016 Honda Civic SE 1.5L, MORE CAR then I have ever owned, lower payments and a SUNROOF.
My salesman Lewis was on vacation the day I went in, so Salesman Mark Phillips, was so wonderful going through the vehicle with me, making sure I understood all my car had to offer, replacing mats, and having a 2nd key made. I LOVE HONDA OF SPRING, between my son and I this is our 6th purchase we remain a Civic Family. I have friends I have recommended to visit, they too left with New vehicle's and GREAT CUTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Zane Pruett at John Eagle Honda of Houston was incredibly helpful and made me feel like family. Very personable and always made sure what I asked for was what he focused on. he made the process fast and easy. He has exceptional professionalism and salesmanship. My family has 15 cars purchased or leased over many years thru John Eagle Honda. Zane Pruett is the best a prime example of why we continue to go to John Eagle Honda for our needs.

BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE! Waste of time! - Neal1986
Thank you Coxy and Alberto for wasting my family's time! We started our day here 5 hrs ago after seeing an ad on multiple website. I called and confirmed a quote for the car and validated all detailed. I had my dad and brother meet me here so we could check out the vehicle . When we got there, the advertised mileage became 10K higher and the price increased by a grand for the exact same vehicle that I was quoted for earlier in the day. We were told a bunch of work had been done of the car and that is why the value went up. Funny they forgot to mention all of that on the phone. Also, funny that they didn't correct me when I mentioned the advertised mileage on the phone. Regardless of the BS, we came to an agreement on the price and the sales guys said they couldn't give us the price until the manager left and told us to come back a few hours later. We should have left at this point but didn't want all of the time and effort to go to waste so we waited. We came back a couple of hours later and the sales guys told us they would not honor the deal because the manager would see the deal sheet in the morning and be upset. Seriously, what the xxxx was the point of making us wait.
I honestly don't think they folks wanted to make a real sale. They had no empathy for wasting over 5 hrs of our time only to give us a run-around. This is by no means how a professional dealership conducts business. During our 5 hrs here, we came across several sales people and managers and all of them should be re-trained to provide professional service. I am so furious right now that I want to personally contact someone at Honda Corporate and take this to the highest level possible. Being a long time Honda customer, this is the most disappointing experience I have ever had. I will NEVER do business with this dealership ever again and recommend that ANYONE looking for a Honda, visit any of the other major Honda dealers in the greater Houston area. Trust me you will leave this place disappointed!

I went in looking for my son's first car knowing that Honda's are very dependable. Community had just the right car available and understood my concerns that safety was priority one. A great price was negotiated and needless to say, my son loves his first car that I know will last for many years to come.
Easy and painless - Unexpected car owner
The sales associate that was helping me was very knowledgeable with everything I was asking and trying to help explain everything as best as I would understand. He gave me some space to look around without him hounding me or breathing down my neck and as soon as I was ready for help he came over right away.
Dissapointed - Servicez
Brought my 1 year old HRV in for a couple of concerns and when I stepped in the door, I was in the hands of a young arrogant male. First, does he realize he is not the president, just a guy receiving my car for service I was unhappy from the start. Long story short, two weeks pass, no courtesy calls to tell me what is happening. I made the calls, occasionally out if concern. I finally called and told them I was coming in to get my car. Nothing accomplished in the two weeks.
The positive is I had a loaner, which he reminded me, so I should have been satisfied. The best part was the inside of the windshield was so dirty and driving home into the sun was a joke. And the outside near as bad, and no washer fluid!!!
I took my car and can't decide if I want to trade it in so I don't have to deal with honda service again or if I will go to another honda service. Not katy. I never post negative but I think this is the perfect first.

I went in to buy a honda ridgeline. But I was way upside down on used car I was in already. Was told other dealer I need $5,000.00 down with trade. Did not get ridgeline. But salesman got me out of bad car and into a 2014 nissan frontier with $0.00 down out of my pocket. Best sales man Brett Bailey and manager team I ever worked with. Would recommend anyone to buy from streater smith honda!
Great Honda dealership - Fran
I went to 3 Honda dealerships in Houston to buy my new Honda Accord touring version.
After visiting all 3 dealers, I chose to buy from Spring Branch Honda.
1. Everyone (sales and management) seemed to want my business
2. My sales person (Daniel) worked hard to get me to buy a car
3. Their first price was fair - sure I got it down more but it was a good starting point
4. The management team emailed me and thanked me for visiting
I now have most of the management team's names, emails and phone numbers if I have a problem in the future
5. Their finance department was quick, efficient and explained things clearly.
So shop around - visit at least 3 dealerships. Then you will notice a big difference in the dealerships. Everyone here is smiling and happy. They seem to love their jobs.
They will make you feel like you are their #1 customer.

Gillman Honda Review - Gillman Honda Review
The vehicle sticker, sales and finance department said the Nitro package was on my car. The Nitrogen package included nitrogen filled tires and a road hazard warranty that covered the tires and wheels in case of damage. I was told that it is already on the car. I did not think it was smart to pay for nitrogen when 78% of the air we breath is nitrogen. That sounded like a scam. However, it included the tire and wheel road hazard.
On December 3rd at about 5:30, a bolt punctured my car tire while driving. I called the Honda dealership about an hour before they closed requesting assistance. They told me that they would have to find my paperwork and call me back. They didn't call back so I called them. They told me that I would have to deal with it on Monday because they were closed on Sunday. I called on Monday and the person that checked my contract folder said there was nothing in it about a warranty, not even the extended warranty that is separate from the Nitro package. I asked to speak with Crystal (sales manager) and she claimed that I got such a good deal on the car that there was not Nitro package warranty. I told her it was on the sticker and sales contract. She told me that there was nothing she could do for me. I then called the main office and spoke with Stacey Gillman's assistant, Debi Adams, and she told me she was going to call Aldo Cortes, the manager at Gillman Ft. Bend. Gillman Ft. Bend responded with an offer to try and repair the tire this one time as a courtesy. My response is that I have a warranty and they need to honor that warranty today and in the event of any future problem as specified in the warranty.
Gillman Honda has breached our agreement for purchase by refusing to honor it in it's entirety. They have neglected to honor our agreement and have deliberately defrauded me out of money.

Best and most painless car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman knew what I wanted and between himself and the manager they made it happen in very little time. No haggling, just awesome customer service, and was even greeted with a handshake from the owner. Not to mention after coming home with the car I received a thank you gift of cookies and a card. I would recommend this dealer to everyone in the Clear Lake area. I have been a loyal Honda customer since 2001 and I wouldn't go anywhere else but Classic Honda in Galveston in the future.
