Steve Budde provided me with the best experience I have ever had with a salesperson. He was courteous, knowledgeable helpful and above all patient. Furthermore, he was not putting undue pressure on me and allowed me enough time to make up my mind and that make the experience very positive. Before arriving at the dealership, I was debating between a Mercedes GLC 300 and the Lexus RX350. The way he described the car to me without putting the other car down, I was convinced that Lexus would be the car. He also took a long time describing the features of the car after I had purchased it and at another session responded to all my questions and offered to continue to do so if I had any other questions. Steve provided me with a sense of trustworthiness which is so rare in car salespeople these days. I will recommend him to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a Lexus.
