I brought my IS250 in for it's 95K mile service. Laura was polite as always and got me on my way in just a few minutes. We even joked that the loaner car was a temptation for me to consider buying a new car. I replied that I still had time to double the current mileage on my car first.

First, he offered a extended warranty for 100000 miles absolutely complementary. When I noticed I was charged, he made some exuses that soe taxes have been taken out by his boss. Further investigation showed I was charged without my consent.
I cancelled it by contacting the bank and the company who delivers the warranty.

Just purchased a new (to us) Lexus and it was such an easy process from start to finish!
