I have been using Dave Haas as my Service Advisor.
His understanding of my concerns are great;
He makes suggestions on items that need attention, that I am not aware of.
He is very pleasant and professional to deal with.
I recently bought my wife a Lexus RX-350, mainly because of the relationship I have extablished with West Side Lexus.
And the person I deal with regularly is Dave Haas.

First, he offered a extended warranty for 100000 miles absolutely complementary. When I noticed I was charged, he made some exuses that soe taxes have been taken out by his boss. Further investigation showed I was charged without my consent.
I cancelled it by contacting the bank and the company who delivers the warranty.
